The food is good but we still at the counter for 20 minutes before they could come over there and and make me a milkshake 20 minutes from one milkshake..Wheelchair accessibility: I need wheelchair ramps and accessibility for the disabled it's ridiculous that if you're in a wheelchair on crutches that you can't get a meal here

Came to the drive-thru a young woman answered me but it sounded like her headset wasn't working. Another woman jumped in and I ordered a 6 piece chicken strip meal. Came to $11 and change. Got my meal and left only to find there were only five chicken strips. Circled around back through the drive through to inform the young lady that I was missing a chicken strip and only had five. Instead of just giving me one in letting me go on my way she stated that she only charged me for a four-piece and demanded that I pay for the chicken strip that I wanted. Not that I mind paying, it's the principle of the matter. It's one chicken strip. You got your money, but you lost a customer. We're new to the area, so we'll be making sure we avoid Dairy Queen from now on.

They have amazing food, but the only reason I ever really go is for their milkshakes. I live about 30 miles away and have been known to drive the distance JUST to get a shake. Thats how good they are. If you've not tried them, do yourself a favor and buy one!!

Went to eat here with my grandmother and mom for lunch. It was very clean and the workers were friendly! The cleaner was working hard and the work environment seemed healthy! And of course the food was delicious!

It is usually great but tonight was exceptionally bad. Ordered a large blizzard and was given a baby spoon. I walked back in to get a large spoon and was told they were out. They should never be out of spoons. But come to find out, it was only plain vanilla ice cream half way down. So I guess they thought they didnt have to put the blizzard mix in cause the spoon wont reach that far anyway.

Went down hill, breakfast biscuit taste a few days old. Ordered a BLT I was charged extra for lettuce and tomato. Charged five dollars for a small coke and large mellow yellow

I love the food that DQ serves but their prices are ridiculous. Also about a month ago I ate some gravy and biscuits there and I got food poisoning for the first time in my life. That's the only bad experience that I've had tho. Besides that yes the food is great IF YOU CAN AFFORD IT

I don't really care much for Dairy Queen's food anywhere. This is a great little place to stop and get dessert hang out and enjoy the atmosphere. There's plenty of room to park and you actually don't have to fight traffic to get back out onto the road like you might think. I see a lot of coal miners come in here and eat and just say it and talk about all kinds of cool stuff. I enjoy listening to what's going on in this part of the Appalachians. This part of Kentucky is rich in history and if you are a history buff like me you appreciate these little spots.

The workers are great, the food is ok... The cost SUCKS! I stopped and bought 3 double cheese burgers and a small drink for my husband, son and I, and it cost almost $14, sorry DQ, but I'll never do that again. I could have gotten 10 regular Rax or 10 hot ham & cheese sandwiches from Rax. As I said the food is ok, but it wasn't worth $14

I ordered a grilled chicken blt salad today, and once again I was give a salad with an expired date. The whole salad is off. This makes me cautious to order another salad from DQ. I tried to call three times and the phone rang each time for at least 15 times before receiving a message to call back .Very frustrating.

I visit Dairy Queen frequently in the mornings. They are pretty busy in the mornings in the drive thru but they are pretty quick to get everyone through.

I've always stopped at this Dairy Queen when I drive from SC to Harlan. This was such a disappointment that I will never stop here again. The Eggs were almost raw and the bacon was cold. When I sent them back to be cooked more they returned them over cooked. Never again!

Ate lunch today. On the way out I told my coworkers that, by far, that was the worst burger I ever ate. Two extremely overdone, dried out patties with a pickle on them. I gave it 1 star because the pickle was ok.

The drive-thru workers are rude and interrupt you when trying to give your order. And the molattes are never blended all the way through. But it's an alright place.

Food is great only when "made fresh" and you have to specifically tell them or else you'll get a 2 hour old burger.

Probably one of the best places in harlan to get breakfast or ice cream, and their chicken strip baskets are pretty dang good.
