Wish I could give less than one star. Because they don’t even deserve one. ☝️ Yes I’m still on hold. And I’ve been on the phone with them since around 9 am this morning. Even drove the 2 hours swaying to go to the store in person to find out where my deliveries were at. 4 deliveries set to be delivered at the property for first thing this morning set on Monday April 2nd. It’s almost 4:30 and only 3 deliveries have arrived and the lad 2 deliveries arrived at 3:20 pm. I’ve had 6 workers at the property on the clock since 8 am. What the heck is going on at this Lowe’s. They should change their slogan to Lowe’s slow. And of course no one answered and instead they just hung up on me. I swear if Home Depot was close by this Lowe’s store would be out of business as they should be if this is what customers can expect from them. On hold again I guess I’ll be on again, looks like I am the only one who cares if their employees are doing their jobs or not. It’s a good thing I’m not the manager or I’d have fired them and be hiring some people that actually want to work.

DO NOT FALL FOR THE FREE INSTALLATION SCAM!!!. I purchased a new GE profile dish washer that was on sale from $999 to $629. There was a rebate offer for free installation for any appliance $599 or more. I could have easily installed it myself but I chose to allow Lowe’s to install it since it was free. The salesman in the appliance dept assured me that my purchase was a qualifying purchase. When I was checking out paying for my purchase the checkout person asked if I wanted 12 months same as cash or my Lowe’s discount since I was using my Lowe’s card. I didn’t need to finance it so I chose to use the Lowe’s discount. After waiting 3 weeks for the installer to come I had my washer installed. I applied for the rebate. My rebate was denied because I used my Lowe’s card. The Lowe’s loyal customer discount …… you guessed it… made my purchase $597.56 screwing me out of the rebate. No one told me at any point during my purchase that using my Lowe’s card would cost me $166 because it would screw me out of my rebate. You can’t tell me that Lowe’s didn’t know exactly what they were doing. That purchase is my last purchase from Lowe’s. I will drive the additional 30 miles to Home Depot.

Treat you disrespectful as F when trying to buy wire. I bought a 1000’ last week today went for 6AWG 10AWG and 4ot and got terrible service 5-10 before anyone can after hitting the button. Got treated like he was in a rush didn’t want to provide any customer service then to be treated like a suspected criminal in the check out lane when scanning and asking for the wire that someone had to walk up for me .Do better add loss prevention measures other than that -

I shop at this Lowe’s a lot it’s closer to my home than the other Lowe’s never had a problem there and I will continue shopping there. I seem to always have what I need. Some stuff at Lowe’s is really expensive but that’s not their fault it’s just a sign of the times. I like Lowe’s I find it convenient and easy to find everything I need.

No one to help you in any dept. It was awful.Then got to checkout and no one would come help an elderly lady out with her purchase, by the time I figured out what was going on, some other customer was helping her. Now mind you there were three employees standing around doing NOTHING. Lowe's is a joke.

I recently ordered 2 sliding patio doors from the Russell, KY location to be delivered with “Same Day” shipping. I called Lowe’s customer service and they assured me they would be there on schedule. I had scheduled contractors for installation the next day. Needless to say, they “delayed” the delivery an hour before the cutoff time. I drove to Lowe’s and ?Tristin?, the “fulfillment” guy could not have cared less about the shipping issue. He acted like it was my fault. The delivery had been transferred to the Burlington, OH store. The only other option he gave me was cancelling the delivery and picking them up myself. I told him if they could load them, I’d figure out a way to get them off my truck myself. These are 180lb doors. He was visibly annoyed and told me he didn’t know if they had anyone available to load them. He went to get the doors and realized that even though the Lowe’s system said there were 6 in stock, they only had 2 and 1 was missing the hardware.I had to drive to the Burlington, OH location to get the doors. I will say that the folks there were VERY helpful. They got the doors off the floor for me and helped me load them into my truck.I refuse to enter the Russell, KY Lowe’s again. If I have to drive 50 miles out of my way, that’s fine with me. I’ve also learned that Lowe’s “Same Day Shipping” claim is a ruse. Don’t trust it.

I'm here all the time over the last year. I buy a lot of little things here to fix up an old house. While the South Point and Wheelersburg Lowe's are on brand, there's a special place in my heart for this store.The staff is sweet to my dog, as are the customers. There is a well tended garden area and I've never had a less than primo encounter.Of course it's unfair that the local hardware stores can't compete because their distribution network, but I still hit up those racks for last generation devices such as for my CRTV to go with the old house logistics. I'm very happy with the building materials industry locally therefore

Lowe's ( Russell, ky.) uses 3rd party delivery service on appliances now and they are unprofessional liars... The people they sent didn't even speak english and looked at me like I had 3 heads when I asked if they were going to install the pedestal under the washer and then they just left without a word !!! I'm so angry after what I went through over a front load washer and pedestal for it, that I promise you, lowes will be the last place I will ever buy anything ever again !!!Buyer beware, lowes is no longer a reputable company and allows this practice to take place !!! All I wanted was the service I paid for !!! I called lowes and they told me to contact the 3rd party to fix it and it wasn't their problem...I bought it from lowes so they are responsible to me and the 3rd party is lowes as far as I'm concerned...What has happened to American businesses you just can't depend on them to put customer service as a priority anymore...Good luck getting hold of the manager (Jacob Von weimer )he won't answer your call or even contact you back... This is the type of person lowes has running their store...No wonder amazon is putting these shisters out of business...You would think they would wise up but nope they don't care...Good riddens lowes and hello Home Depot...

Needed packaged wire of course they got it all locked down. Pushed button waited 20 minutes got no help. I will just go to Gibbs Hardware and pay more at least they want to help

We went during a kids event they were having for NYE. Kids had so much fun, pizza, drinks and snacks were given. Puzzles, coloring sheets and noise makers were there too. The store was very clean and I found exactly what I was looking for

Ordered on the phone and received an item that was completely cut to the point of having to be taped back together. I didn’t pay for a used or returned item and definitely wasn’t asked if it was ok. It’s a shame to see such blatant laziness and a complete lack of professionalism from this store. I wish I could have given 0 stars!

They need to have more accessibility for those with disabled, such as electric scooters or wheelchairs. For people who are physically limited, otherwise, my shopping experience was fine.

very good customer service from (Ho ) from plumbing is outstanding, he assisted me two years ago when I first came to Ashland from Miami the first time with a lot of requests and questions from my projects , he was very patient and knowledgeable he walked through and made sure I got everything I needed, I have been at this location on several occasions after that the service has been good with other employees, today Friday the 12 I came in and received the same outstanding serviceThank you so much

Bought a dishwasher for my mom August 30. Took two weeks for the first scheduled installation. They deliver the new dishwasher, disconnect the old (making it unusable), and leave the new dishwasher sitting in her condo. The guy indicated he would return. He didn’t. She calls Lowe’s and gets someone after five calls. They reschedule vaguely for the end of the next week. No show. She calls. They said it shows it was installed. They say they will call Monday to reschedule. They call Monday and schedule for another week away. My mom has now had a dishwasher sitting in her condo living room for over two weeks. I live in Texas. She is in Kentucky. I’m not happy with Lowe’s.

Went and got the lumber I needed for two separate projects and took it to the front myself and asked for assistance in the wood cutting department to have two pieces of the wood I had just got cut, she told me they were real busy outside and it would be a minute, I said no problem and went to get a couple more things to complete my projects came back and sat patiently waiting for the assistance I was told was coming, well over and hour passed and no one ever came to assist me. Thanks Lowes! Great customer service!

This location nestled in Greenup Co in Russell, KY, is a nice home store! Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful associates in every department. Well lit and aisle signs clearly marked! If you have been in one Lowe's, you pretty know the floor plan. The buy online pick-up in store feature is amazing! Great deals in appliances that surprisingly are cheaper than Big Sandy!

I tried just contacting management over this, but tbey do t want to answer the phone. My son and his wife went to this location for some supplies. They both have disabilities and have trouble speaking to people in the community, which is one thing they are supposed to work on. They were asked to get a shower guard for the shower. The sales clerk told them they would have to pay $400 for an entire surrounding and that you couldn't purchase it seperate. She couldn't asked them why we couldn't come with them, since we know what we want. I am furious that someone could speak to a customer like that when all they were asking for was help. We will never be back. And BTW....on their website, they did have them seperately. This is not the first time we have had trouble from this Lowes.

Ordered cabinets in the beginning of February. Financed in full. I get a call from them in March telling me they’re in and also telling the installers that as well that they are delivering on the April 4th. Installers show up and lowes doesn’t. Call to talk with a manager they slip up and tell me they didn’t order the cabinets until March 5th a whole month after I purchased them. Then get a call again saying they are going to deliver again on the May 2nd. Well they didn’t show up again and have me scheduled for the 5th. Horrible service and no communication between store and logistics. Ask for a call back and all they can do is send an automated telephone call saying I’m being delivered on the 5th? Don’t recommend using them.
