This review is about Tina in grooming. I do not live in the area but the way she took care of my fur baby (and me) made us feel like superstars!! She even gave him a photo shoot after his grooming. She was thorough, (creative as requested), efficient, and super friendly! I told my family that lives locally to go see Tina if they have grooming needs.THANK YOU TINA!!

The staff was super helpful and friendly! We were able to find everything we were looking for with assistance, and they were able to explain how specific products work and benefit your pet! 10 out of 10, we will be back! They have everything you could need for your pet, including engravable tags, leashes, food, treats, clothing, and even fish gerbils and birds should you wish to purchase those!

I purchased a UVB bulb for my reptile yesterday and the bulb didn’t work. When I came but up to replace the bulb the lady told me where I payed for part of it with my points I would still lose my points and have to pay the difference where I got it cheaper. So you’re telling me their product failed so I lose my points and have to fork out more money to get a new one? What a joke! Won’t be returning.

They were terrific! Helpful, rescue case went in ti by special food, etc... they helped locate it, and even carried it to register for me while I catered to the pup. Everyone was kind to this little one! Thanks guys! She started out very sick. But on a wk journey from Va. To Ca. Survived! And More! She is living the life in Ca. With a wonderful new adopted mom!

Went here to get my cat, LeRoy groomed. We did the lion cut bc he is part Maine coon & has really long fur. They did a really good job. Before and after pics are posted hehe. Their price was a lil high. It was $70 plus tax so it came to about $80. It took them from 10:15am-12:45 to finish. They were super friendly and professional. I gave 4 stars bc of the price and bc they accidentally took a lil too much of the Maine around his neck so it wasn't as long as it should have been. They couldn't finish his front legs bc he got lil agitated when they got to that part so they did what they could. But, for their first time working on my cat, they did great job still.

Very deceiving ads. Seresto listed for $38 on Google. Went to store and it was $61. Then I get home and recheck Google and it was updated today !!! Manager not in the least bit helpful.

I had the pleasure of paying $130 today to come home and re-groom my 2 dogs. As you can see, feet trimming is great if you like your dogs to look like Clydesdales, to get a green bean sized mat behind an ear, they used clippers rather than thinning sheer and scalped 1 about 3 inches and after upgrading to the "Furminator Treatment" I have already retrieved a Walmart sized bag of dead hair from his tail and 1 hip. The bath was good so they were nice and clean for me to accurately groom them this evening. NEVER again.

The staff was amazing when we got our first guinea pigs, they were abandoned and were waiting to be taken in by aarf. We adopted them right then and there. The staff helped make sure we had everything they would need to get started. Any questions we had they helped find the answers. Sadly one pasted away due to old age and we returned to get another guinea pig and they remembered them! We purchased a baby guinea pig and it was so easy. If we have any pet questions or needs they are our first stop.

The only reason this is not all 5 stars is because of the online order/ pick up system they have. If they are out of stock of something that is part of a bogo deal you have to pick it up, have them refund and then re-ring up the purchase with the other item. I feel like they could offer a substitution on the free or discounted item. The staff is very friendly and helpful and I enjoy shopping at this location. The store is also very clean and I love the programs they offer for pet parents.

Went to petsmart for feeder guppies, Was told they didn't sell feeders, just the fancies. Don't tell regulars that buy something there all the time ya don't carry something. Gave em 3 stars bx they're usually more together than this.

Very friendly & helpful. I needed a "coat/rain jacket" for my new puppy. I had not a clue what size he needed. He's a bigger puppy (70lb boxer) & I had not a clue how the sizes ran. They measured him and helped me find the size he needed. Would highly recommend them for your pet's need.
