This location used to be our go to stop for gas and everything else. But within the past few weeks, the store has really been deteriorating. Employees are rude, for example, the past two times I have pumped gas and needed a receipt, the pump was out of paper so I had to go inside. Each time the cashier acted like I was bothering them because I asked to have a receipt printed. We definitely will be bypassing this UDF location for the near future.

Watch your items as they ring up. Every time I've come here recently they have signs on items for a certain price and when It gets rang up NOTHING is right. .60 to $1 higher than the marked sign. Once or twice is one thing but this is literally a every visit thing. Today was the last straw, I will not be back, clearly you can't be trusted to NOT take advantage of your customers.

This location was out of Udrive cards, cashier picked one up near the register like she considered using it so I could receive a discount on my purchase and then put it back down and tried to charge me full price. I asked her to remove the items that wouldn’t receive the advertised discount. She did so happily and seemed a little smug. Doesn’t seem like a friendly place.

The fat white kid needs to be fired the one with a attitude acting like he is above everyone while he makes ice cream. How is he still working there after all the complaints maybe if he lost some weight he would be a little happier and stop treating every customer that walks in like garbage .

The kid working as cashier has been here for years and I have never had a good thing to say about him. I like to go here bc it’s convenient but this kid is too much. He insults everything you order and then tries to talk to you while insulting your lifestyle. If you ever see a bigger white kid probably 23-25 who doesn’t stop talking, especially about themselves I’d turn right around.

Past few times I’ve been here the evening staff have been extremely rude. Also heard other people say the same thing, management really dropped the ball on who they hired. Particularly with the guy that works in the evening. There have been many complaints about him but I see nothing has been done because he’s still like every other time. The last couple malts I got from here were very watery so not only was the customer service trash, but so were the malts I bought.

Clean store. Clean bathrooms. Higher prices at this location than anywhere in town and farther north areas. Nice location.

Me and my 72 year old grandmother just left the hospital. We stop to get gas and while I was pumping she realized she needed a drink she ask the make cashier "do you guys sell bubbly water?" And the older lady cashier responded rudely with "go look in the cooler where the drinks are" not to mention when I was trying to pay for gas they the older cashier was rude as well. I do not recommend this place. It only got 1 star so that I could write a review. Maybe you guys need to have a meeting with your employees about customer service!!!

Milkshakes are never consistent. There should be a certain way they are made and everyone should be retrained to make them. I have had gobs of malt powder in bottom, and most of the time lately you get chocolate milk instead of an ice cream malt. They are not cheap and should be made correctlyI

Went here on 11/9/20 at 3:45pm. When I went inside to pay my gas i was waiting at one register and the lady working said very rudely "we cant do gas on that register you have to go to the other one" they dont have a sign up or anything indicating you can't do gas on a specific register. Then, when I asked it i had any points off the male worker rudely said "you always get points when you get gas". So, I was like yeah, I know but, do I have any to use off on this gas purchase. These employees are always rude and have very bad attitudes. If you can't be nice, don't work in customer service. With that being said, I did give 3 stars, because some employees are very nice and the ice cream is good.

Extremely rude service. They have a kid working here that thinks it's okay to slam things and yell at customers because he's mad he has to serve ice cream. You work at UDF, they're known for ice cream

I've only been coming here for a year now, but the employees there are so nice that I already feel like family. It's refreshing to see family teamwork, and these people Rock. They really know how to make you feel welcome. I really appreciate that they are right around the corner. And how can anyone resist their chocolate marshmallow ice cream!!! Or their double chocolate shakes!!! Yummy!!!!Since I can't do another review, I'm just adding on to the first review. Today was a really awful day. First my car broke down, then my blow-dryer at work broke..I had to find someone to fix it and find a ride home. I walked into UDF feeling really down. The sweetest cashier went above and beyond and told me he was so happy to see me and told me that I was his favorite customer. I can't tell you how much I needed that tonight after such a terrible day. It really was the sweetest gesture. He is definitely my favorite employee. I found out after cutting the managers hair that his name is Lucian. Thanks so much Lucian! You Rock!!!!

I seem to have problems at this location. I have tried 2x in the last month to purchase gas. Something is wrong with pumps. I'm tired of having to "see cashier". This defeats the purpose of pay at pump. No problem at other UDF locations. My mom was able to purchase her snack so I gave 2 stars.

Rude, unhelpful and sarcastic. I had boycotted this store a few years back but my kids wanted ice cream. So thought I'd give it a try. Lazy lazy lazy. I had 2 small children and getting a napkin was an inconvenience. I was the only one in the damn store. Then smirking about it. Then ran back into their little girl huddle. I won't be back and I posted this on FB. I am not alone either.

Always having to “see cashier” due to card reader errors. I’ve done this several times and each time the employee says oh it’s been doing that with no solution to a fix. Some clerks are rude depending on who you get and if there is only one working or present the lines can be longer than expected. I quit going here and just stop at Circle K next door.

This UDF is very clean and well-maintained. I stop frequently in the mornings before school starts if I need a lunch or just a coffee before teaching first period. The wait is decent, even when a whole family in front of you is getting ice cream, and the food/grocery selection is good. The staff is also personable even at 6:30am!

Cassie needs to get a job in a warehouse somewhere and never be in contact with customers for any product/ service ever. Always frowning, talking badly about customers in the store AND coworkers. I asked for a milkshake to be made a certain way, which Colton does a great job of, and she tried to make it and made it the opposite way I wanted it. She tried to charge me extra and argued that I didn’t say I wanted it thin. She made it extra thick. So I made her remake it while she’s bitching at Colton that I made her waste a milkshake. Cassie then made sure that the milkshake was running down the side of the cup and added an extra slam on the counter to get her point across. Cassie, stop making your coworkers and customers hate their lives just because you do. I imagine it won’t take much more customers or coworkers complaining about you by name before you lose the job that you evidently hate so much. Jeff, please dump this loser.

Poor service, wanted to ask a manager a question about a certain kind of ice cream, when it would be available. The young kid only water to argue and wouldn't even go get the manager, so I had to look for the manager myself, and she was also a young kid. She moreless told me to drop it because she sent him to the back room to "chill" I will go else where.

I think they are understaffed. The shelves are often empty and sometimes I’ll get lucky with an employee who is willing to check the back. It’s a shame because there is no other UDF in the area.
