This store is pretty much just like the others. It doesn't matter if you go to dollar store or general dollar they are all about the same, and are always short-handed and slow as can be but still they are the cheapest alternative with most of our household needs.

Very nice employees at this store. Clean inside but the parking lot sure needs all the cigarette butts cleaned up, they been there for 3 days that I know of 😕. Venders need to get on the ball and get the coolers some pop in them 🤔. That's sure not Dollar General's fault though. Overall I think it's a nice place to shop 😊.

Wi-Fi didn't work. Store didnt have any of the sale items. The buggies was all torn up. The place needs some serious management shake up and cleanup. The store was a mess! The workers can only do so much without a good manager the store can't do a good job of staying clean.

Employees are great, but the store is so hot in the summer it is unbearable , & you put stuff on sale, n store doesn't have the product, this comment is for the Baxter store & Village Center,

Very disappointed. Asked to talk to the manager he i am. He was very rude to me. Their was sale sighns up but didnt start for 9 more days. So went out to load a coupon and he was talking about me to another person. Very unprofesional.

There manager Carla is very rude to customers, witnessed her belittle an elderly man that asked legitimate question about a sale item, offered him no assistance what so ever, witnessed her on several occasions display behavior unbecoming of sales clerk let alone a manager. if u want your day ruined patronize the store when she is working. Her negative energy,unprofessionalism, and rude behavior infects customers as well as staff, creates a bad atmosphere for entire store. People like her has no place working or dealing with the public.

I ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT SHOP HERE UNLESS I ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO!! VERY RUDE EMPLOYEES AND YOU USUALLY HAVE TO TRACK AN EMPLOYEE DOWN TO CHECK OUT!! ALSO THEY MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE YOU ARE DOING SOMETHING WRONG BECAUSE THEY WILL FOLLOW YOU AROUND THE STORE OR EVEN ASK YOU WHY YOU AREN'T PAYING FOR SOMETHING THAT THEY SEEN YOU PICK UP BUT OBVIOUSLY DIDN'T SEE YOU PUT BACK!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

CUMBERLAND STORE IS PATHETIC. It takes a long time to check out with a empty store. They are SLOW ! I don't shop there anymore because Family Dollar is next door and I'm in and out.

This store is neat and uncluttered like a lot of Dollar General stores. The only negative is that some of the staff aren't that friendly.
