From the guard at the gate to the dry goods receiving personnel. I was unloaded immediately. I look forward to delivering here again

Definitely would not recommend to unload any kind of meat meal at this facility. they’re not properly set up to 4 1/2 hours to unload when typically it only takes two. Ever sent here to unload any sort of meal tell the broker or customer to deliver it themselves.

Do not go here to unload bulk, unless you have a day to waste. Hirribke designed material handling equipment thats broke down more than it works. Took 6 hrs to unload 25t of oats, ridiculous

I took a flyer from their ACANA brand booth at the Denver Cat Show. The flyer has a promo code that allows me to purchase a case and get one case free from either Chewy or Amazon. Since the Amazon price is lower to start with, I wanted to order the cat food and take advantage of the promotion.However, the promo code wouldn't work with Amazon, so I reached out to Champion Petfoods. Their customer care team gives no care in terms of trying to resolve the issue. Instead, they told me Amazon has limited supplies, and the promotion is no longer valid; while on the flyer, it is cleared stated the promotion will end in December 2024, and did not specify or imply "limited supplies".I hate to see a company with a good product being managed by people who has terrible integrity and horrible business practice.

Yesterday was the first time I had been to this facility. Checked in with security and the older gentleman working the guard shack was extremely friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Same for the folks in the shipping department. Was assigned a dock immediately and the loading began as soon as I backed in. Loaded very fast. A guy came out and told me their system had been giving them problems and there was a delay getting my bills ready and since the load was going to China, everything had to be correct. He saw that I have a dog in the truck with me and he came out a few minutes later with a big bag of dog treats and some food. To me this was an awesome gesture and much appreciated. Had the bills and was sealed up and leaving a few minutes later. Total time on property was a little over an hour. Compared to most places these days, this is super fast. I’ll most definitely be hauling out of here again.

Got unloaded at warehouse pretty quick. Appointment was at 8am but got into door at 7:15am was out by appointment time. Only negative is no bathrooms (not even port o potty) or vending machines for drivers. On site overnight parking which was nice because originally arrived on location at 12:23am.

But I was unlucky, I arrived for unloading at about 12 noon, so they told me to wait until 6 pm, they work well, I don’t want to come here anymore, it sucks.

Very friendly people. I showed up 45 minutes early. I wasn’t given a dock until an hour after my appointment time but was emptied quickly.Do not break your seal or open your doors. Back in and they do it. Receiving Office is by dock #1. Not bad at all except for the stench of death, especially in the receiving office. Bless the people that work inside and huff that odor all day. Geesh!Sanitize the bottoms of your shoes and your truck floor after coming here. You’ll definitely probably step in some mystery fluids.

Well managed, efficient, friendly. They do offer overnight parking if needed, female gate guard was super nice and helpful. Guy that unloaded had me finished in under 20 minutes. Since I pulled in here with under 1 hour on my clock, I was very grateful for the speedy service. Wouldn't mind coming back here anytime 🤑🤑🤗🤗

Excellent experience. Nice people. Got a door and was out in less than two hours. Large facility room for overnight parking but not sure. Didn't see restrooms so don't know about that either

Excellent place to get loaded at. Both security and shipping personnel were very nice and professional. Loaded in under an hour. They do allow overnight parking. No restrooms or vending machines though. The only downside. But overall good place.

Hard working Americans that get a trucker unloaded in less than an hour. It's a newer plant as well so there's no potholes yet. I've been here multiple times now and can say it's a good place to go to if you truck.

They loaded us quickly, one problem. It was an ingredient for pet food and we got rejected on our next load. We went and did a washout and they rejected us a again. Some kind of ingredient that had a fish smell.
