Great selection of party supplies. Very hit or miss on themes, but the wide variety of solid colors can serve as a base to build on for themed parties. Example - our lovely butterfly packages in the pics.

Went in for 10 balloons for my twin grandsons n the lady that helped me was phenomenal n made the stress of 10 balloons very easy i didnt get her name but she was so awesome.

We will NEVER again shop at this location again!! Store was nasty stuff was scattered everywhere. The WORST cashier I have ever seen!! She seemed high nodding off and stumbling back as she tried to ring us up!! She missed something as she finished ringing us up and as we was taking our bags the next gentleman tells her it was not his and she hollers OH WELL I guess they didn't want it!! Very Rude and disrespectful. My stepson and wife was behind them, they tried to pay with a gift card she was very Rude to them. Hollered at them as they was walking out the door not to come back?? For trying to use a gift card ?? May I suggest random drug testing?

I have been double charged on items almost every time I go here. The last time I was charged double for 3 items and they tried charging me 2.25 for a notebook (instead of the regular 1.25) but I corrected her in time. Plus a charge for .59c for something else random. What in the hell is going on at this store?!?

I love this place. This was my first time shopping at this location. I will for sure shop here again. Especially, whenever I am in the area. The service was good whenever I had a question. Thank you

It's a typical store. The staff is nice. Merchandise same as every other store. And just like the others you gotta have ample time to spend because there is only 1 person cashiering. Unless you're extremely lucky you'll have 6+ ppl ahead of ya.

I love everything about the Dollar Tree in Flatwoods and Russell, Kentucky. I could find something I Just Have to Have, for a dollar, there everyday of the week. It's always bright and clean and the workers always keep the shelves stocked and tidy. That's a Big +. Because At the store ( I use to shop at), across the road, if they Would Even Have what I went in to buy. I would have to find something long enough to reach it up on the top shelf and fight to get it down without dropping it.Only thing I'd change is for the managers to open another register when there's a long line.🌟Thanx to the Dollar Tree Employees,🌟 U All Rock

I called and asked if they could fill helium balloons. The guy on the phone said they can do that for $1.00 per balloon, but it would be extra for large balloons. We drove there, they charged $4.00 per balloon (so $16.00 total to fill four balloons that we brought in with us), then the manager came out of her office and threw a fit. She said they won't do that there, refused to let them fill the balloons and refused to give us a refund. She also told us we couldn't have a gift card to use that $16.00 in store credit later. This is the 2nd time they've done something really rediculous to us, so we'll shop elsewhere from now on. Would give zero stars if I could.

I usually really enjoy shopping at this store but on this date one of the employees was using offensive language when she spoke with me as I checked out. I am a Christian and do not like to hear this type of language. I feel it is inappropriate for an employee to speak to a customer in this manner. I didn't give a lower rating because I shop at this store frequently and this has never happened before.

This Dollar Tree is awesome the clerks are so nice and it's clean and welcoming. I highly recommend you shop here before you go to the grocery store.

1st, the price ssss, are GREAT on all the stuff. 2nd Jessica she works at the store in Flatwoods KY, she ALWAYS HAS A BEAUTIFUL Smile and speaks to all that enters the door. Russell Ky location Is a very neat and friendly atmosphere Melissa that works there is a sweet helpful young lady I travel to Russell instead of going to local Dollar Tree in hopes that she will be there because she always brightens my day with her kindness
