Great facility, the doctor who worked on my pups fractured leg was friendly and accommodating. Charged what was necessary, especially for the major surgery that was needed. 2 months later, my 10 month old Boxer is back running around like nothing ever happened. Nobody here seems to really know what they're doing. Brought my GSD in, needed his nails trimmed but had to have a muzzle on. He tried to paw it off but was still walking with me. Some b**** that was "helping" saw him being upset, even though I had him walking fine, snatched his lead away from me and proceeded to drag my dog the rest of the 4 feet to the table (While also running her month about how he should've been started when he was younger, clearly not understanding that my dog was surrounded by people he didn't know being forced to wear something he doesn't understand in a place he's never been...). All that did was upset him more, and if I hadn't been in shock I would have walked out. Paid for the file after, but everyone was too scared of how he would react to the sound that they didn't even try (but charged me for it anyway). And why would a vet be handing out rawhide? I don't wanna go anywhere that encourages animals to eat something we know is bad for them. Very unprofessional. Terrible experience for my boy and me. I'll just keep making the drive to Bluegrass in Radcliff, they have always been great, I just wanted something closer.

I wish I could give 0. He gave my cat fluids when he knew they could hurt her since he said she was anemic. I didn’t know, that’s why I went to him, for his knowledge and advice. I wasn’t told about the adverse affects until it was too late. Wasn’t told that cats were like camels until after the fluids were administered. Now my baby is dead. I spent over $2,000 since May on her teeth, which got Infected after surgery. Now she’s gone and would have lived if it wasn’t for the fluids. Would have made a different decision if I was told beforehand, not after. She was only a cat to him, a paycheck, she was my everything.

Dr. Taylor and Dr. Shawn are great! I called about a lump I had found on my border collie who just turned 9 this year. It is about the size of a golf ball. I called and was able to get in right away. (Yes that's rare, but they have so many clients and usually have a pretty long wait list. That just tells me how trusted they are by the community.) When we arrived and were seen, we saw Dr. Taylor, he examined my best friend and was quickly able to determine the lump as a fatty tumor. He explained that it's nothing to worry about, yet, to monitor it and not to let it get so big that it hurts her range of motion. I love that they take the time to explain the situation with no BS. As a passionate pet owner I love knowing exactly what is going on, good or bad, and how to move forward. If you have pets in this area this is the place to go! Thanks Dr. T and Staff!

We now take all of our Fur-kids (2 dogs and 2 cats) to B.A.C. and they are great, really.. also it doesn't normally take too long to get an appointment when you need it. Another thing I love is they always seem to get you in a room pretty quickly so your not waiting in the lobby with 4 or 5 other cats and dogs. Dr. Taylor is great, he listens to what you are saying and takes in all of your questions and concerns and then very clearly explains everything to you. We just moved from Colorado about a year ago, had to get the dogs/cats established here and I'm really glad we picked this vet for everyone.

My mom's dog had an oozing bump on his head. I looked that up on google and in the top 3 reasons for this was cancer. My mom was in denial abt it. The son did a teeth cleaning anyway, which is very expensive. The dog was dead in a month. When asked for a 2nd round of pain meds after he had been diagnosed and was told no bc it was too hard on his liver. He's terminal, who cares abt the liver at this point. Took my dog b4 this happened bc she kept scratching her ears. Son looked at and said no mites and that was it. 3 months later she is still itching so went back in and was upset that problem was still persistent. Was told that humane society would pay for appointment. She ended up having yeast infection after the father looked at her more thoroughly. Administered meds, but did not tell me the cost. $80. Then prescribed allergy meds wo telling cost. That was around $70. I thought they didn't advise to cost bc humane society was paying. Got a $200 bill at end bc he only pays 100. Was not informed of that. Very dishonest and not forthcoming at all. I have never gone to a dr or vet where cost was not discussed b4 procedures. Money hungry and son is not well trained or thorough.

The staffers are ALWAYS friendly and helpful. We've seen Dr. Sean with each visit so far, he is very friendly, thoughtful and thorough. He doesn't over treat and always takes the most prudent and careful approach with our pets. The prices always seem very reasonable to me, especially since they don't try to over treat your pet just to make money. Some places do that, these folks do not, they definitely want what is best & safest for your animals. They also have a very convenient drive through for picking up medications, etc.

Took my dog here to get a mass checked out on her neck. They were very rude to me when asking basic questions. Acted like we were questioning their professionalism and all Dr. Taylor kept saying is "I have over 40 years of experience". That doesn't justify a good vet. Recommended at $700 surgery. They weren't even going to do blood work before, I had to call and request. Also wanted to give her rabies vaccine during surgery, when we were there 4 days prior for a visit and they refused to do it then. He Barely looked at the spot and didn't do a thorough exam. Thank goodness we got a second opinion because they would have put my baby through unnecessary surgery. It was just a spider bite that another vet lanced and is almost completely healed within 24 hours. All she is left with is a scab and a few days of antibiotics. Do not recommend taking your dog here.

Great bunch!!! They took great care of PunKin who needed his annual boosters. Not too expensive. They work with you to be sure your pet is cared for.It didn't take long even though they forgot us for a few minutes.Received great personal care. They even helped get the metal crate folded for easier storage. I just hadn't been able to manage it alone.I even received next year's calendar. This year it's kittens. 😂

Dr. Sean is knowledgeable and compassionate. He takes time to get to know his patients and their specific needs. Dr. Taylor is experienced and well respected in the community. Staff members are courteous and educated in their positions. Best of all is Rose Marie whose warm and welcoming presence is a comfort when facing a pet's illness or final moments.

Arguably the best veterinarian I've been to. Staff are both polite and extremely knowledgeable. Doc Taylor has been great with my little one. Not to mention the facility is very clean and doesn't smell like other vet offices I've been to. If you're looking for a place to take care of your pets then look no further. This is the best around hands down. The only sad part is when they're closed I am forced to use another vet. The really sad part is I wind up having to go back back to BAC because the other vets are very inferior as to the quality of care that I receive at BAC.

My family and I take time with each siltation. We know are clients by first name because all the small thing matter. Sometime we are booked for the day, and can’t always get everyone is as soon as they would like. But it’s just that we take pride in every case. They were so awesome my ex wife and kids had come back out here and one of there dogs was near death. They were going to have to put it down. This was the only place in town that was willing to make the time to do it so the poor dog would not have to keep suffering. For this we all thank you. Even though they did not want to have to let go it was the best for the dog. They had him cremated and honestly it was the best around . They had it done in a few days with a keep sake box for his ashes also certificates lil wood plaques with his name and the date he passed over the rainbow with some of his hairs and his paw prints. A lil clear bag with some of his hair. Really did not expect all of this . Even better they was so nice and kind to them and the Bull . Thank you so much!!!

They're good with my animal, they treat his pain without judging him and they make sure he don't suffer cuz he's got a bad neck and hips, people are always friendly and I had a really good experience at this place and I will be back
