Thanks to those nice people who work here. Late at night, I was doing Amazon deliveries, and they were closed, I was in need of use a bathroom. When they told me they were closed, they really cared and asked me if they could do something for me. I was far away from home. Then they let me use their bathroom. Thanks so much. Cameron was super helpful and super knowledgeable of the program and all the things that are entailed he was awesome his salesmanship skills were on point and it made me want to run my credit to see if I qualify for the car I am coming back tomorrow I just don't know if I'll be able to get there in the morning before 5:00 to talk to some people but I just wanted to drop this note to let them know that Cameron salesmanship skills were on point and I really appreciate it after 20 years in the industry myself

Went to Lowe’s this morningWe are senior citizens.A lot young workers just standing aroundand don’t know what you have in stock,No pricing on most of the lumber.No one offers help with getting lumber up to pay for it.But everyone stands around and just looks at you. I guess they are too busy doing nothingWe will just go to E-town to Menards from now on where they offer help and lower pricing. So much for doing local.

Lowe’s in Bardstown, KYI have spent thousands of dollars at Lowe’s over the past 8 months! Appliances, flooring, paint, etc. I returned flooring that they over sold us when we gave them our measurements. After getting home I realized they shorted us! I called them to get this corrected and they basically called me a liar! It was only $90 worth and I can live without it but I will never spend another dime at Lowe’s. Home Depot and Menards will get all of my business from now on!!!!

I love home shopping here, so glad Bardstown has a Lowe's! The store was clean, organized and stocked. The ladies bathroom had just been cleaned when I went inside so it smelled very good inside. There were plenty of employees on the floor ready to help customers out as they looked around. Very pleased with the store.

I’ve spent many of pennies at this place. It’s your average Lowe’s. Staff are okay, not great. I guess it depends on who you talk to.I had a problem where I left my item at the self checkout, the night people (people there after closing) are the rudest people you’ll ever meet, but went back the next day for the item I left and they just gave me a new one. Morning shift manager is awesome, just watch out for night shift “security”

Had great help from a young man named Taylor C! There were no liners for my flower baskets. Usually, if you ask about something, an answer is that everything is out. You don't see it. We are out of product. But when I asked Taylor C, his answer was different. Well, they should be here. He looked at the top of the shelves at the boxes and found one label liners. He gets it down and checked to see if it is what I needed! Taylor C opened it, and there were my liners. Gave me 2! What a great employee! The next thing I think I needed was rock and mulch. Told me all I needed to do was tell cashier's what I wanted and tell him, and he would met me outside where bags were and loaded my car with just what I needed! Thanks, Lowe, for having a great employee like TAYLOR C!

Other than the lack of knowledge of store products and placement of goods should have a you scanner with a departments where good your looking for. Because if you are lucky enough to get a employee their knowledge is like mixed alphabet soup on a good day.

Very disappointed w my visit today. I was trying to find a certain size paver for a garden shed I was having delivered. When I asked the associate for help, he looked at me confused and finally told me to look in the "paver" aisle. After finally finding the items I needed by myself I was overcharged at check out due to the other associate not knowing what she was doing. I think I'll be driving to the Etown Lowes from here on out. Furthermore, the garden center is in dire need of someone that knows what they are doing. There are more dead plants rotting away in the back then on the shelves.

I've been to this Lowe's location dozens if not hundreds of times. I don't like to give five stars as I save them for exceptional experiences. But after thinking long and hard, I simply can't remember one single reason to complain. The employees are always very polite and respectful. Everyone I've encountered working there has been more than helpful and very attentive. Place stays very clean and well organized. Everything kept stocked up and available. There's even a large garage door that usually stays open on one side which helps builders like myself as well as contractors, subs, or anyone else who might need it. Big parking lot. Great location. Standard pricing. Good store all in all.

Love this location! Things are always neat and tidy. Staff are usually pretty helpful if you ask for it. Which is fine with me not to be approached by 5 employees multiple times. I’m usually on a mission when I get in there. If I need help I’ll find someone. 😂😉Selection of most anything I’ve ever been there has been sufficient without being overwhelming. Nothing really I can say negatively about this particular location. P.S. This may not be important to some, but I will also share the bathrooms are so disgusting that I wouldn’t go in them. Lol!! I have girls and boys but irregardless someone never fails to have to “go” while there. So, it’s always nice not to have to hold your breath to attempt a pit stop such as that.Thx y’all!! Keep up the good work!!

Terrible customer service in appliance department. Ordered a complete kitchen appliance package. Some items they came and installed after rescheduling a couple times. Then they scheduled the install for the stuff that was supposed to be coming in that was on order. Had an install scheduled for the 21st. That was canceled after calling to find out where they’re at. Then they said it would be here the 23rd so we rescheduled. Yet again, all day goes by no answer no call no communication. Then I go and I’m going to the store a few days later find out what the real story is and they’re like oh it won’t be in till the 28th or something. What do I understand? Delays and shipping? No problem I don’t understand why you leave me hanging with no communication no phone calls that the installs canceled. I will be canceling the remainder of the appliances. Which came in on 1 October and today is the seventh I still haven’t got a call to schedule an install. haven’t heard anything and they told me. Oh yeah they’ll be calling you today to schedule that it’s after five no phone call. So Lowe’s consider this canceled and I’ll be returning the other appliances.
