Always a good experience.the workers are always nice and helpful.I live by the family dollar on Moore st.and 29th but I drive to the other one because the manager at that one is so rude and hateful everytime I've watched her be rude to other customers also and her employees.they really need to get a new manager for the Moore st.location so I can stop driving out of my way to shop.she is not good for business

Great lil store, always clean & orderly employees here are super awesome & polite! Really enjoy going in this one! Tho I do feel they need a bigger selection of products, I still enjoy my trip in!🤷‍♀️🖤💯

Good deals. My neighbor and I spent a couple hours shopping. Got alot of cute decro items for his apartment. Did some grocery shopping too. I got cleaning supplies and paper towels and t.p. they have it all

I will not be returning back to that Family Dollar store. They have new buggies that you can’t get out the door so if you buy more than a handful of things, you don’t have a buggy to take them out to the car.

Went to store and front door almost completely blocked with kids'bikes. I told manager that she should have the kids move their bikes because if someone disabled tried to come in they wouldn't be able to get in store and that it was an accident waiting to happen. She had the audacity to jump me instead and inform me that these bikes belonged to good kids who never caused trouble and she wasn't going to have them move them. This showed me that kids that bought candy we're more important than adults, who spent more. Up until this time my sister and I, who were cleaning up a rental property close by, we're going there to get cleaning supplies. That was last time I went into this store.

Store had been updated recently. It was very nice and clean. Toys were on sale buy one get one half off which was great for Christmas. Clerk was friendly. Overall a good experience.

Great store. Staff is super friendly. They all know me where I come in often. They have a big selection of every day items, and it's a lot more convenient than having to run to Walmart or Krogers for every item needed.

Everything was ok except with no access to a restroom at this location, an incontinence episode occurred causing embarrassment. The register employee took great pleasure in the occurrence, joking about it in front of other customers. Employee needs further customer service training.

Family Dollar has household items as well as seasonal items, food, clothing and personal care. Prices are usually good. The only downside is I always have to wait in the only line open. Which can be 6 people deep (some with full carts).

Went to Grandview and then Big lots looking for press and stick flooring. Can't find anywhere! Finally found here got 10 boxes. As well as nice items for the bathroom. Great store, lots of nice items.

They really need to fix the prices on shelves some they match what it rings up. Always rings up at least a $1 more on what is marked on shelf!!
