First time using Woof’s Grooming Inc and will be my last time using anyone else! They made sure to understand exactly what I was wanting for my fur babies and were so incredibly sweet to my boys. By the time I picked them back up, I was treated like family the moment I walked in the door and it was more than obvious that my boys had bonded with them and were comfortable. Plus they looked AMAZING!

Highly recommend Woof’s grooming. Very professional, friendly, clean with great services at reasonable prices. This is the only place that can handle my two trained boxers. Layla & Max get very excited every time they go there for spa day. 🐾🐾♥️

Not very happy at all, we scheduled a mobile grooming weeks before the date for them to be here and then they sent a text an hour before the scheduled time saying they have to cancel. When I tried to reschedule, they said I would have to bring my dog in because they were too busy. The reason why we do mobile grooming is because our dog gets sick in the car. I messaged back several times to see when we could get another appointment and got no response. Very unprofessional.

Woofs is the only groomer I trust my baby with. They are quick, friendly and professional. I'm always happy with their work. Haven't tried the mobile service yet, but the prices are fair and it would be super convenient to use.

Only groomer that has the patience for our old man red he takes a lot of time because of his anxiety and Bre doesn’t rush him she has been grooming him since he was a pup. Does a great job on my other 3 dogs as well. Always sweet and willing to try to squeeze my puppers in.

Woof’s is the best!! The only place i’ll take my dog to get groomed. everyone is super friendly, and Bre is absolutely amazing! they offer everything from the basics to spa treatments for dogs. highly recommend!

They did a fantastic job with my fur baby. The only complaint that I had isn't exactly a complaint, but more of a surprise. My dog got a bath and had her nails clipped, and the price was very reasonable. The surprise came when the receptionist asked if I wanted to leave all my change as a tip. Now, I planned on leaving a tip, but I didn't expect to be asked to leave a tip, and to leave such a large one at that!

Sending a same day reminder, a reminder 15 minutes before an appointment, requesting a 24 hour notice to change/Cancel that appointment and then charging the cancellation fee is unprofessional. Sending the reminder 24 hours prior to the appointment allowing the customer enough time to make a change if needed would have been more professional. Perhaps giving your customer the same courtesy that you are requesting is a better option.

We took our lab and boxers yesterday they worked our appointment in and were able to see both dogs. Our dogs were absolutely filthy they are mostly outside dogs and roll in the Mudd. Woof grooming had the ready quickly and they looked amazing, we have never been to a groomer with such great service. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely be back. Thanks for making our Christmas extra special with clean pups.

My pups been abused so he's not trusting of new people. The groomer came out with treats and set in the floor to earn his trust. It took a bit but with patience he warmed up and now likes to go. That show of compassion for my pup and making sure he was comfortable meant the world to my pup and I. This is the only place I'll take my pup. Price is good and you won't find a better groomer anywhere.

I will never use another groomer! I know that my dogs are loved and well taken care of! They always come home smelling the best & I’ve always loved their cuts!! Thanks, Bre! I can also text her about them needing a cut & she will squeeze them in! I don’t have to wait weeks.

The groomer was very professional and very polite. The owner however was very rude and unprofessional. I Will take in to consideration taking my fur baby back there because because of all her drama. I would never treat my employees like she was. I'm very surprised that they continue to work for her. My opinion is a one star.

Woof is our favorite groomer! My boys Leo a 90lb Cane Corso and Chewy a Smaller mixed breed are always treated with so much love. Bre and her staff are very professional and very friendly every time we are there. We won’t go any where else.

I am new to the Bardstown area. And I was looking for a groomer that has experience and/or showed knowledge of dual coated breeds. I have a Siberian Husky. I called 1 place, and wasn't impressed at the caliber of our conversation, nor the persons knowledge of dual coated breeds. I called and spoke to Bre here at Woofs Grooming. Absolutely impressed in her knowledge and professionalism throughout our conversation. I made an appointment, and was totally IMPRESSED. Our previous groomer kept my Husky for all of 6 hours at times. Bre, had my Husky for about 4.. and the quality of work was out of this world. The entire staff is friendly, and very helpful. I would totally recommend Woofs Grooming for everyone's Pet Grooming needs!

Take my min pins in for a nail trim. They have not done well with me or the vet getting them done and freak out. She was patient with them and actually got them calm enough to let her clip them.Will definitely bring them here from now on.

The lady I spoke with I believe her name was bre or bee or something was extremely rude I brought my weenie dog in and her whole attitude made me uncomfortable and uneasy to leave my baby with her to get pampered. So I left. I know I shouldn’t judge books by covers she could have been having a bad day but I didn’t want to risk her taking it out on my baby and hurting her. I felt her attitude was completely unprofessional and uncalled for.

My wife took my moms pomerian/chow mix to get a full groom and it turned out perfect! Darla was prancing around like she was the queen! She looked, smelled, and felt amazing!
