Bought a four wheeler for my children at the store they lost the keys in the safety lanyard for the Killswitch lucky enough, though an older gentleman had an extra key that he gave us for it but it still needs the Killswitch safety lanyard called numerous times to see if they might’ve found it. No one even knows with her what’s going on with it, so it looks like they’ve never even looked for anything to ever happen with it, somewhat good service, horrible organizational skills but I do want to say the older gentleman that gave us a key off of his personal ones was a really nice guy to do that

I called to see if they had the timberland pro work boots available in a size 9-9.5. I also provided the item number so there would be no confusion. The woman on the phone told me they were in stock & had a size 9 (which was perfect for my man) she also told me she had them in her hand. I drove straight there from my home which is only a 12 minute drive. When I arrived I was told they did not carry them in store but I could order them & have them shipped to the store. What a waste of gas & time. I’m extremely disappointed because I love Tractor Supply. I will no longer be going to the Alexandria location!!

Love the products. Tried to order for pickup today for the first time so my husband could pick up after work. It was AWFUL! It took three resets to order for pickup instead of delivery. Then after it finally worked it took all my info and then told me it could not process my order. Not very helpful. I will have to settle for inferior products I can buy closer to home.

The employees gave me totally wrong information. I wanted to buy a side by side from tractor Supply. Asked a employee what the down payment would be. The employee said there wouldn't be one. Payments would start the next month for 36 months. So the next day I go back to purchase. That's when they say I need $5000 to purchase. I got two total different stories from the same person at that. 2 days back to back. Like what the F tractor supply.

Christa Ellerbee at the front register at the Cold Spring store was very helpful yesterday. I called to inquire if TractorSupply had a Craftsman mower blade. (Home Depot does not carry Craftsman) She was willing to run back to the blade area and confirm the model was in stock and provided a price over the phone. It saved me a trip confirming this. She had it sitting at the front desk and politely and helpfully rang it u. Away I went. Thanks Christa for your extra effort. That is all it takes is that extra little effort and is so rare in this day Of course a lot of companies are overwhelmed due to shortage of workers but Christa didn't care. She made up for the slack. Thank you Christa.

A lady wearing a mask was sitting outside near the front door. When we approached the door, she asked us to wait until some of the customers left the store before we entered since they were at capacity.She was very polite, and we had to wait only a few minutes.

Always have what I'm looking for. The last time I was there the cashier did not want to price match from an online price. States in their price match policy they will price match competitors in store or online prices. Other than this mishap I've never had any problems

If I could give 0 stars I would. I went here to find one bolt couldn't find the size I needed, so I asked for help trying to find the right size and the employee said "oh that's a tricky one, we probably don't have that size". Didn't even help me look.I would recommend going a mile down the road to cottingham hardware its better service, and they actually help their customers.

It's not a bad place and it's clean and the people are always friendly the prices are a bit exaggerated compared to a Rural King or even some hardware stores.They do have a good selection of three point hitch items and carburetor rebuild kits for old tractors that's the only reason I go

Always has the dog food I need, staff is always polite whenever anything is needed and the store is clean. The layout can be tight throughout most of the store but the amount of stuff they have I wouldn’t suggest they do anything different.

My girlfiend and I went in for a dog vaccination not knowing anything about it prior and we were approached by Andy who was absolutely phenomenal and was SO educated and helped us so much. He told us basically every he knew about dogs and even told us about experi mixed with his own pups. The employees were so helpful and really friendly. I am now going back for all my dog needs.

I recently discovered that they sell dog food, with some well-regarded brands at good prices - and they're dog-friendly! Helpful staff + a nice selection of outdoor equipment. I'm sold on Tractor Supply now.

Tried to get a propane cylinder filed, after waiting 25 minutes for no one to come fill it I left. Same thing happened at the maysville Kentucky location. I will never shop or buy anything from TSC ever again.

When in to pick up vaccine for my dog. Vaccine was a little higher but the particular vaccine I got had more to guard my dog than the previous vaccines that I purchased in the past. The clerks were super nice.

Nice clean typical tractor supply. Has a good selection of feed, tools, and supply's for your farming/ agricultural needs. Also has a pretty good selection of clothes, like outdoor work wear carhartt, boots, etc.. A great place to go if you're micro framing all the way up to running a large aggro operation.

Some of the employees don't really know much about farming or animal husbandry. I went in, I asked the older guy working there for antibiotics for Chickens. My flock was attacked by a pitbull. He took me to an isle that was for Equine supplies, Horses ! I asked him about a medication called teramycine. He said he didn't have a clue what that was. Needless to say upon looking around myself, I found the Teramycine, I was looking for & more. Don't depend on the tractor supply employees to help or give you advice. You might get the wrong product or bad advice from someone with well intention but not having the slightest notion, or idea about your issue. Which could cause more harm than help.

I come to Tractor Supply for salt licks. I never leave without buying tops and jeans, and sometime hats and teeshirts in addition! Lots of good thing's here to buy in addition to the norm.

Helpful staff. Sell misc bolts and hardware by weight so you dont have to remember any part numbers. Clean and well organized.
