First visit today. Store looked nice, however I picked up a couple of items that I didn't want to carry through the store while I continued shopping.The sales clerk was a little put out because I wanted to do that. He went and got a shopping basket for me to carry around. I ask again to leave it at the front desk. And he insisted that I couldn't.Long story short? You lost a sale and I walked out the door. I can buy what I need at lowe's, home depot, menards, ace hardware and several other places.Not sure why this was such a big deal with this guy.

Always clean and organized. Product inventory levels and availability lower than some of the other HF locations. Some of the staffers are friendly and helpful. The new cashier is surly, ill-natured, disrespectful and foul. She acts like she hates the customers, the job, and her life. It's painful to endure her "customer service" , hence the 4 star rating.

Literally no other store charges a restocking fee. Harbor Freight sucks. Don’t return things unless you want to get charged money for a defective item. Literally illogical.

I always see customers in and out quickly when making holiday returns, The line moves quickly despite being long. Fantastic return policy on their cheap tools so you don't have to worry about if they will break or not! Great place to stock up on back up tools and emergency side-of-the-road tools!

Great deals and great staff. The sales manager Jeffrey is my go to guy. He knows his stuff and he is fast. A pleasure to talk to and very helpful. I wish more management was like him. You can tell he cares about the customers and the job. Max is also another very helpful person. Looking forward to my next visit.

So, my husband and I love this place. He owns a construction/handyman business and we go here for tools and other items we might need. The prices are great! The staff is friendly. The store is kept clean. They almost always have items in stock, from what I can tell. Will be back soon.

I have been shopping at Harbor Freight for years and it is nice to finally have more locations in this area. I like going to this one because the sales manager, Jeffrey, is always out on the floor helping customers, helping them find items and answering questions. In this day and age, sometimes a shipping delay will cause an advertised item not to be in stock, but we should all be used to that by now, and not put the blame on the employees who cannot control this issue. There have been a few times when I have run into this, but I just shrug and buy the next best thing. I recommend this location to all my friends and steer them to Jeffrey, knowing they will be in good hands.

Honestly the saddest location I've been to yet. Sales manager Jeffrey was the worst HF employee that I've ever encountered, with the dismissiveness that I received and the way I was treated overall, you would have thought that there was some long running feud between us but I've never even been to this location before.I'm sorry Jeffrey that I asked for your help on an item that was out of stock and the next cheer up is only $3 more, I didn't mean for it to be taken as a personal slight against you. I just needed an angle grinder today and I know that it should have been no problem with you giving me the next tier grinder that was only a few dollars more, especially considering the money that I've spent there today.It's the little thing that leaves us consumers walking out of a business with a smile on our face, and it's the little things that leave us completely disenfranchised and frustrated with our overall experience in a store. Will not be returning to this location ever again and I hope Jeffrey can get an education on customer service and price adjustment.

He was friendly and absolutely respectful to me i didn't know what i was looking for . I was able to tell that he been working for them for awhile he knew his stuff

Employees are lazy. I ordered a tool box one month ago. I was told it would be in the following week. I called several times to confirm it was in and got told several times the manager was busy I'd have to call back. Finally three weeks later I get a manager who says oh it will be in 7/23. Here I am 4 weeks later I go to get a refund and was told it will be in on Wednesdays truck. After explaining I got another tool box they were reluctant to give a refund.

The man working was helpful but the lady working was lazy and useless. She spent more time talking about how my one and four year old boys were loud with too much energy than helping me.I bought a kick saw and they didn’t have the blade. The man working helped me locate one (it isn’t his fault the store didn’t have it) but annoyed they didn’t have it!

This is the cleanest hardware store I have ever seen, the staff is every friendly and helpful. One big thing I liked was the staff was walking around the entire store whipping and ask people if they needed help, 2 birds 1 stone. Great store.

Bought a 1\2 earthquake cordless impact got it home open box has a 1\4 inch impact driver in case. Drove 30min back to exchange said not able to exchange they were closing told that I could come back tomorrow couldn't do any till then. So I can waste 1.5 hours because there employes wanted to go home and not do customer service spent 280.06 and still don't have the tool I. Thought I bought. This store has some of the sorriest employes and poor customer service!!!

I love Harbor Freight! They have a large selection of low priced items. The employees are always friendly and ready to help!
