I'd give less than one star were it an option. Young women who stated she was the assistant manager was anything other managerial. She complained to anyone within earshot about having to work all by herself. She was rude to a senior lady who had sale items and wanted to make sure they were ringing in at the discounted price. I had heard her in an aisle tell the lady to don't get an attitude when she showed her the sale price on the shelf. She huffed and puffed all the while of ringing her items. This lady spent $100 on so. Had it been only $10 the rudeness was uncalled for. After the customer had exited the store the assistant manager, whose name is not on my receipt, berated, mocked and belittled the customer to the young friends or family members that were conversing with her at the counter. There were several of us in line waiting to be serviced and having to endure this spectacle. Totally unacceptable. Do better Family Dollar.

Today was the first time I've had an issue at this store. I went in to do my monthly shopping and the cashier followed me throughout the whole store. I guess he was making sure I was not stealing. Thought they had cameras for that! Plus I don't steal. I'm tempted to not shop there again. Sad because I've shopped there for years!

Well the store is doin better it was a mess ther for awhile I like goin in to look around at different stuff but whoever is in charge of getting store back together has done a good job it still needs work gotta watch the prices some things that are marked is not what the price is but overall good ace to get your lil stuff you need Xmas declarations paper towels etc.

Went in to buy some cleaning supplies. The store was a little messy, not very organized. I did find a shelf of makeup that was on clearance which probably had about 100+ items inside, I ended up getting lipsticks and lip liners for 1$ each. I was very happy with that finding. The lady that checked me out was very nice. I do like going into this store just wish it wasnt as messy as it is most of the time.

This store is usually a complete clustered mess to go through. I normally do not even go to this store. Tonight I needed 1 item last min, I got to the door at 955 they are suppose to close at 10. The door was locked so I looked at my phone just to make sure it wasn't 10. The lady pops up and starts yelling WERE CLOSED! I was mad. I needed 1 item it would not have even taken me 5 mins to get back out. Locks door early, lazy employees!

Has most of all essentials, typically low prices depending on items. Lots of amazing deals. Friendly staff as well who will help when you need to find something. They all typically know what items they do and do not stock off of memory.

If I could give zero Stars I would me and my children walked to the store only to be rejected because they had to put away Coke which means I guess I didn't have enough employees to open the store when they said they were supposed to be open! I'm going to stop it there because I just have so much anger towards that store and so disappointed in that store I really wish somebody was shut that s*** down

Associate at counter was rude unhelpful and just not a person you think you would find customer service. Will not be going back to this location anytime soon. Or until management educates associates on policy and product

Door was locked at 11:30 am 2/19/20. No one would answer the phone. But all the lights were on. A car was parked out front.
