Breakfast bowl… don’t waste your money!$7 for a disgusting, uneatable bowl of yuk! Hash-browns freezer burnt & old grease taste. Sausage burnt or microwaved so long it couldn’t be torn apart. Called and explained that I normally never complain but $7 wasted is ridiculous. Mgmt said they would make me another one if I brought it back!? Why would I want another bowl of trash!? Warning to all DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!

I have been to many DQ's and this one has to be the #1 in food and cleanliness. Food is always fresh and taste excellent, lot's of friendly staff and always with a smile. I have eaten at this location many, many times and never had bad experience. My favorite is the FlameThrower burger, just perfect to give you a kick. If you are ever in Barbourville make sure you eat at this DQ, promise you won't be disappointed.

One of the best fast food experiences I've ever had. I was traveling in the early evening with a group of students, called ahead to see if the $5 lunch was all day, and the manager remembered we had called. He was very friendly and kind and his staff gave us great customer service and food. I definitely want to stop at this location if I'm going this way again. This is how fast food restaurants should be run.

This place was disgusting. The air conditioner was leaking, the bathroom had no toilet paper and Was disgusting, the toilet felt like it was too loose and the floors on the restaurant were unswept and dirty. The crew acted like they had no idea what to do and the top on my smoothie was covered in dirt. I have worked fast food and I know what should be expected. This was not an enjoyable experience and I will no be back.

Dairy Queen is my ALL TIME FAVORITE place to eat for ice cream! I absolutely LOVE their 💓 ice cream 😍💖! I can't get enough of it! I live in a small town. It's the ONLY place to get a good tasting vanilla cone! Nobody can top them! I'm WILD about their blizzards! I don't know which one is my favorite, the peanut butter blizzard, with extra peanut butter, or the Oreo blizzard! I love them 😍 both! My other favorite is the peanut buster parfait! Yummy 😋😛😍!

The food and soft serve here is amazing. I was very pleased with the service I had today. I ordered a specialty blizzard and they delivered. It was amazing and I just don't know the words to express myself properly!

Went inside and teenaged employee started yelling asking why the doors aren't bolted. There were customers inside at tables. He refused to serve my son and I stating the lobby was closed and walked off. Line of 15 cars in the drive thru. We just left. This has always been the worst dairy queen.

If you want the best breakfast for a fast food chain, please try their biscuits and gravy if you haven't! You'll be in for a nice meal. They do gravy like no other DQ and their biscuits are incredible.Since DQ went to "grill", I have really gotten into the dinner items, the chicken strip basket with that gravy (the breakfast gravy) will make you want to move to Canada because gravy on your fries is as good as it gets.Skeptical of the soda mixing machine but they're are some good combinations I seen on there that would be refreshing.Don't forget your blizzard or whatever frozen treat you desire.A big restaurant, usually not crowded so a good place to go in and eat.... always kept clean.The only issue you may face is it's not a secret among locals, sometimes you may wait a few minutes but it's not a guaranteed issue either.

Love me some DQ. Begged for an extra large blizzard (they usually charge the extra) but I was rightly denied. Lol all good. Rest of our party was so happy. Just watched a victory by our 1st year college football team over Union. Perfect way to cap it off.

Nasty facility and the food was cold or the equipment was not working right that read the temperature. I'd hate to be the health inspector for this place. Rest room tables floors window seals doors and walls we're all filthy nasty not from lack of use but lack of cleaning I've been in facilities before that's been used and worn and old and still been clean. So a old building is not a excuse for nastiness...

Went there yesterday to eat.and they have a big sign saying dining room open,there were people in there but all their doors were locked. How were you supposed to get in thru the drive thru window?

If no stars were an option that is what they would receive. Staff was rude, resteooms were disgusting. This location is out of everything. The employees don't use gloves when handling your food, nor do they wash their hands to prevent cross contamination. I will not be back to this location.

My flame thrower only had white lettuce pieces on it the bacon was burned so bad I had to remove it. The patties were so dry and just luke warm like they were cooked hours b4 I got them. And I only got an end of a tomato.
