WOW!! We have a Shark vac we had just about given up on. Figured what the heck I'll take it to Becky's and see what she can do. WOW!! I picked it up day and a half later and it's like a brand new vacuum! Very reasonable price. All reworked and cleaned up. We have two large Doberman dogs who shed continuously and after our first time over the carpet it's like a new carpet! Becky did an outstanding job I highly recommend if you have any question about your back operation take it to Becky I'm sure she'll get it right for you!

With the prices of new vacuums going through the roof we had been really debating on whether to buy a new one now or try to wait for black friday. Thankfully a friend recommended Becky's vac shop so we decided to try it out before throwing our shark away and buying new. Now I'm really thankful we did. Becky is a very friendly gal who will tell you like it is! She won’t sell you junk and will let you know if your vacuum sucks well enough to fix if broken. I’ve used her for repair and for a purchase. Both experiences were great! She doesn’t suck but her vacuums do! Thanks Becky!

Becky is AWESOME!! I dropped off my vacuum before lunch and she had it FIXED AND CLEANED, READY TO GO in just a couple hours---or less! Now, I bring my vacuum to Becky every year and whenever my daughters' long hair overpowers the beater brush!! I recommend her to all my friends with gusto! After my grandson and son messed up my vacuum.I took Took my vacuum to Becky's where she stood up in no time. I also bought a smaller lighter one that I can use for small jobs on my wood floor. Picks up cat hair and other sayings on the floor around the house. Will be coming back and bringing my other one/carpet sweeper to have her see if she can fix that one. Keep up the good work Becky you're a a blessing for me
