The problem I'm having is I have to call to get a my meds filled. They tell me not till tomorrow. Then when I call the next day, well we had them ready yesterday. It just seems they aren't organized or have poor communication.

They said they didn't get my prescription from my Dr. They will not write a statement saying they didn't receive it. They don't care if ur in pain or nothing else. They don't care about people. This place is the biggest joke

I absolutely LOVE this place!!! They are ALWAYS friendly and helpful!! The longest I've ever had to wait for a prescription is 5 minutes!! And on top of them being lightening fast, they will bring it out to my car if I have a sick kid!!! If I have any questions about medication, they are ALWAYS willing and ready to help me. This is truly the best pharmacy I've ever been to and I highly recommend it!!

With all of the big box drug stores I was pleasantly surprised to find the service ,quality, attention and pricing that Crume drug store offered. I can see why this store is the oldest and so successful. When visiting the store the employees make you feel like you welcome. They are friendly , polite and very helpful. I love Crume Drug Store. I have been using this pharmacy since I moved to Bardstown around 15 years ago. I try to never have to go to another pharmacy. Everyone always treats me well and they are super fast getting your prescriptions ready. I seriously don't know why anyone would choose to go anywhere else.

I use to go to Wal-Mart for all my prescriptions; however after questioning the price onetime and why it changed every time I came in there they couldn't give me an answer. I also asked if they could call my doctor about one of my medications and the wouldn't. I started going to Crume Drug Store and I haven't looked back. I can order online and the deliver if you are in town. The also take care of my refills if I am out the call the doctor, so I don't have to.
