They definitely need a smarter manager. His name is mayo I think. Which is probably his favorite food. allows a lot of people to come in and steal and is too afraid of the men to say anything. I watched him look right at a guy stealing. He just looked at him and smiled. He's scared too death. Poor boy

They NEVER have any workers. I guarantee you could shoplift the entire store and get away with it. So much so, you wouldn't even have to drive off fast worrying about the police (not that BPD responds to half of their calls). You can walk around the entire store and not find a single worker. Probably in the back shoving a meth pipe up their cooter. They don't even have self checkout but God forbid you try to check yourself out on the register.

I am obsessed with this store. Wo doesn't want to walk in somewhere and spend 50 bucks and walk out with 45 items. I go In for something specific and end up finding so many good things for a $1.25 that I can't help but buy them and end up getting 40 to 60 things and still not breaking the bank. They even have a $3 and $5 row if you want to spend a little bit more. Can't say enough things about this place.

Store was clean and mostly well-stocked and orderly. Staff was very friendly & greeted me with a smile. My only complaint is that a couple items that I needed weren't in stock (fractionated coconut oil and black acrylic paint). I was really happy to see what a variety of new craft items were available (among other things, there was a new color of chenille yarn - coral! So pretty) Overall, a good visit - I appreciate the money I save at Dollar Tree. For most items, it's the best value around :)

One of the filthiest stores I've ever been in, I was shocked at the condition inside and out.Garbage in the parking lot, and right in front of the door.Inside was in total disarray, stuff just tossed in the floors everywhere, shelves disorganized, associates acted like they couldn't care less.I'm amazed this is acceptable, I understand the employees are probably severely underpaid, and let's throw in short handed for good measure. But, wow.

This place deserves 5 plus 5 more stars. I don't know how they keep their place looking half as good as it does anymore. People will just fill their carts up , decide to go to the check out and throw it all ( items in their carts) back out into whatever owl shelf floor they can throw it on. Not take it back and put it work belongs where they got it from. I have seen people do this so many times and disrespect these hard workers they put up a lot of stuff in the store . A lot of disrespect that they shouldn't have to. Keep on doing what you do guys because I love this store it's my favorite 💚💚

This Barbourville, KY location had the widest variety of items to choose from than any other Dollar Tree I’ve shopped at. The only problem is that nothing is one dollar anymore, but that’s the case at all locations. They also had lots of $5, $6, etc. items, which I don’t particularly like because of the confusion it can sometimes cause once you’re ready to cash out.

Parking lot is filthy, inside is filthy, disorganized, the shelves are 3/4ths empty all the time. The isles are always blocked. Gotten burger buns moldy 4 out of 10 times I have had to get some. Management is almost always outside smoking or standing around talking to friends or family while there is only one person working check out and there are people lined up waiting to pay for their stuff. Buggies full of product waiting to be stocked and none available for customers to use including people with motility issues. Corporate needs to go in and fix this place or threaten to take the name off because the store is not worthy of the name.

I seen brands in this store that I've never seen at any other Dollar Tree! I am deeply hoping the owners invest in a night crew to straighten this store out and keep it that way. This wonderfully located store is a DIAMOND IN THE ROUGH

The store has come a long way since the first opening. It’s so organized. Big shout out to those that have went above and beyond to make it what it is now. Thankful to have this store in our community.

Parking lot stays trashed up most of the time. The dumpster areas are sickening. I see a lot of the employees lingering around outside chit chattin it up with people in the parking lot doing a whole lot of nothing.

Nice little addition to our little town, but in my opinion we have enough dollar stores. Some of the merchandise is ok, but you kinda get what you pay for. Lol

The isles stay cluttered my handicap friend cannot even get her wheelchair threw the isles what's so ever and the outside stays nasty. Garbage everywhere and it's like this everyone we go there.
