Was looking for a support mattress for my elder mother. Chris at Big Sandy was just awesome. I used up alot of his time. He explained everything to me so I could understand. Never made me feel rushed..Knew his product and to point me in the right direction. Outstanding personality, he definitely one of the reasons I will continue to shop at BIG SANDY.

Justin made my visit today so easy and quick. I hate shopping when salepersons don't know the answers to your questions or are pushy. That was definitely not the case today. I would recommend this store 100%!!! The young lady in financing was awesome as well. She had a great personality and was quick and friendly. She was cooking for 30 people at Thanksgiving so she sure gets my vote. Thank you guys sooo much for the wonderful experience today

The salesman Cole was very nice. But the loaders was never rude and contradicting to women tore up my tailgate and was not very helpful at all. And spoke to you is like we were stupid because we were women will not be back!

Shout out to Chris! Went beyond what I had expected to find what I was looking for. He spent what had to be at least a couple hours online locating a certain piece and made it happen. Would have been easy to just say I was out of luck. Absolutely earned my business, and I'll be tracking him down when I need anything else. Also all the furniture came in flawless. Couldn't beat the price either. Easy 5 stars.

Chris was wonderful. He listened to my mom’s wants and needs purchasing a recliner. He was so helpful she bought two instead of one. He showed her the first one on the left and I had her look at the one on the right so she decided both would fit what she wanted. Thank you so much Chris for your kindness. The sales personnel were well informed on the products, courteous, and very professional. The office staff were more than helpful in setting up our purchase and promotions well.within our budget and understood our concerns with regards to our payment concerns. They even assisted me in filling out our chance to win on the Facebook contest as I am an elderly man with limited computer skills. Their help was greatly appreciated and they were so friendly too. Will I come back...yes. now let's just see how the delivery guys will be. I bought a Tempurpedic bed there a couple of years ago and the delivery/ setup guy was not very friendly or personable at all.

Unfortunately this time was not a good experience. My husband went to purchase a refrigerator (for a rental of ours). He had called before and talked to Joe (salesman) he told him they had two on floor that he could sale. so, my husband went to buy one. Everything was fine until he went to pay for it. They told him they do not accept checks. They do not have a check machine. My husband told them we had purchased ALOT of stuff in past and paid with checks no problem. Long story short, he did not purchase refrigerator, He said when he left, by the way they made him feel, he will not be going back in store. Sadly, he went out of state to Menards and bought a refrigerator, they had no problem taking a check, plus it was cheaper. I am sad as i look at all the stuff in our house that was purchased at Big Sandy Superstore, not to mention stuff we have purchased for our rentals. My husband says he hates to say he is old enough to remember when Big Sandy wanted your checks and business. Such a shame its not the place it used to be.

Jakob spent a lot of time messaging me about the table I wanted. He had the paperwork ready for me before I went in to fill out the paperwork. I’d already gone in and seen it and decided that was what I wanted the next day. All the details were worked out before I went to purchase it so I didn’t have to spend much time in the store. I am a single mom. My time is very limited so it really helped not having to spend much time there. He answered all of my questions. I had a lot because I wanted to be very clear of what I was getting into with making an expensive purchase. He was great and the other workers were super friendly too.

This needs a 0 rating system.I bought a clearance couch less than a year ago. As of now, the most sat on part has collapsed about 4 inches into itself. That's not the worst. My couch is wet! The wetness will not go away. It's soaked on the bottom of the cushions, the tops are completely dry. Absolutely nothing has been spilled on it. I have removed the cushions, washed and dried the material and let the couch completely dry for days with a constant fan on it. Put it all back together and in a day, the bottoms of the cushions are wet again! I have another couch across from it that has ZERO dampness.Will NEVER recommended anything from this store and most definitely will let others know my experience with their furniture. Will never shop there again.

Bought a dresser from here and went and picked it up. Upon unboxing it the whole side was off of it and the dresser drawers was falling out due to it. Spoke to multiple people and none of them was of any help. They would not replace, refund or anything until their corporate office made the approval of taking their damaged item back. They also would not let me drop it off at the store I bought it from (route 60 in ashland) they told me that I had to take it inside and store it until the next day to keep it out of the weather (rainy day this day) upon telling them I have no place to store it and absolutely no reason should I be forced to take a falling apart dresser inside my home, they proceeded to tell me if I did not then I would be responsible for any weather damage done to the product. (Again I offered to waste more of my fuel to deliver it back to where I got it from but they would not even take the item they sold me back. After a long battle of fighting with the store I decided to call cooperate office & they was able to escalate the issue and got me my refund the same day. However upon this experience I was reminded why I have not been back to big sandy in a little over 5 years. After this experience I am completely done and will go else where even if it means driving to Columbus or Lexington to purchase from other businesses.

Came in thinking I knew what I wanted but not being sure. Cole answered my questions, gave practical advice and mentioned something I forgot was important to me in any wash machine which immediately made up my mind, within 10 minutes we were done purchasing, had the machine loaded and tied down and were on our way! Very easy.

I walked in the store and was greeted by Ty. I told him what I was looking for and he took me to all my options. He was patient while I worked out the details with my husband on the phone. I ended up buying my living room furniture within an hour and am thrilled with the purchase. I have been to 7 furniture stores in the tri-state area and this went so smoothly. I highly recommend this friendly store and especially Ty!

I had an amazing experience at the Rt 60 Big Sandy. I was approached by Chris, not pushy, but kind and pleasant. He led me through the process of making an informed decision. I have made a new friend in Chris, and I now am awaiting the white glove delivery of my new Sealy Posturepedic Plus Hybrid mattress. Thank you Chris and to Candance at the front desk.

Furniture shopping is not my favorite thing to do. Today I experienced what true customer service really is at the Ashland Big Sandy Superstore. Chris D, the furniture mgr, helped me find THE recliner that is a present for my husband for our first Christmas together. It is just the perfect chair that he has Ben wanting. I am posting a pic but hoping he doesn’t read Google Reviews for fun!! Then….it wasn’t going to be available til February. Chris moved heaven and earth til he found a way to get me that recliner. It took “all hands on deck” with Cheyenne the OPS Mgr and Senah the General Mgr doing their magic too. When I left there today I really felt like I had made a friend in Chris and that the staff of that store WANTED to help me. I will honestly never shop for furniture anywhere else without going to my Ashland Big Sandy Superstore (and my new friend Chris) first. Thank you.
