I was accused of stealing and immediately treated terribly by a person incapable of discussing the situation with me. Her brain glitched out and she kept repeating things on a loop unable to resolve the issue and cutting me off when I kindly and calmly was trying to communicate with her about the steps to show her my proof of purchase. She kept loudly squaking the same irrelevant sentence in my ear over and over and over even though I had told her I understand that sentence and now I'm trying to help you find the information that you seek. Mind you, at this time, I already had my bank account pulled up on my phone which showed the purchase at this exact location on this day, and the entire purchase was only $11. After 5 more people were involved and it was absolutely clear that I had stolen nothing, been completely cooperative, and was falsely accused and mistreated and kept as a hostage for a crime I did not commit, they said I was totally in the clear but that I needed to be ESCORTED to the exit by two employees. I did nothing wrong and was treated as a criminal even after I was confirmed innocent, and I had so patiently and calmly put up with their incompetence. The woman who had verbally assaulted me and treated me terribly and couldn't listen to me didn't apologize and then couldn't even look me in the eyes after they explained to her that I hadn't stolen. She just looked at the ground cowardly, and even after so many other kind employees who were clearly rolling their eyes at her and trying to help me, nobody seemed to hold her accountable for anything. For the poor way she failed to handle things, and the selfish mess she created for all her coworkers to have to jump on and address, and the scene she caused. I'm unsatisfied they didn't handle her behavior and just let her get away with it. "She's just doing her job" one said. But is her job to be unable to discuss locating the receipt with me or confirming a total against my bank statement? Is her job to be unhelpful in resolving the issue at all and treating people like they've done something wrong when they hadn't? Is her job to waste the time of 5 other coworkers and make a huge scene? To humiliate herself by having the emotional regulation skills of a 5 year old and be unable to be cooperative with a calm adult doing their best to accommodate her mistake? Why would you hire and pay someone to do that? The untrue statement "she's just doing her job" and lack of correction of that accuser's behavior is really the worst part. The two kids that helped me at the self check out were very kind and helpful, so thank you guys for that. I'd like you to amend her "job" to include not jumping to conclusions with no evidence, not assuming worst case scenario and using that false fantasy to justify mistreating people in the real world who have done nothing wrong, and to being held accountable for being incompetent at her position at the expense of many others time and treating the rest of us badly when she was the only one making a mistake. I would really appreciate that. Thank you.

This store is better than Campbellsville on some prices. In Tennessee, Arkansas the customer service seems friendlier but first time shopping here, spent $155 so my cat has plenty of food this month. The store seems larger than most I’ve visited as far back as Texas and downward to Hell whoops I mean Michigan and also I’ve been to several other stores. This is the largest. More selection.

Pharmacy went the extra mile to be sure my wife got the best price on her prescription. I didn’t have her insurance card , but they were able to determine that insurance would pay 100% instead of the $9.00 she initially said it would cost. Great customer service.

Has eggnog listed 'in stock' has been out of all brands of it for days(even the low fat). I also found them lacking on stockings. Hopefully they will do better with their Christmas inventory next year. I understand it's seasonal items however it's only mid december these things shouldn't be that hard to find.

I think they need to post a closing time for their customer service department. I looked it up before actually making the arrangements of finding a ride and to accommodate my disability and from everything I saw it was open the same as the main store. Wasn't no point in calling they rarely answer. After arriving, keep in mind I love 25 plus miles from there, it was nearing closing time but i wasnt worried cause all i was needing was them to scan my online reciept for a defective printer I had just purchased and never got to use. But was informed that service desk at bardstown location closes at 7pm and that I would just have to come back. That's ridiculous and I should be given a discount for the wasted time and gas I had to put in to get the in the first place. The only reason I purchased the printer online is because I don't have transportation and I have a disability so when I received the printer I was joyful but then disappointed quickly when I was informed it would have to be serviced .it's just put off as no big deal to employees and a lot of customers alike and in retrospect it wouldn't be a big deal for me either if I didn't have to hobble around on crutches and try to find someonr who could drive me there and have to give them gas money that was basically wasted and I can't work nor am I able to draw any disability or comp. Payments so that $10 actually does make or break me.

It's a smaller store in what, one might gather, is a crime-riddled area. The store is clearly broken up into easy to watch areas - cosmetics having their own cashier.There were plenty of employees about when we were there, and I feel confident that if we'd any questions, then they'd have been addressed quickly (simply by volume of employees).It was mid-clean, mid-stocked, mid-organized. This is store is the absolute definition of average.No hate - not being uglyI'd say it's 50th percentile across the board.

Love the Bardstown Walmart. Plenty of space and a good place to park overnight. If you do park overnight be polite and take your trash with you or we will all lose the privilege to park.Employees are always nice friendly, and well kempt.

I love this Walmart! They have extra things other Walmart stores don't, like a $1 sauce section on an endcap before the registers. On a side note, most of them are hot sauces, but it's now become a tradition between my son and I to get him new flavors for holidays. We also make up BBQ baskets for new homeowners and friends with them...it's so much fun!

Unfortunately this Walmart pickup center is a joke. I work for Uber and have came here to pick up ppls orders. I got here at 6:54 and I was suppose to pick up 3 orders. Well I called and called no answer when I finally got someone they said hold for a moment then hung up on me and when I called back no answer. There was about 4 cars still sitting out here at 10 I was one of the cars. Then someone that was out here waiting for her order said they quiet bringing orders out at 10. They obviously need a different system. They should have a crew working for the Uber and the other delivery services. When the order comes in.

It's Walmart, they're all basically the same. This one is located close to Jane Trail, where KY CBD FARMACY is. It's a clean and well stocked store. It has plenty of staff and a few of them are running registers! The self checkout moves along fairly smoothly too.

The tire center is the worse tire center I've ever seen. They stand around doing nothing or pretend to do something while customers wait. Was looking to buy 4 brand new tires but I'll take my business elsewhere.

If Courtney happens to be working at the deli, I would recommend avoiding it. I had an incident recently when my wife and I visited, and unfortunately, Courtney's demeanor took a negative turn as soon as my wife joined me. It's unclear what might be causing her behavior, whether it's rooted in some form of prejudice or not. However, her work ethic left much to be desired. In my opinion, if someone doesn't enjoy their job or harbors personal issues towards someone, it may be better for them to consider working in a different section. The discomfort I experienced was significant enough that I decided to pay for the meat we had purchased and discard it.

Greeters are lazy. Worked for over a year at Walmart in another city. This Walmart doesn't hold a candle to following company policies like the store I worked at. Greeter will sit in wheelchair and when you try to get 1 out of the single file line, he refuses to move to allow access. Never offers a cart. Never says hello back. Pickers that fill pick up orders always think they have the right of way and will not only allow you to pass, but will set their cart in the middle every time. You say excuse me, refuses to move to 1 side. This is not just 1 person, it is a common occurrence. Have seen people waiting to pick up order for over an hour many times. Parking lot is always filthy. They just don't care about anything. No pride in work. Needs new upper management or go to my old store and take some lessons.

It was fine. Lots of freight moving around and some pretty bare shelves. Sporting goods was one of our stops for a soccer ball and goal. Prices were not right on some balls. We looked at wrestling figures and Pokémon cards. Had a pretty good visit with my grandson.

I just got reminded of why I don't shop at Walmart. While scanning my own purchase. The employee stopped what she was doing and watched my every move. I work for the money I spend. Nor will I ever shop here again..
