Pretty cool Walmart! Kentucky has a lot of different things than Michigan has. They even have liquor pickup parking spots. 𤣠I have never seen that before. No issues, workers were friendly.

My well-meaning parents bought my kid a stack of Pokemon trading cards without considering that she 1) can't read, and 2) has no one to play with.So, I brought them (unopened and unspoiled) here to return/exchange for something she could use and might enjoy.I was told that it company policy that Walmart doesn't do returns on trading cards but I could call corporate to see if there was anything else to do. I called corporate whose phone rep logged an incident report and gave me the reference number. I was then told that I would need to talk with the store manager, Nicole, and give her the number. It was implied that an exception would be made.I then took time off work to return to the store and relayed the information to customer service. They then called a woman named Michelle who, I assume is an assistant manager. I told her the whole story and she rudely informed me that it was the store that gets the final say. She then went into a side room after saying that SHE would talk with Nicole and see what she wanted to do.After about 10 minutes Michelle emerged from the side room to flatly inform me that they would not be taking my return regardless of the fact that they were in such a condition that no one would even notice if they were put right back on the shelves.At this point, I have wasted over an hour of my time, taken time off work to accommodate Nicole's schedule, and used at least $12 in gas driving back and forth. And I have nothing to show for it.

It takes a lot for me to make a comment about a Walmart! First of all, there is only self-checkout on the grocery side of the store, not the pharmacy side, and only one checkout open besides that, prepare to do a lot of walking back and forth.Second, I don't know what it is about their bananas but the ones I bought Monday were either brown and spotty or so green they were chalky.And finally, I think I bought a bag of tained granola there. I'm not saying it was tainted there, but I got a bag and didn't realize until checkout that it was completely open - the zip lock closure was open and there was no seal above the zip lock to keep it closed either. I thought it was weird, but just sealed it and kept going. But when I ate some last night, I had a very bad reaction to it! Not food poisoning, but some kind of allergic reaction. And I'm not allergic to any of the ingredients listed on the bag. I'll try to exchange it, I bet they'll let me, but yikes.

staff is incredibly lazy. they stood or sat there while a customer needed help at self checkout and claimed they had no idea they needed help despite the customer staring at them and the usually green light blinking red. other staff stood crowded in an aisle allowing no access through. some of the staff were incredibly helpful and very hardworking, but that some is very few. the store is almost always unstocked and in disarray. not to mention the amount of things left out if you order your groceries to be picked up.

We get our scripts here. Have for years. They all know us. Pharmacists are great and go out of their way to accommodate our needs. Larry is the BEST. The only thing that needs improvement would be the addition of more electric carts. They only have 4 for the whole store. I was there today 10/09/23 and it looks like they got some new electric carts. No problem getting one today.This store in Alexandria, KY has made some huge improvements. They have added more electric carts for the handicapped. I have been there at least 5 times in the past few months and have been able to get a cart every time. The store has really been cleaned up. It seems as though the aisles are wider and less cluttered. The shelves are stocked more than before. There are fewer out of stocks. I was really impressed with the improvements.

It's nice and usually not to packed until you check out still baffled on how many clerk lines are there but only 3 or 4 are open and everyone is stuck at self checkout

āCoachā Rich was training Chase on the cash register. The sale in front of me needed to be paused so the patron could go get his wallet. Neither Rich nor Chase looked at me, apologized for the wait, acknowledged me or smiled at me. If this is what Walmart training/coaching of new employees looks like, itās no wonder they are losing patrons. They have lost touch with the HUMAN CONNECTION. I didnāt go through the check out line in hopes of saving someoneās job. Just makes me sad that people continue to support this organization.

I ordered a TV online on Cyber Monday and finally got help to set it up tonight and the screen is cracked. My best experience after 3 hours on the phone was with an employee at this store. After I find a way to get this 70 inch TV back and hopefully get the exchange (which is all I asked for) I hope it goes smoothly after that. I have not given Walmart my business for almost 10 years and this happens and 3/5 of the customer service reps I talked to were rude and condescending. I just want an exchange I didnāt crack the screen. What actually happened to businesses caring about their customers? Itās all just subpar these days. I realize Walmart is a multi billion dollar company but why donāt they care about the working class that keeps them in business?Still a year and a half later and I have not been back besides to exchange my broken tv which I couldnāt do blah, blah, blah.

Was told to come to Walmart that I could get a piece of jewelry purchased at 9:15 PM arrived at the store. The CSM told me they would be right back and they were going to try to get the key. I stayed at the jewelry counter for an hour, and no one ever came back. It wouldāve been nice if the manager would at least wouldāve kept her word and came back and Heās told me that she could not help me versus just leaving me sit there for an hour. Very poor customer service, but I do forgive her.

This store is my worst nightmare. Nothing is where a logical person would expect it to be . I always end up going back and forth to try and locate items I need . The prices are ridiculous ... Customer service is horrible. There is no consistency.. if you get it there this week .. it won't be there next week so it's frustrating.

They wouldnāt sell my grandpa a flip phone without signing him up with a new phone number and plan. He is old and didnāt know any better. He already has a plan and phone number, thankfully I know people at AT&T so they were great and helped him cancel that line immediately and put his actual number in the new flip phone. Taking advantage of old people apparently is the way over at this Walmart.

Ordered through 3rd party marketplace seller on 11/2 and provided FedEx tracking#. Package for that # was delivered on 11/4 but was not for us nor from Walmart seller. Walmart service no help. Seller bought on Amazon and delivered to us on 11/9 but was wrong item. Returned item to store on 11/12 for refund and was provided FedEx tracking #. As of 11/20 tracking# does not register with FedEx and no refund yet. Walmart still no help. Walmart is part of the fraud!

All the employees seem to be happy and this place has a great atmosphere. The automotive service there offered me a free jump one day when my car wouldn't start after shopping for groceries. Workers and customers get out of your way and are very kind, they even help you find things and small talk. Store is always very tidy and I can always find what I'm looking for. Produce is very fresh there and I have never gotten a bad dairy product or expired dry goods like I have at other nearby Walmarts.

Other employees tried to help me and the "Coach" today stopped them from letting me check my ring size even though it would take 10 seconds. The coaches name was Pete on his name tag he never looked up from his phone and doesn't have the right mentality to be coaching employees.

I hate this Walmart. They just recently put I a self check out, which helps. But they normally only keep one or two registers open on each end (pharmacy, grocery) even at peak seasons. I worked in the salon they have inside, and even on Christmas eve, they have limited registers open. As for the bathrooms... They are supposed to clean these every hour. They do not (knowledge from when I worked inside. The janitor would block the restrooms, we would go in after he was done, and they didn't look any different. ie. Poop on toilets, paper on the floor, dirt gunk on the floor, wet and soapy counters, and full trash cans.) I would recommend never going to the restroom in this facility, as the locks are normally broken in the stalls. On black Friday... Forget it. Poop is smeared everywhere. I understand the poop is not the fault of Walmart. But it is the fault of the janitors they hire for never cleaning it up. Here is an example of Diarrea splatter on the toilet in one the photos. I mean really? They do have what most Walmart have. So if you're in a pinch. It has the goods. However... Don't go to the bathroom there.

So I go into today and get my passenger tire changed. Which wasn't no biggie and the price of the new one was fairly reasonable. My only gripe is the customer service reps. Rude as all get out. Not very polite. I tried to strike up a conversation with one technician and he just stared at me. I've worked in retail for 7 years or so. I've always been nice as I know how to. But going into that particular location. I don't think I'll go back. I wasn't impressed with how they treat their customers

I showed at this store late in the afternoon of January 13, 2023. When I went to check out, there were 3 of 21 lines open and available. All self checkouts on the north side were off but the self checkouts on the south side were available with a very long line.After I got home, something came up that had me having to call the store and speak to the service desk. The phone rang for 7 minutes before it was answered only to have me transferred to the service desk. After 8 minutes this happened again. After 18 minutes, I was finally connected to the service desk.

Tons of registers. I don't believe a single one was open. Waited in line at self checkout with everyone else to get out of there...pretty stupid.Update a year or two later...no self check out and 1 register open. Garbage...

I went there to get a tire replaced, first they put the wrong size tire on my car ,I took it back the next day told them what was going on they took the car back said they replaced with the right size I checked it this time before I left the store same wrong size tire was still on it looked like all they did was let a little air out of it so I went back in told them same tire was still on my car so they took it back again got right tire that time.for the next 2days tire kept going flat so took it back to them, the guy on duty was rude and tried saying I got a nail in it but they would check it out and see what was going on turned out no nail they messed up the stem but was not going to fix it because it was missing a lug nut .it was missing the lug nut when they changed the tire 3 times . refused to get a manager for me to resolve the issue so I had to go to the service desk finally got a manager she looked into the situation and finally got my tire fixed .I will never go to that Walmart again I will drive out of my way before I go back there
