This was a rather interesting visit. Normally, I would rather not enter a Walmart for (Numerous) reasons [rude/crazies] PPL. However, this store had items in stock that I've Not even seen at other locations. Especially for anyone interested in Healthy lifestyle or an Organic Alt. to Anything!! Yes I'm sure you can acquire [bee pollen] online. However, I prefer to inspect such items✋️ON pre-purchase. This greatly reduces headaches & hassle of returning and accepting Sub-par Anything! To each their own , I hope this helps do look for other quality ( Organic Alternatives). Enjoy 😉

Well, it's a Walmart. They have all the things you need, even if you don't actually want to go there to get them. To their credit, this one actually had eight or nine human cashiers! There were plenty of self-checkouts available if that's your thing, but if it's not, this is the one to go to! The parking lot is a little smaller than most other Walmarts, but there are still plenty of spots even during the busy holiday season. Accessibility is no problem for the handicapped, in the parking lot entry or restrooms.

Organized good employees and definitely beats Ashland wall-mart.I live next to the Ashland wall-mart and drive 20 minutes just to go to cannonsburg 🤘

There is a woman door greeter that stops me for receipts every time. So I started videoing it. I have 4 videos already and in every video you can see ppl going out her smiling and saying have a good day or whatever but she always stops me. One video shows a person with a tv going out 2 ppl in front of me and she didn’t check the receipt. She wears those long dresses like a certain religion wears and at this point there is no other way to take it besides she is definitely discriminating against me. This has happened every time I go and she is working as a door greeter I only started recording recently but has happened many times before. I took a friend with me and she didn’t believe it so she bought a tote with the lid on (something that will definitely get you stopped because ppl can hide stuff in there) I had all small things that were in Walmart bags (shampoo etc). She went out in front of me with no problem the associate actually went past her when she seen me to get to me. That’s when my friend told me I need to contact Walmart because she is definitely out to “get me” I’ve never stolen from Walmart or anywhere and I wear name brand clothes and always well groomed. There is only one reason for her to stop me and it’s because of discrimination at it’s finest. My friend wants me to make a social media post with all the videos but I don’t want to ruin someone’s life even if they are that way. But I definitely want it to stop and something should be done immediately. I can go to any Walmart or store and never get stopped but I can say with 100% certainty if she is working I will get stopped and she is very rude with me but all smiles to everyone else. I don’t want to get anyone fired but if someone is doing this they should NOT be the person greeting customers and the face for the store. If she can’t be trained to not discriminate she should be in the back away from customers. I drive all the way to Ashland Walmart which is about 15 minutes out of my way to avoid her. I have never had an issue with this store before this. I guarantee I’m not the only one this is happening to either. Hopefully others see this and speak up when they realize what’s going on.

If you're child is into SpongeBob. Do not shop here in person. Every other Walmart around has SpongeBob stuff but this one. Now a child has to go without on his birthday. Thanks..

This is my absolute favorite walmart location out of every walmart that I've visited. They always have what every other location has ran out of!!! It may not be the biggest but it's my favorite!!!!

There was clearance item I was trying to buy but even though it was really on clearance and there was more of the same on clearance..i would have had to pay the full price. Even the manager on duty Cody ( u no who u are) refused to send someone back to the Clarence to look!!! The whole experience was insane!!When I emailed Wal-Mart's Customer Complaints.. I received a email back that told me that it was up to the manager on duty what the final price was YES regardless of what was being advertised.They don't care they think that you're losing one customer and there's so many more so far I have 68 people that is now refusing to go to the store

I like this store! Everybody’s really nice. Even though I got stuck here for a week because my RV broke down people are pretty pleasant to me. I miss store. Took my car to the service center. They were very nice to me professional grocery. Everyone was nice in there I don’t understand how there’s a low rating for the store, considering the fact that there are far worse Walmarts like the ones in West Virginia, that was really bad this one those folks and they are very nice! So you might want to consider that before you leave a bad review those people and they’re very nice! Could be worse you could live in West Virginia think about that because I’m just saying everyone of those workers I’ve run across I’ve been very helpful and very professional And very nice and happy and willing to help you find stuff you don’t get that in West Virginia at Walmart at all I’m just saying. So thank you to the employees at this location. I appreciate your help in any of the places that you all may have seen me or my child that thank you

Yes, I went here. They did have a wheelchair available for me. When I got there, which I greatly appreciate. The Thing that upset me the most was. I forgift cards for my brothers and sisters for There are birthdays when my one brother got his card in to use. It was saying there was something wrong with the card like it hadn't been activated and I know. I paid out the money to have all of those cards. Activ asked my brother to mail that to me. And I'm gonna bring it back to the store and see if they can fix the issue.

It's best to go early in the morning. They have a great selection. The only problem is all of the Walmart employees that are shopping for delivery or pick up block half of the aisle and aren't very friendly if you ask them to scoot their cart so that you can get what you need. I feel like in-store shoppers have a lower priority that pick up or delivery.

The last time I went here I placed a pick up order. I arrived at the correct time and tried to call the pick up department number that's posted outside. No one answered.. I continued to call for close to 15 minutes with not one person every answering the phone. I needed a couple of other items I had forgot to add to my order, so I decided to walk in and see if I could get the pick up order that way since no one would answer. I told the associate my problem and she went to the pick up department to see what was wrong. lol she had the nerve to come back and say "well you weren't checked in so they didn't know you were out there waiting"... What ?! Of course I wasn't checked in, they wouldn't answer the phone !!! 🤦‍♀️ So whatever, they checked me in and instead of just letting me get the order then because I had to come inside due to them not doing their job, they told me I would have to go back out and wait in the pick up parking lot again.. so I told her I had to grab a couple items and went back out to the lot. I start calling the line again to tell them the number of the spot I was in... NO ANSWER again ! This went on for at least 6 to 8 solid minutes until I finally catch an employee bringing out someone else's order. He says he will make sure my order is brought out quickly... So a few minutes go by and the finally bring it out to me. While arranging the items I noticed I was missing my box of 100 some odd diapers. I run to the lady who brought it out and told her. She says "No I brought them out" I said "No, you can go look that was the box of wipes".. She tells me again "Well there were no diapers on the order" as she obviously fake scrolls looking at my list. She clearly just wants to go back in and rushes me off by saying "If you get home and it's on your online receipt then we will replace it".. Unfortunately I didn't have my phone to prove it right then and there but of course I got home and I had paid for the diapers. I also paid for baby wash that wasn't in the bags either. Anyways, I call them and let them know and yeah they replaced the diapers only because I got the name of the employee who had told me it wasn't on my order.. but I didn't get the baby wash replaced and it didn't fix or help the fact that the whole experience was an absolute mess and made me never want to shop there again. I'll just stick to the one on the hill down from Chick FIL A.

If I could give 0 stars I would. So had new tires put on my car a couple weeks ago. When I change my oil I always rotate my tires. Well when another garage went to do it, they found 2 of my lug nuts had been stripped when the idiots put my new tires on at walmart. And no the garage that went to rotate them didn't do it because I was standing by my car the whole time and was watching them where at walmart you can't see what their doing. I think they should be held responsible for causing damage to another's car! I'll never go back to walmart auto care again!

A very nice, well organized big box retailer! It's a much nicer alternative than the more hectic Riverhill Dr location on the opposite end of Boyd Co. Very friendly sales associates! Parking is ample and not too far from I-64 for those commuters. Highly recommend their grocery pick-up!

Floors covered in clutter and dirt, shelves poorly stocked and things all over the place. Aisles blocked with unloaded pallets. Impossible to find an employee other than the rude 'personal shoppers' who block the paths with their oversized carts (start stocking shelves and personal shopping during closed hours, don't inflict it on us)The place is poorly managed, either they refuse to pay adequately or their management team is an utter failure as it is clear they lacked staff numbers and lacked staff who cared.Without a single change you could use it as a set for filming a zombie movie.

Walmart in this location is getting worse day by day by having those management sherry who she thinks she owns the electronic section , she said I have to follow her policy which to give me a less products of what I asked for or she will call the security.

Good place to shop. Nice employees. Have Nice variety of products. Material if you like to sew. Housewares section. Good section of shoes, boots ect. Can get car service,oil change and tires. Nice food selection regular brand name as well as Great Value brand.
