I’ll be leaving 1 star reviews under different accounts until this is resolved. If Chick Fil A cannot honor a mess up on their employee’s end, whether it be through the store or DoorDash, then something needs to be done. I should not have ordered a Chick Fil A sandwich and received lettuce and 2 chicken bites instead. Called in, spoke to a rude manager, hung up.

Usually i never have any complaints with chik fil a but today the sandwich maker was slackin today,i know mistakes do happen as ive worked many years in fast food and restaurants but i ordered the new pimento chicken combo with pepper jack instead of the pimento cheese since ive never had it and didn't know if I'd like it,i also added bacon to it, was rang up right and when i got home,well they did put the pimento cheese on it and no pepper jack and no bacon that i paid for and the pimento cheese was so runny the sandwich fell apart when i picked it up the bun was so soggy with the cheese sauce,

Great place, even in the drive-thru! There's actually ppl to take your orders and meet our 3 fur babies! The 3 ladies working the drive-thru at that time were all so sweet to my wife, me, and my girls! The food took a lil time though, we did have to wait a bit, even though they weren't busy at all. Still, the food was great! Thank you, Chick-fil-A, for a great time and finish to our already fun day!

Was trying to grab a quick breakfast which I know they stop serving at 1030a. I got there at 1025am sat in the drive thru waiting for them to take my order until 1032am, Only to be told I couldn't get breakfast. The lady knew I had sat in the drive thru several minutes and still refused to let me order. I wouldn't have even been upset had I actually got there at 1032, but being there before they stopped serving and still told I couldn't order (all because the lady taking the orders were slow) is what made me upset. Needless to say I left te drive thru without ordering anything. Chick-fil-A normally has great customer service, but today that was not so.

This was the best staffed CFA I've ever visited.Not sure who it was -- based on his uniform, not the manager or owner, but one big fella (w/ beard) fetched refills and later swept under tables.A petite female (dark, curly hair) did likewise -- also, refilled my drink several times.Parking: It's CFA. Parking is always at a premium.Kid-friendliness: No Romper Room at this location.Wheelchair accessibility: Roll in.Roll out.Be sure to look both ways when crossing the 2 serpentine drive thru lines.

I was involved in a head-on crash the day before in Ky. We were trying to get back home in a uhaul truck and all I could think of was a Chicken sandwich. We were waiting on our order I could hardly stand-up when the manager saw I did look good. He gave us our order and asked if I was alright! I told him my story he said he would keep us in his thoughts. As we were sitting in the truck to leave. He approached us and handled us 2 warm Cookies. He said it not much but hope it would make us feel better. When you think all is dark light finds it's way through to you. I never got his name and if he said it I was pretty Concussed and can't remember. Chick fil A please never change to stay with the times we love you for who you are and what you stand for. Every single employee is always polite. They, unlike other places, go over your order before handing it over at your window to make sure everything is correct and nothing is missing. Always great, fast service.

When you want consistently wholesome food, visit the Chic-Fil-A in Ashland. A spacious new drive-thru compliments a new, brightly remodeled dining area, making this a perfect spot for family and friends to gather for fun, food and laughter. They have a beautiful play area for children. Happy servers greet you; wonderful aromas meet you and delicious meals complete you. Visit them for great food!

Always hoppin on the inside.Customary chik FIL a friendliness, good chicken (even by non fast food standards) good shakes.This particular location is by Wal-Mart so expect it to always be a bit busy.Update:Look at the line in the pics. I was here at lunch time, 12p. I was literally in and out in 8mins.Other fast food joints do good to have you in and out in 15mins with half this line. With half of the food quality.Chik FIL a has smoked other fast food restaurants in Ashland!
