Location has had bed bugs, and actively encourages employees to come in regardless of if they have bedbugs. You can't trust this location to do the right thing. Employee has bed bugs? They will risk spreading it to customers and will even threaten employees if they call off to deal with it. I have also witnessed management mistreating employees in store. Do not give money to a buisness that does not respect their employees, because they ultimately will not respect you.

I placed an order for a birthday cake over a week ago, and was thanked by the woman in the bakery for coming in early to place the order…. Only to go pick it up today the day of my daughters birthday and she forgot to put the order in and proceeded to lie saying “oh someone in the deli must have taken the order and that’s why it didn’t get put in” when it was her that took my order in person… so instead they “fix” up a cake, sloppy, for me on one of their premade cakes… I’ve never been more humiliated in my life and so embarrassed to be giving this to my daughter this afternoon. It was suppose to be a frozen themed princess birthday, blue and purple.. to match everything else for my daughters party and now I have this..

Kroger has really gone downhill. If you're going to be so obviously watching me to make sure I'm not stealing 50 cent limes at self check out you could at least tell me to have a nice day while I'm heading out the door. Seriously, manager came out and stood not even 2 feet behind me and stared daggers into me the entire time I was scanning my items, didn't say a word to me. I had a mask on because of covid, and my mom was sick at home-- social distancing and concern for public health is clearly not a priority here. Busy Saturday and there was 1 person at the deli counter obviously stressed, maybe if management wasn't so concerned with profiling people they could actually have the store function well and the employees not hate their jobs.

My wife works in the store and I asked if I could pay for a flowers and have them delivered to her at the job. Mind you. That is the same building. I was told no they are not allowed to do that. I don't understand why you can order groceries and have them delivered. Why can you not have flowers delivered.

Overall ok store for groceries but watch the expiration dates. ALSOI didn't appreciate receiving an email about their pride in hiring guys lesbians and homo queers ... why don't they take pride in us straight normal non mental people ?

If you are going to treat people like criminals because you are too cheap to hire cashiers to scan groceries, you should train yours elf check out employees to apologize when they accuse someone of theft and turn out to be wrong.You can't have it both ways. Either continue to use yourself checkouts and trust people to do the job that you've eliminated or bring your cashiers back and get over yourselves.

Terrible experience. Went to the guest and money services section during prime hours and the sign said closed. I asked multiple Associates if I had gotten there after closing time to which they replied no of course not they don't close until 9. It was almost 5 PM and I couldn't find anybody to assist me. I waited for 10 or 15 minutes hoping that whoever was working there would return but they did not so I had to drive to Covington krogers. Kind of a let down.

The Bellevue Kroger on Donnermeyer has a gem of a customer service person named Audrey. She is very sweet, very friendly and EXTREMELY efficient. It's a regular thing to see her behind the Guest Service desk, and then a few minutes later, find her helping out in the flower department, or bagging groceries, or doing a million other tasks, and anyone who has a question about anything makes a beeline to this woman. She always has the answer. I love seeing her in my local store

Kroger brand rising crust pizza is terrific. I got pepperoni. Really great crust. Thick, soft, and puffy.The pepperoni, sauce, and cheese are delicious. It has one supreme crust.Really yumm-o.

Ok...update - 1-star. After standing at the deli for 5 minutes before either of the 2 deli workers acknowledged me...only customer in sight. Seriously thought I was invisible for a minute.Fresh Thyme is down the street. Better food, employees that care, and seriously about the price.I'm officially done with Kroger's big business BS! Feels great.I like it better than the massive Kroger up the street...I just need my grocery store to have groceries. Just don't go in the bathroom...you may puke. I have also realized mice had eaten the bags of chips I purchased as soon as I pulled them out the Kroger bag once home... Hence the 3-star rating!So, don't use the restroom and make sure mice haven't already started eating your food, and you will be good to go here! 😃

The new one in Newport is awful. I just had the worst experience ever there. I ran up my order on self check out and a manager came over and said, in front of everyone, How much did you leave out. I said excuse me, I'm a nurse I don't have to steal. I said would it make you feel better to ring it all up yourself to check? He said that would be nice. He rang my whole order up and said ah my bad. Sorry about that. I said that's fine. Have fun putting it all away now. I do not want it after you made me look like a common thief. Then I thanked him for his awesome service on my way out the door.

I would highly recommend the Newport Kroger over this store which is only 1 mile from Bellevue Kroger. The service, selection, freshness and even the cleanliness is better.

This Kroger is great for small, short trips on the way home. It's small compared to others but that's fine and doesn't have the stock as the bigger ones but that's fine. They can still handle just about any size grocery list. The parking lot is on the small side but still reasonable. The staff is friendly and professional and knowledgeable.

Made us put up our groceries because they were closing and the manager was very rude about us asking if we could check out a couple minutes late. Don’t shop here if you can go to the Newport kroger they are so much nicer and the kroger is better anyway. DONT SHOP HERE. THE MANAGER TRACEY IS VERY RUDE AND SHOULD NOT WORK THERE ANYMORE!

To start they have everything you need under one roof. They some good deals and some not so good. Extremely busy most of the time and well as gas station. Needs for aisles open most of the time. Stock runs out quickly. Could be more cost conscious to its shoppers especially at the volume they are buying.

One of my favorite grocery stores! This little store is quick and convenient, and the self check out lines are never too long, which I love. Kroger has awesome sales and this one always has the things I love and am looking for. The location is walkable and there are bus stops along the way, if you have to take one of those options. I also like that they stay open late, til 1 AM.

Just bought flowers from here and wow. I have never had such a nice unwrapping experience in... to long to even remember and I unwrap flowers weekly. The flower lady was very nice and very helpful. I wish more kroger flower departments had whoever is in charge at this one's technique. Thank you for the beautiful bouquets.

Bought a loaf of bread on Wednesday after driving 10 hours....needed staples 4 the house. Bread was expired. Went to make a peanut butter sandwich the next day n mold was on the bread. Yuck.

I was at the service desk waiting for a little bit and I hear the girl working in the back in the tills and when she came out I asked her if she was working at the desk and said yes, and went on to tell me she's not waiting on me because she was a break. I told Stacy all i needed was a money order and kept telling me she's not helping me. So i ask Stacy if she could get someone to help me and she said she was break. Stacy was so nasty about this that there were 4 Customer's standing around hearing at she said. So Erica came the desk to help me. Only taken 3 seconds and it was over.. Stacy was every unprofessional talkin like she did in front of all those customers.

The selection at this location is absolutely horrible. I rarely go there in person but when I get delivery (which I’ve been doing during the pandemic due to a high risk family member) they have to substitute almost everything in my order. Also, the few times I have gone there in person recently, most of the employees are either not wearing masks at all or they’re wearing them incorrectly. Please do better Kroger!!!
