I shop there all the time and have never had an issue. Today I was looking for a kayak and turns out it had a dent in it. I spoke with an associate (think he is a manager) named Tyler. He was amazing he went above and beyond to make it right. I would recommend 100%. Great customer service is the most important aspect of where I and many others shop.

Clean store and has variety of merchandise. cashier was great she was fast and got all 7 customers checked out reasonably fast in front of me. Seemed to only be 2 people working in the store, the rest were I the back on break I guess.

I love this store for the selection of dog food. When you have a gang of five saving money is paramount. I can usually snag a great deal on a huge bag of dog food and be in and out in under 5 minutes. Even Amazon cant do that - yet! Employees are friendly, helpful and always ask me if I need anything. Great customer service will bring me back time and time again.

Good store and well stocked! Local farmers love this store as they have pretty much anything you would need commonly used on a farm. Their pet and animal section is really well stocked. Prices are decent and comparable to other local places.

Always find exactly what I need! If they don't have it they will find it and or get it in for you. Such nice and friendly staff from the moment you walk in! I much prefer them over other chains, their employees are enough to make this my choice in hardware stores much less their prices and selection.... Well worth a visit to see what they have, including clothing and decor!

They have a pretty good selection of farm supplies, the prices are high though. If your in a pinch or can afford to be in a hurry. I usually find the same stuff on the Internet for a lower price. Rural King in Summit has a better selection and usually had better prices. If you wait around for stuff to go on clearance you can get decent deals. Their clearance isle is near the bathrooms.

Their prices use to be affordable but in the last two years they have skyrocketed. I use to shop here all the time for my furbabies but not anymore. They only reason I'm giving 4 starts is because they do sell alot of stuff that is ACTUALLY good for your animals.

Went to Russell, Kentucky store for deer netting. Manager worker told me he only orders it at the beginning of the season, sorry! Truly is sorry that he didn’t even offer to get some in. Thank God for Amazon, it’s not my first experience with this at Tractor Supply.

The employees need to learn how to be a professional employee.Not knowing certain things about items in the store can be a loss of business, Manner's and attitude from employees show's that they are untrained other then to work a register or stock items.Being a professional has alot more to do with excecuting the job for a period of time 100%.Employees are supposed to rake in every penny for the company,no attitude, it's not there place.

I'll never will go to this store anymore as long as that fat store manager is there my wife had her cell phone stolen right out of her buggy and they wouldn't go and look at there cameras but I guarantee if they new someone stole something they sure would have...

Went in store to buy a new lawn mower but since the guy that was going to help me get it they said we both couldn't come in store so since I can't see what I want I bguess I'll have to go elsewhere to buy me a new mower .We will never shop here again
