For the most part Walmarts are close to the same although we all have our favorite one to go to, Ashlands is good for the most part it’s in and out, our trip in yesterday was close to the same, it’s very busy this time of year forsure, I did how ever find a great deal in the clearance isle which is a great little nugget ice maker, the are expensive is about the only thing I see when I look around for them but 130$ in the clearance isle, so when you go I suggest finding that isle and given it a once over, the lady when we did self check out was helpful and polite

Walmart bakery we refuse to take my order for birthday cake for Sunday for my autistic brothers 50th birthday. What is sad about it is that I’m a plus member and we should be treated with a little bit more respect. I also fine it’s funny because I went on the website and I was able to order for the day that I need the cake for 1 PM pick up. If Walmart wants to play games with me that is fine because I had ordered the same cake at Food fair in Ironton for less than what they were going to charge me. Anybody knows me knows I ordered large full sheet cakes and I go expensive. I guess Walmart doesn’t want to make money.

Too busy i had trouble finding a parking space then it was too crowded inside and finally i found out most stuff i saw online wasnt in store at all. Its pretty good online but i wont be going back to the actual store anytime soon

I went to Walmart today. I had a pleasant trip. The self check out is how all the Walmarts are going to be soon. The one in Ashland is a super Walmart. They have a bank or McDonald’s, vision center, garden center, Eye doctor. It’s up on top of the big hill above all of Ashland. It’s not too tricky driving in and out of there either.

I went to get my tires done this morning at 9 AM. the front 2 tires. if they were not done until 12 o'clock and then I had to find 2 members of management to get my Keys because the person who was Running register kept telling me my car was not finished PERIOD She Then. Rung me out and still didn't give me. My keys and moved on to the next person. I highly do not recommend going to Walmart to have anything done to your car unless you are in desperate need. now my husband will have a point. It worked and it'll cost him extra time. Money and his reputation just because the lady couldn't turn around and undo a lock box. Definitely will not go there again!

On this visit I chose to order my items online and pick up at the store. This service is the only positive thing I’ve seen coming from the Covid pandemic. The process was a breeze. The pick up was the same! And with friendly, courteous Wal-Mart staff loading my car.

Nobody in the store knows how to pick up a phone and if by some miracle they do they don’t even know how to transfer it. You just get hung up on!!!🤮Update from this morning on my review bunch of drug addicts work here happy I’ll no longer be employed with this company better opportunity elsewhere!!!

I usually hate going to our local Walmart so if I have the extra time I will go to another "local" walmart. This place is clean. The staff is helpful. Even though the store was packed due to the holidays our wait to checkout was not long and miserable. Will definitely go back to this location

I am here to tell everyone to not expect anyone to answer the phone and do their job of providing customer service. I have called about 16 times with concerns for my sister's pick up order. She placed the order yesterday and wasn't able to pick it up, so I just need to know if her order is still there and ready to be picked up. That way I don't drive all the way there, with my three children to get it, if it's not ready. Working at Walmart is literally all about customer service, and I'm just confused why no one is helping me. We will never order from here again. It's not that hard to pick a ringing phone up!!!

NEED MORE CASHIERS!!!! Schedule more workers. There is no excuse for having to wait so long. There are people who have worn themselves out shopping in your store they shouldn't have to wait a half hour to check out.

They are rearranging a lot of stuff in the store (looks great so far) and the back bathrooms are blocked off with plywood because they're redoing them (the family bathroom is still open), but the shopping experience was still pleasant and all of the employees were helpful and friendly.

Nice clean crackhead free Walmart. Ok maybe a few crackheads but overall a really good Walmart. Big clean parking lot lots of near by stores and restaurants. People that work here seem nice and good workers. Highly recommend. One thing curbside pickup app has spots 1-15 but there are 20 spots so if you park in spot 16-20 you will have to call in. Not a big deal phone number is posted

This store is massive and not NEARLY enough riding carts!! Your stupid app keeps giving me issues after 30-40mins on the phone getting signed up for the Medicaid discount!! Yes I’m grateful for the discount however, you HAVE to call to get the discount, otherwise the discount won’t be applied. Not only that, your stupid app keeps trying to charge me $10 for delivery everytime I try and place an order and I’m not paying for that because I’m signed up for Walmart+!! This is ridiculous, FIX the Walmart+ section of the app!!

Gave them a a second try. Still the worst Walmart ever. 7am.. they don't have milk, eggs stocked yet. This place is a dump. They open their doors at 6am but zero (even self service) registers open until 7am.. I complained after waiting at the register for 20 minutes with a cart full of groceries.. All they said "Yeah.. There's nobody up there this time of day".. But they have tons of stock people and personal shoppers blocking up the aisles making it hard to shop.. It's like this store goes out of their way to waste your time.

Went here they had plenty of handicap parking spots but no wheelchairs available so I had to walk through the store with my Walker and by time I got home I was in so much pain that.I'm gonna call ahead next time that I need to go. And make sure they set aside a wheelchair.Because because I cannot walk through this store. I need to be able to use a wheelchair or scooter.The store is too big for me to just walk through.

Seems like shelves are always low stocked. Been to other Walmart stores, and shelves are fully stocked! Just came from Ashland walmart . Again shelves r low stocked.

Had difficulty finding prices on merchandise and long line at the one register that was open11/30/2022Still need more registers open. Needs to be better stocked in dairy department.5/6/2024They still need to have more registers open and keep sections picked up better.

It's Walmart. A trap. Big store putting people out of work. 8 self check out on each end. And only 2 registers open with paid employees. I don't work gor you Wal-Mart so I should not have to scan my own stuff. Give an incentive, 25% off for me to do it. Better yet hire some people and open the lines. Seriously need to start going to Kroger. At Least there are only 6 people in each open line.
