Drive through 30 min before closing. After each item the young lady blessed out " Is the It!" Felt rushed. Order two chicken strip baskets with drink. A 7$ dollar meal with a hot fudge Sunday and a coke, a double bacon combo with a Reese blizzard. The girl taken the order reported the ice cream machine all ready cleaned. So the chocolate Sunday would be a coupon. At the window we received the chicken baskets after a few min closer to closing now.. No fries with the combos, no drinks with the combos no coupon for the sunday.

I have lived in Beattyville Kentucky 41311 for the majority of my life in this world and I have eaten and drank there a many a time's. I suppose their ice cream dairie's are what certain usually enjoy the most while there and I suppose if you get there early enough you might like me enjoy their gravy and biscuits for real cheap also but I prefer to suggest to them to take out the sausage out of the gravy if I can remember to at times when I go and I wish when you order a chicken strip basket lots of ketchup without having to ask for it first and I wish instead of giving you a cup of gravy that they gave you a cup of ketchup instead and I wish they had free internet like bobcat dairy bar does. Although these day's and like when I was a child that do seemingly me have better ice cream dairy desserts than The bobcat dairy bar does. But I suppose I still at times prefer to the extra few mile's to the bobcat dairy bar mainly for the goulash and or because you can get seemingly as far as I know gravy and biscuits as long as they're open at any time they're open and you don't have to get up early and drive and get there early to get gravy and biscuits and gravy I believe tastes better I suppose because they don't put go ahead and put sausage in it without you having to explain it to them that you don't want sausage in your gravy and biscuits and I also suppose they're gravy just tastes better the way they make it at bobcat dairy bar. ( By the way is the old bobcat dairy bar still called that or have they changed the name of it to the bobcat ? I'm currently wondering at the moment while I'm listing of these things. )( Oh and by the way I suppose I was somewhat annoyed the last time I went to wot certain referred to as dairy Queen because I paid all the currency I did on the many things that I ordered there and they didn't even give me ketchup with my four-piece chicken strip basket.Parking: I suppose I usually go through the drive-thru so I suppose I don't really have very much to say about the parking other than it does it seem to be that big of an issue there I suppose they have more than sufficient enough places to park.

We traveled from the next county to get dinner. We had a fairly large order as there are 6 of us. We spent quiet a bit of money and when we got home 4 out of 5 of our combo meals were incorrect. One was missing fries. One was completely wrong. One was correct but had so much sauce dumped on it you needed a spoon. Two of the burgers were dressed including sauce when they were supposed to be plain. And if you have kids who are picky, you know they aren't gonna touch it. I pretty much wasted my money. The only thing that was right were the desserts and cheese curds. The fries we did get were so old they were chewy and inedible. When I found the condition of the food I did call. The staff memeber I spoke with was polite and offered to fix the order if I brought it in. I explained to him I was already home in another county and was unale to return. I did not understand if they could fix it why they couldn't have gotten it right the first time. Seems like that would be the most cost efficient way to conduct business. I feel like this just goes to show that the employees who were on duty were happy to just slap anything together and unless someone complianed about it they didn't care about the quality of product they were sending out the door. Needless to say we probably won't be returning. Also I've never dealt with a business where you weren't allowed to speak to a supervisor or manager when asked. But Nic and Brittany you should expect better from employees you are supposed to be supervising. Ultimately it falls on you.

Stopped in and bought a drink. The soda machine was pretty dirty. I don't know the technical jargon, but the arm that you push to dispense your drink was covered in old, dried soda. I noticed that all of the flavors were the same way. That makes me wonder what other cleaning is being neglected if that is not getting wiped down.

Everything was great! We ordered a $6 meal deal with a burger lett, tomato and onion added. Carmel sundae and ale 8 for the drink. We ordered a reeses blizzard, dipped cone, hot fudge sundae, 2 vanilla shakes and one chocolate. It was awesome! Only thing I suggest is to make sure the shake machine is clean from blending a reeses before making vanilla shakes. It could have been bad if I hadn't noticed as my son has a peanut butter and chocolate allergy. Order taker was awesome! He actually listened to our order. The cook in the back made the best DQ burger Id ever eaten. The girls making the desserts was great except the one incident. Good job

Lived here for 5 years and finally made a trip thru the drive thru for a breakfast that consisted of eggs, bacon, hashbrowns and biscuit. Everything was great except for the biscuit which was excellent!

Once you get parked there is a fowl odor like sewage that intakes your nose until you're inside. Once inside you're greeting by wet floors to slip on. *I usually go at night*. However, the food is good and normal when comparing to other DQs and staff is..friendly.

This is my favorite Dairy Queen. They at least try to make your sundae as you want it. Some of the other locations don’t even try.

Usually amazing service, I ordered a plain bacon cheeseburger and 4 chicken strip baskets the burger was in the bottom of the bag and because my order is never wrong there I drove off a 20 minute drive to find that my order was wrong, the cheeseburger wasn't plain, I know, I know I'm picky but if I order something I want what I ordered.

This place is excellent for food and always clean, those staff are all nice, whoever owns this place needs to fix the restrooms there clean but always smell like sulfer sewage, the plumbing is not right in this place been there many times and restrooms will take your appetite away,just the smell ,,,,, dear owner that's why you get three stars instead of five..... Fix this problem I know alot of people have stopped eating at your location because of this bathroom smell.... Almost to that point myself

We were visiting family near Beatyville and the only restaurant there is pretty much is Dairy Queen. It was very clean, the bathrooms were clean. We had a dreamcicle dip cone that was incredible!

It is fast food. What they do, they do well. The soft serve ice cream is good and reliable. The staff is generally well trained. Parked is OK. Pricing is OK.
