If I could give 0 stars I would! No one answers the phone! It always looks a mess, like they literally just opened, but they have been there for years now. The workers are super nice, but the store is a disaster. I hate that it's the only store Auburn has. I'm patiently waiting for new management or a new store to come. Corporate please come and fix this DG!

Consumer be warned. The employees are nice, however, the prices at the register are higher in price than what is listed on the shelf. This has happened to me three times. Pay attention to what you are actually paying. After the first time I considered it a one-off. After the third time I considered this a regular trend for this dollar general. Please place the correct prices on the shelves so, as a consumer, I can decide if I want to purchase the product or not.

I tried multiple times to call this location and received a recorded message that the phone wasn't working. When I arrived to mail a FedEx package, the employee said the scanners battery was down because it hadn't been placed on the charger. I had to wait while they found another scanner to check my package in. I saw 4 employees and I believe 2 of them were brought in from other stores to fill in due to an employee shortage. I do want to add that all 4 of the employees were friendly, helpful and busy with their work.

Good place to get a few things. I have been there several times. The only response i gave a 4 instead of a 5 rating is because the store was packed and the was only 1 cashier. She was very nice and friendly. She was also doing a great job trying to keep up with all the people in line. I think management should have stepped in and helped her.

It's a good store people are nice except the curly red head chick. I'm just kidding she's cool she's my sister in law. It's really a nice store though could use some more floor room but other then that it's ok.

This place is a joke of a store, always a line and employees come out of office sees the line and goes out side to smoke instead of putting the customer first. Always has big carts sitting places you can't get to what you need. Most associates act like you are bothering them when all you are doing is trying to get what you need and leave. Management needs to do their job and get that place in better running order or just close and let a dollar market or something else open.

This is one of the poorest organized Dollar Stores. It's rarely navigable, rarely staffed, almost always hard to get out of. It's improved recently after a nightmare manager who looked like a Ms. Piggy impersonator who had the worst attitude in America, though.

The bathroom was absolutely horrendous. The trash was over flowing, the light was flickering, there was urine on the toliet and floor, there was no soap, no paper towels, no toliet paper, and no toliet seat covers. The odor was so bad, it smelt like rotting fecies, it was the type of smell that'd make your eyes water, do not recommend

After a long time shopping there, the store has turned itself around during August. The new management can only so much, but the new face employee has done wonders handling customers during the busy times

How you gonna ask me for ID to buy cigarettes Today, when you sold me cigarettes YESTERDAY without one? Then tell me that you're UNWILLING to ask the person who also works there if I'm old enough. I am old enough and look old enough! A 45 year old ID for cigarettes, but a 5 year old can change their gender. America has became a JOKE!

Thia store is pitiful!! The only items available are the ones that vendors bring in and stock. Can't get a cleaning product at all. Plan ahead and get at Kroger or Wal Mart.

Parking lot is a mess! Sidewalk going to door is still covered with ice and snow except right in front of door. Dollar General should think more if their customers than this. Carts all over the place stacked full of boxes with metchandise to be put on shelves.

My name is Michael britt, The store in auburn ky is a great store to go too.. the employees are awesome,i have never had any issues there and I have seen the manager go out of her way to help her customer,,she is a go getter and a hard worker.that store is one of my favorites to go to..great work auburn

Beware buying pre-paid credit cards from them, if the card doesn't work they can NOT give a refund. You will waste hours of your time and still loss.

There are rolltainers and boxes of merchandise everywhere on the floor. They only have one person working register at a time and its usually a long wait with 4 or more people in front of you.
