The store is clean and workers are friendly but it’s pricey, there aren’t many places to shop in Barbourville so sometimes I have to go but it’s better just to drive to Corbin Walmart for cheaper prices!

The grocery store is always clean, neat and tidy, however, the prices are not on target with local competition. I spent $121 on basically the exact same items I had purchased a couple of weeks before for about $40 cheaper at local competitor. The only convenience that they provide is that they have more products and bigger selection in Barbourville. It's worth the 15 minute drive to go to Corbin to save money and have even more selection.

Conveniently located in the corner of a shopping center. A nice variety of items. fresh meats and a few items that other stores do not stock. The store could use a little TLC(Tender Loving Care), it was a little messy when I visited. This store has a bakery/deli the staff working the deli were polite and friendly. The checkouts were a little slow, with only 2 lanes opened at my visit. There are weekly sales, to help lower the cost of grocery shopping.

I was there with a friend. I am from Georgia, so I won't have the opportunity to shop there again. The store was clean and well stocked. Friendly workers offered help to my friend. Would definitely shop there if I lived close.

Extremely expensive . More than any other grocery store within 75 miles.Has a history of stocking and putting items "on sale" that experiration date ready to expire! Took all good Delia meat out and now sell only the tastelell and flovorless Kretchmyer (spelled wrong I'm sure) meats. Jacked price of coleslaw up because of demand then I go in and they say they didn't have time to make any that day.This place lost my business for good. I drive extra 25 miles each way to do my food shopping

This grocery has a decent selection of foods and produce but is not the place to go for fresh seafood and meats. My biggest problem with the store is how unclean it is. I've had to visit multiple times out of necessity and the floors and shelves were dirty.

Overall it is a decent store with a small variety of items to choose from to create a meal to get by on. This isn't the place for all your exotic eats and treats but it is the best place in barbourville for name brand grocery selection. Sadly there is no competition so prices are a little high.

It's the same it has always been. Generally good quality groceries at premium prices. Cheap knock off products priced the same as name brand items in walmart just a short walk away. And now they no longer have a western union. Certainly not the worst choice but definitely not the first. Lol

Use to shop at the Corbin ky store, I had forgotten they have a great store. Will definitely be going back to shop there. They had things Walmart never has.

I can get past the prices being a little higher cause the quality is better but I was told the deli closes whenever they feel like because of being short handed. Adjust the hours accordingly because people like I see the posted hours online before leaving the house and then get told " well it is what it is I guess really sorry about that".

Horrible store! Outrageous prices on produce. I mean who charges $4.95 for a head of broccoli and cauliflower. No wonder obesity is rampid in the state of KY. I could not find any vegan options. Sadly I paid over $4 for a small container of hummus and they only had one brand to choose from and two flavors. Healthier options and cheaper prices would benefit this processed food grocery store. If you even call it a grocery store and the only option of one in the town I was visiting. My heart aches for college students , children , and teens who would like to have vegan and healthier options because they have NONE! Save the animals and stop processed foods. Offer fresh vegetables and fruits at fair prices .

Had 2 place my own items in buggy w 2 managers and 2 employees standing there it was a 30 pm of bud light was heavy I understand under 21 can't touch alcohol but the 2 managers were over 21 and stood thefe

Only for emergencies. The prices are outrageously high, and the quality is pretty bad, especially in produce, where certain things are always on the verge of rotting, and in the deli, where the luncheon meats are gelatinized protein and the salads form a crust before supper time. And the new cashier who rolled her eyes and gave a heavy sigh yesterday when I asked for a price check? That all by itself is enough to make you drive to Corbin.

The best grocery store in the area. IGA brand foods are cheaper, and sometimes better than name brands. Meat prices vary wildly though. All in all a great place to shop, and much more reasonable than the competition.

Only one handi buggy for this store. Not sure if they assume no one else is handicapped. The store set up is almost impossible to navigate do to limited space and how much stuff they have piled at the end of each isle.

I enjoy going to IGA they finally started keeping more stations open. Standing in line for 30 mins (that's what it felt like) seems to be a thing of the past. I hope they keep that up. However they do need to express to their cashiers, that no matter how bad they don't want to be there, the customers shouldn't be able to tell how miserable you are. Smile more, it will make you feel better. All in all for the most part it's fairly friendly environment m

Convenient, as I live in Barbourville. Fantastic beef and pork, but not chicken. Produce selection is also disappointing. Friendly and hard working employees.
