I love Big Lots. I always have. But they are getting away from surprises, weird stuff or unusual items. Not so many buy-outs. Also they are getting pushier about their credit cards, leasing and rewards cards with limited rewards. They should focus on core ideas: friendly, fun, interesting shopping experience and reasonable to lower prices.

Wondering about while in town visit family . Lots of interesting things. Often reminds me of Vanleunens from back in the 90's. Staff is always kind at this location when my mom has a million questions.

I love this store. The employees are ALWAYS friendly and helpful. Things are easy to locate and if they don't have in stock, they will contact another Big Lots store to see if they have the product you want. I also love Big Lots because they honor Veterans and Military families with discount all year long, not just on Veterans Day.

Great deals this Christmas I loved the kids chemistry sets and diy like sets they had so many buy one at a already cheap price n get a second one for 50 percent off. When I checked out I bought one for 15 dollars and the next was 7.50 then all the others (32) were all half off:o my kids loved the jewlery making one, slime kits for $2.50 cents! The register gives you half off of them all if you pay full price for one. That was not how it was put on signs it was but one get one half off. I do not think it was a mistake just a great deal!!

The remodel is very nice and so much cleaner!! This store has different types of candy that are hard to find elsewhere.. I like all the different holiday themed candy choices and decorations each holiday, are they super cute.. I don't consider this a discount store though like I did in years past.. normal pricing compared to a Walmart.. normally I get a coupon on my receipt though that bring costs down!

Love Big Lots prices, selections, and somewhat eclectic food products! Its the only place I know that carries my favorite brand of pickled beets! They also have an entire section of imported foods... Love it!!!

Have no desire to return to this store. My daughter and a couple friends were kick out as soon as they walked in this afternoon. If she can't spend my hard earned money there. I won't be either. They were told " their kind wasn't welcome".

I found this big lots by accident it is right over the bridge in Bellevue had a pretty good selection was a very clean store and fully stocked I'm so happy that I found it so close to Cincinnati

Big Lots is a fun place to shop. However, if a person is mobility impaired the experience is very difficult. There are no electric carts. Some aisles or placement of merchandise would make it difficult to maneuver a wheelchair or electric carts close enough to pick up an item. Staff is scarce so asking for assistance is almost non-existent.

I needed a couple of little heaters so keep my pipes from freezing overnight because it's getting so cold out. I walked right in, they had plenty of availability and a variety to choose from. There was no wait in line. The staff was super friendly. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Can't ask for much more than that. The only negative is that the parking lot is really dark.

I love Big lots. Shop at many different ones once or twice weekly and Xmas time almost every day. Some really good deals

Used to be one of my favorite discount stores. Now, not so much. New layout is confusing. Why are cleaning products in aisles with food?Also, prices seem higher and selections not as unique as before.Picked up several items, no prices. Annoying!I still visit once a week but not scoring deals I once did.

They've really cleaned up and made it nice. However their prices have gotten too high. It's no longer a discount store.

I really like this big lots. Never met a rude worker and prices are pretty reasonable. This time though, i placed an order online and picked up in the store. Didnt take more then a few mins to get my order and it was done right. I like they way the orders are all put in separate bins and close to the checkout for quick pick up. I will be ordering from there again..

This store was very nice and clean. It was a lot bigger than I thought. The staff was very helpful. They noticed my hands were full and offered to get me a cart. I've been to various Big Lots quite often and that's the first time that's ever happened

Who knew I was really gonna like Big Lots. This place is crucial for a little bit of everything. Ended up getting several pieces of furniture and other random house stuff after looking at more expensive stuff and not being impressed.Don't let their low prices fool you! They do have some halfway decent stuff!The staff has always been friendly and helpful too. I really appreciate that as many businesses seem to be lacking in the customer service area these days!

misleading sales and signs. just spent 2 hours in this store to end up not purchasing one item. I had over 40 items id chosen. even with a 10$ coupon big lots can't seem to make me happy EVER !!!!!ive had too many bad expirences. I cant wait until all of the big lots close. when there are sale signs uo even if they arent suppose to be up you honor them ! thanks for waisting my Friday evening.

We were looking for two recliners. After searching all day we finally found one at Big lots in Bellevue Kentucky, that we really liked. They only had one and that was the one on the floor. The furniture manager called around to other Big lots to see if they were able to fill the order. He found them in Ohio and ask if they would put a hold on them for us. I would call this above and beyond. Thanks so much for your wonderful customer service Mitch!

I gave 4 out of 5 stars because the cashier acted like he didnt know how to count money without the register telling him the amount. He was extremely friendly and helpful though. I like this store alot

Since this was the 1st time being there this year I was really impressed. They have updated the store and did a terrific job. Cashier was very friendly. And definitely will be going back.

It's ok. Ran down, but what do you expect for a big lots. Always able to find a good deal, but it or it will be gone next time. Employees are a little hard to find, not sure if they are hiding or the store just doesn't keep many.

Big lots has improved it appearance drastically. It is so much cleaner they have more selection of products. Thier stores are very clean. They have a really nice selection of brand name furniture a great selection of Broyhill furniture. I was impressed with this. I think they have done a great job on their stores, check this place out you'll be surprised.

Great customer service at this location! I bought some furniture here a while back and a furniture started to deteriorate pretty quickly, and they were very open and willing to exchange it out for another couch at no additional cost! they recommended to get the three year warranty which we did and had no issues exchanging out the furniture. The staff there was very helpful and friendly and I would definitely return here to buy more!

Big Lots at one point was a cheap place to buy all kinds of goodies, There prices have gone up. Always stocked up on snacks for the little ones, they now take EBT and the prices have went up. Holiday's you can still get good deals on decorations, for Christmas, Easter, 4th of July and also outdoor things for summer. I stop in maybe once a month too see what I can find.

After going to Several other stores I was told to go to Big Lots. It is literally the only place selling Father's Day flowers and wreaths in this area (Northern Ky.) I was also impressed with the cleanliness and organization of the store.
