I had recently posted a not so favorable review but let me tell you what. The manager personally called me today and we talked and I was wrong about some things I said so I'll be the first to apologize and he's going above and beyond to make me a happy customer once again. Kudos Jimmie John's, I knew I loved y'all for a reason!!! Customer service is definitely #1 with y'all!! My first time eating here, went in not knowing what I wanted and the guy at the register (Thomas) helped figure out what I would like the best. He also was not only super helpful but very sweet and outgoing as well! Lexi also did an amazing job on making the sandwich. It was all together a great experience and we will defiantly be back!

Had two subs delivered. First time I've tried this place. Had trouble with my card but when I called the man I spoke too was extremely friendly and helped me resolve the issue. Delivered fast and delivery guy was also very friendly. Food was superb! We will definitely be ordering again!! (And they have the good ice lol )

I absolutely love their Hunter Club Sandwich, it's the only one I get because it's so good. The past few times they kept adding mayo when I asked for no mayo, but still amazing sandwiches and is the only place I want to go if I'm craving a damn good sandwich.

A good sandwich.. Bit overpriced. Had 3 coupons for free sandwiches given out during summer motion. So i took my boys after church went to use coupons and manager said one person visit. I said it doesn't say that anywhere on coupon. We were going to leave but she finally agreed to redeem coupons.Customer service keeps people coming back.

Love the lettuce wraps. Staff were not friendly. The manager was rude and grouchy to what appeared to be someone in training. The girl had put my order in wrong. It took them a few minutes to decide if they were going to fix it and that is the reason for 3 stars.

Freaky fast sandwich, they definitely stand to there slogan. I eat there just about everyday for lunch, friendly faces, clean environment, my sandwich is always fresh, the veggies are crisp, and the bread is golden. I would highly recommend stopping in and getting yourself a sandwich!!

Service was absolutely fantastic! I ordered my food online around 9:50 and was only about 2 minutes away, but got stuck in heavy traffic and didn’t make it to Jimmy Johns until 10:08, the workers stayed there until I made it to pick up my food. I figured they would just throw the food away and leave. The guy at the window was so friendly and wasn’t even upset at how late I had them stay over. I offered him a tip and he refused to even take it. I’ve been having a rough day and figured it’d be even more rough and they would close without me getting my food, but they didn’t! Thank you thank you so soo much for the great service and great food :)

Very Keto friendly place with lots cold sandwich options. All their sandwiches can be made with lettuce wraps. This was a big plus for me. All the ingredients tasted very fresh and the mayo was amazing. Will visit again and again. In my opinion, way better then subway.

I really like the subs from here. They do not have a wide variety of meats and cheeses for the subs but that is what keeps them (as the commercial says) freaky fast. The pricing of the subs are pretty good. But the chips you can purchase with the subs is also a winner here.

Totally enjoy this places sandwiches. The gargantuan is such a big meal, but so good. I cant resist it on every visit. I love the chips too. Kettle style. Food is up fast. Friendly bunch.

Best place to grab a sandwich in Ashland! Healthy and tasty for a reasonable price and amazing staff! Highly recommend the number 14 (Bootlegger Club) the fresh turkey and roast beef make the perfect combination. Will be eating here again!

Went through the drive thru and got a #16. I pulled in front of the store to where something told me to check my sandwich. Behold, no lettuce. While I was in the drive thru the first time I had seen lettuce on the counter. I proceeded to call the store so they can make it right. I asked if they had lettuce and I was straight up LIED to!!! I told them that if they were out of lettuce that they should have told me and I would have not bought the sandwich and drove 10min back home. I went back through the drive thru and went off!! I DONT appreciate being LIED to!!!!! All in all after gripping they chopped up lettuce and made another sandwich and added a couple cookies and said sorry.

Kind of disappointing. Bread was super stale and it just was thrown together. I didn’t even eat the whole thing and I was hungry. I do hope that the store can compensate in some way as the sandwich... wasn’t good.**I had already wrote to that feedback website provided and no conclusion.

A great sub shop to have the daily meal. Was visiting the area and tried them almost every alternate day. They make great subs and the staff is superb. Will definitely be my pit-stop for the next visit in town. Keep it up JJ.

Pretty good sandwich. Not very much meat for the price. I believe the regular combo was about 12 bucks. A touch pricey for what ya get.

Autumn is always smiling and fun and knows exactly what I want to order. When she and Mary suggested to take the bread out or "TBO", I was skeptical, but man!!! That was the best. Cute quirky place.

Worst ever! Sat at the window for 16 minutes for 1 sandwich, no greeting or acknowledgement that they were even in the store. I was the only person in line, i started to think they forgot they took my order. Then finally the girl was rude as if i was interrupting her day or something. After seeing how the owner treated those kids with their paychecks after quitting on him, this has done it for me. No longer a customer. Its not even deserving of the 1 star i had to click on.

They always tend to screw up my food, and I think I've gotten free sandwiches 3 times so far because of their screwups. Their kettle chips are pretty good, though, and when they don't screw it up, I like their subs.

Sat outside and enjoyed the weather with my girlfriend and our dog. We didn't get yelled at for opening the umbrella by ourselves. The delivery driver came and went atleast four times while we sat there eating. Freaky fast!

Ordered a sub from here about 6 months ago while I was in town, lunchtime and I felt like working through lunch. They must have rode a JDAM bomb out of a fighter jet to me, it got there so fast. I open the door and was struck dumb by this freaking goddess holding food, sohe was gorgeous. The sub was just as hot as she was. Why is this crew in Ashland? Move to a huge city and make Bank in tips. You guys are awesome.
