We moved to the area but needed to drop our two pups off a month prior. Amber had great reviews so opted for the off-leash training. It was tough being without our pups for a month, BUT... well worth it! Amber and her staff did an amazing job for the month they were there. They both now have a great foundation for commands and respond great. We received several photos everyday along with a few progression videos. They were very accommodating for diets and individual habits. Maddi is a newer trainer and also did a great job with training our pups. We will be dropping our pups off for any future time away. I highly recommend The Critter Cradle.

Always very friendly and have taken our dogs there for the last 3 years multiple times a year. Your dog is taken outside 5-6 times a day to run around in the fenced area. They send you pics of your dog twice a day and their prices are very much in line for the area.

The Critter Cradle is amazing.. it's the only place we take all 4 ( yes we have four dog's!) When we travel and we travel quite a bit during the year! You can tell they honestly love their jobs and my pet's are always excited when we drop them off. The staff is loving and caring. What I love most is they send you pictures about twice a day of your fur babies to let you know their doing well .. I can go on and on about how wonderful they are! I have posted a few pictures they sent us while we were on a recent trip

I am only giving 2 stars because my dog seemed to like the groomers (when they were available) and they did a pretty decent job when they were there. However - The groomers are HORRIBLE communicators and very unprofessional. We have tried two groomers now. The first one was wonderful with our nervous dog so we were happy. Then, she started taking at least a month to respond & get back with us. I tried calling to book an appointment with her but the front desk always wanted me to reach out myself directly to the groomer, but I never got responses which was frustrating. Also - this groomer would just leave at our scheduled appointment time sometimes to pick up her children when my dog should’ve been getting his grooming and we would have to wait. (Very unprofessional)The second groomer we tried responds immediately and books appointments which we thought was great. However, we have now shown up TWICE on time to our appointment and our groomer is not there and won’t answer her phone calls. We waited on her 30 minutes after our appointment time the first time, the second time she didn’t answer her phone and never showed up so we left and never got an apology for the inconvenience or anything. Not acceptable to happen two times in a row.We have now found a better organized groomer and will not be back.

I would not recommend this place for overnight boarding. If your dogs have sensitive skin do not bring them to this place. They heavily bleach the floor and your dogs will lay in it.This is my personal experience. I had two dogs stayed for two nights.Pro:- friendly staffs- reasonable pricedCons:- beds were not provide as promised (when I arrive to pick up the dogs, they were laying in damp floor). Also I did not see any water bowl in the kennel.- both dog had diarrhea when we got home (not sure if staffs give them the food that I provided since both dogs have sensitive stomach)- My labrador were limping a little when we left the kennel. I was unsure why; only reason I can think of is maybe they did not let him out often as they claimed. He definitely did not get any exercise.- Also my labrador have red rashes all over his butt area and back legs. I am pretty sure that is from excessive use of bleach in the kennels.- Lastly my husky were starving when she got home and she usually eats very little.If you love your dogs like your own children. I would look elsewhere. From my personal experience I would not recommend this place. Lovely staffs but not enough care for the dogs.

This was the first time we have ever boarded a dog. Needless to say the anxiety level was high. I visited there twice before bringing our dog. All went well. They played frisbee with her and sent several pics and videos to show us what she was up to and how she was doing. They were also very responsive with communications. Only mishap was that I had given them my credit card info which was entered in their computer but when a friend who was authorized to pick her up he had to pay himself. All in all a very good experience

This is an awesome family run pet daycare. They give a paper per day detailing what the pets day consisted of along with texting pictures of the pet while in their care. They also offer grooming and level one obedience classes.

Our babies go here for daycare and ABSOLUTELY LOVE it!! They get excited in the mornings when we are getting ready to leave the house. The staff works hard to make sure they get time to play and have the best day they can have. Just all around an amazing place!!

I took my fur baby there because our Daughter was getting married ! They took so good care of our baby and I would take her there again I got pictures every day and saw she was being taken great care of I would totally say take your fur baby there !💕

We put our two puppies here for the first ever time being away from us. The staff were so friendly and did a great job with our pups. They could tell I was nervous about leaving our pups for the first time and they did everything they could to assure me they would be well taken care of. I definitely recommend board with them!

I have a 6 month German shepherd/ Belgian Malinois. Before training some had given her the nickname of monster. Lilly really was that difficult. Hannah, her trainer did a fantastic job with her!! At the end of the 2 week training Hannah didn't feel Lilly was quite ready to go home and kept her an additional week to make sure Lilly was successful in her training. She is stubborn and though new the commands she just wouldn't comply... This weekend I was able to take Lilly to a very crowded festival and she was fantastic!!! Her sit and heel are on point!!!I felt communication was fantastic as well. Lilly had developed a spot on her nose likely because of anxiety. I wasn't able to take her to the vet myself because we were out of country, so Hannah took her for me and even bought Lilly a toy to help with the anxiety. Hannah communicated often and was very attentive to lilly. I had daily updates, and she responded to my questions quickly. Very happy with the services!!!

I bring my furbaby everyday for daycare and she loves it! The facility is well kept up and a great way to get my babies energy out while keeping her safe! The picture updates could not be more relieving! I highly recommend for any occasion! : )

I would not take my fur babies anywhere else. The workers love the animals and makes sure the animals are well taken care of and happy through out their stay. We received pictures every day of our 2 pups while on vacation. The facility is clean and I like how there are 3 different options I have with my pups kennels. I also love how they have a trainer and groomers on sight also so I can take them there even when we arent leaving them there for a trip.

I have been trying to get ahold of Hannah to train my dog. She has not returned any of my phone calls, as she said she would! I’ll just take my dog to Bulletproof, they’re more professional than this! Very disappointed in Hannah, as she trained my first dog. She was supposed to do the refresher course, per the contract, and has never followed through with that either

I did appreciate the tour, and pictures during my trip. But they could do with better communication, I had booked two months in advance and when I got there, found out they were over booked and knew my pet was already nervous, if I had known I would have made other plans, they also informed me that she was being moved to the cat room, which she never was, but was kept in the restroom the whole period of time. Which I would have been ok with, if they had told me they were going to leave her in there, verses telling me something that they didn't do. I had also provided enough cans of food for the trip, and the paper on the door even said the proper feeding instructions, they maybe only used two of the cans during the trip and when I went to pick her up, it looked like two cans worth of fresh food dumped on a plate, which my instructions were 1/2 in the morning and 1/2 in the evening. So think they could do better with informing their clients on whats really going on, and also follow feeding instructions better.But I was pleased with a couple of the staff, especially the one who took me on a tour, she was really professional.

Did a walk thru. Staff are super friendly. Can't wait to use their services for my fur baby. Very reasonable prices. The place to go if you need a good place for your fur baby to go just for the day or an overnight

I was not pleased with this last experience, they changed groomer & my doodles hair looks awful. I called twice with no return call so I will now need to get another groomer that can fix her hair cut & pay again

Great place for boarding but less unknown is the fact they do grooming.For my hounds they offer a staff bath that is so reasonable you just can't pass it up.

I would have given Critter Cradle 10 STARS if I could. We have never had a bad experience with them (we have 3 dogs) and the employees, and owners, are very nice, but at the same time professional and focused on their jobs. I would refer anyone to this EXCELLENT kennel.
