Always friendly staff. Store stays surprisingly clean. Auto dept is amazing even tho I am sure they hate when I bring my truck to get tires lmao 🤣 them 33in tires aren't fun to mount and balance.

Last grocery trip, they gave us chicken that had to be frozen or used by that same day and I didn’t look at it but put it in the fridge to use the following evening. Wrong, meat stunk and was outside the sell by date. I threw it away, but I was like “ya know stuff happens.”fast forward to this evening, tomorrow I’m having a dinner at my house and need to put chicken in the crock pot in the morning; pick up my order, get home, and same freaking thing. Sell or freeze by12/6/23 today!!! I need the chicken UNTHAWED tomorrow morning but it would be frozen and I can’t leave it refrigerate bc it will be outside the date! I’m so tired of paying for spoiled meat. Stop having your employees give us same day expired meat. When you provide a service then use it correctly! Online pick up orders should have at least a two day grace period. It’s not rocket science.

I had my oil changed yesterday, 6-20-23. While on my way to work this morning the hood on my jeep popped up. I was able to pull over and refasten it. I called Walmart numerous times this morning with no answer. I got the operator at one point and she couldn't even get anyone to answer. I called back for operator a second time and let it ring without any response.

Excellent prices, given the state of the current economy. The only thing that could be better would be customer service in certain areas. Like sporting goods, I stood at the counter for 20 minutes the one day as well as walked around all through that area as well as hardware and automotive and found noone. I did find someone in tire and lube who said they would get someone for me and it was still probably 15 minutes before anyone got to the counter. Other than better customer service in some areas, I have no other complaints.

Walmart in Beaver Dam is a very nice store. If you've ever been in a Walmart, the layout of the store should be familiar. Staff is friendly and helpful. Store is clean and usually well stocked.

The past two times I’ve been here there have been two different couples with a pitbull in the store, leash or no leash these dogs should NOT be allowed inside of the store. Neither one of the dogs were wearing a service dog vest.

The store tends to be out of the products you need. There are some products that I hsve to drive 30 minutes to another Walmart in a different county to find the items I want. When I ask about the products they just shrug and walk on.

First time at this Walmart I was looking for the black rubber stuff you see in flower beds n such and to my surprise they didn't have it or maybe it was just out of stock either way I never seen it but employees are nice but I did but some cute lace boyshort panties and a cute shirt which was on sale the cashier was cool as hell

Ran in real quick to grab a few things for a birthday. Staff was friendly and the store was clean and organized! They didn't have the birthday cookie cake ready that we ordered but they were prompt to improvise for us and it turned out beautifully.

It would be nice if they brought enough bags for the items instead of putting so much in a single bag. I had to ask the young man to out our gallon of milk in a bag, so he did and stuck a half gallon if buttermilk in it too. There's no way you can carry numerous bags to the house without them bursting. We have had 2 separate instances with overloaded bags. Thanks

Great, friendly and clean place to shop! I gave 4 stars because we had a bad experience in the Oil Change area where our car was almost ruined and had to be taken to a mechanic to be fixed leaving us without our vehicle overnight and until the following afternoon. We were not too happy about how we were treated and how it happened, but the contact person who paid for the repairs through their insurance was very kind and helpful.

Well I am editing my review because I'm super annoyed with this store and one of their employees. His customer service was so terrible and he was so unhelpful and it angered me so much that it made me want to write this review so that maybe someone would do something about him. The thing is, I had such a good experience with one of the ladies that works in the toy department, and she was so friendly, and she was so helpful, but unfortunately the guy working, or shall I say "not working" in the hardware department who didn't want to be bothered to help me, or find someone that could help me, because he informed me he was by himself ruined my mood and shopping trip completely at that point. It would be one thing if he was new but he isn't new because I see him there all the time. He is younger (probably in his mid twenties), with brown hair and he was working around 4pm on October 29th. I asked him if he could help me with a drill and drill bits and he didn't even know what it is i needed before he told me no. I asked if anyone else could help me and he said probably not because he was by himself. He said it rudely and he walked off. I am absolutely livid and I wanted to tell him off but I held my tongue. Why is he working with customers and in a department he supposedly doesn't know anything about? His customer service skills were terrible and I am very disappointed that the main reason I went to Walmart was to purchase a drill and I couldn't. Again I want to say the gal in Toys was super friendly and helpful and i give her 5 stars, but the store gets a 2 star at the most. I would have complained to a manager if I could have found one. I saw 2 of them when I arrived but they were no where to be seen when I was looking for them before I left. I AM SERIOUSLY DISAPPOINTED AND ANNOYED I HAVE TO GO TO ANOTHER STORE TO BUY A DRILL JUST SO I CAN GET SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! SHAME ON YOU WALMART.
