We brought our Australian Shepherd here for the first time and he looked so beautiful and fluffy! Our boy was a stray that we found, so he was pretty dirty. Grooming by Nicole took the best care of him and even sent him home with a cute report card of his day. He looked like a million dollars! The staff was very friendly too. Price was very reasonable for all that they did. Getting him in was easy and quick. Thank you for taking such awesome care of him! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I took my Pomskie to Nicole. He would not allow anyone to touch him. We have been turned down for his aggressive behavior. His fur was a mess. Nicoles did an absolute wonderful job on him. They were so good and he wasn't turned away!!! I'll never go anywhere else. They truly love our pets!!!Thank you

We boarded our 2+ year old male bernedoodle at Nicole's for a week. While he was there, they cleaned him up and trimmed his thick coat. His "suite" was very clean and he seemed to do well there. Rates are very reasonable. Would recommend.

Excellent Experience. We stopped there while visiting Bardstown. The staff here did a FANTASTIC job with the deshedding treatment on my Siberian Husky, as well as our, Chiweenee dog. We also had them there to get bathed and there nails cut. Both dogs smelled and looked great when we picked them up. Great work!!! Very Friendly and attentive team. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

They do a wonderful job here. My dog always comes home and looks good, smells good, has the softest coat, and nails trimmed perfectly. I will continue to go here. I trust that they take good care of our girl, Juniper.

Her and her staff is always great with our dogs I’ve been with her for a long time as well as some of my family and friends, we all love her! Does a great job grooming and when we board them their tales start wagging soon as we pull in the parking lot!!😆thanks for all you guys do for our pets!!

Just needed Frankie's nails trimmed and no appointment needed!! Met 3 of the staff and they were absolutely fabulous!! My vet in Florida had missed Frankie's thumb nails last trim and they'd grown INTO his pads!!😳 I went to Nicole's around 330 pm on a Wednesday and the tech took Franklin straight back, ZERO wait time!!👍 Asked me about my dude and just a few minutes later, him and the lady who cut his nails came out!! She informed me that only one nick happened, which I fully expected. (it was, frankly, impossible NOT to! I was just surprised all 4 WEREN'T nicked!!) So, NOT complaining, at all! She'd even cleaned the tiny nick with peroxide!!!🙌😊👌! I highly recommend this place!! I will definitely be back!! 😁

Careless. I give this Pet Salon a C-She strapped a flea collar on my dog after a shampoo, and sent her home. We don’t use flea collars, we use frontline !! Anyone bother to ask, nope. Opposed to grooming after the bath she set her in room to dry out.

We were looking for a new groomer for our fur baby because we had such bad experiences with groomers in the past. We tried Groomers by Nicole and are very satisfied with them and our fur baby is so happy. I would definitely recommend them!

She never groomed my dog, she sent her home because I didn’t want my Pomeranian totally shaved in the back. She told me we had to take better care of her, because she got matted after being outside in the rain. This women was nothing I would ever have take care of an animal the way she acted when I said, “ You do what you think is right, I’ll see if I like it or not” She got all angry and sent my dog home with my son.
