If I could give a zero I would I've been to this store 4 different times and there is never anyone working. I came in today to purchase a firearm and there is nobody is there to make the sale was told someone would be in in maybe a half hour. This is no way to run a business.

Store manager is rude and unprofessional. Black Friday sale on safes, called but no answer so i checked website to make sure they had in stock. Then the long drive to the Alexandria store to find they had none, discontinued model and couldn't order more. I checked (cuz he wouldn't) other stores and none. Asked if he would sell floor model at sale price and he said "NO"...asked why and he said "because I'm not". I understand it's a busy day and by 10am he was already frustrated but for this shorter older man to have such a big attitude was unnecessary...btw other employees were helpful and my sympathies for having to deal with napoleon.

Very nice place to shop for all sorts of things.They have a great men/women shoe selection, and the prices are very good!Good supply/price on the fishing baits. Not so much on lures/poles.Workers are very friendly and easy to communicate with. All around a good store!

Store is well kept and orderly, and seemed well stocked. Staff was both polite and helpful. However I thought the prices on Carhart shirts to be a little pricey for being "on sale "in comparison to other companies.

Went to check it out today for the first time. I was really impressed! Super, super friendly staff, great selection, decent prices, and a good selection of various ammo types. I went for a range bag and had a 20% off coupon, they told me to keep it for next time and gave me the 20% anyway! No discounts on firearms or ammo, which I can understand, but had a huge clearance section for clothing and accessories. Highly recommend Dunham's.

Usually have a good variety. If you're looking for something special, then you'd be better off ordering somewhere else. They've got what you need in a pinch.New update...lowering my review because I'm a little tired of either no one at the gun counter or the local water hole gathering and can't get help. They hold ammo back for people or don't put it out. Ask for what you need, if they give you the chance. Still don't care for this place. No one really helps you or answers questions.

I went to Dunham's on November 30th at about 3:30 PM to purchase sweatpants and a couple T shirts. When I got to the register the cashier began wading up my clothes and stuffing them in a bag when I asked her to please quit doing that she threw my stuff down refused to wait on me and called the manager. She lied and told the manager that I yelled at Her. This was a lie.She has very poor customer service skills and should not be working in retail. I will not return to Dunham's!!!

Nice store. Prices are affordable. I find this store to have good product at great prices. The stock is plentiful yet very neat and orderly. The clerks are extremely friendly and ready to help you find everything you need.A nice plus is the weapon area. Most of the guns are on sale if not less expensive than any other gun shop in Northern Kentucky.

Dunhams is a family owned sporting goods store. It's always nice and clean inside. Some of there items are priced a few dollars higher than things you could find on the internet. But I always like supporting local businesses and this is one. Also, they always have ammunition.

The sign on the door says they have the best prices. Not true. I was shopping for ammo for hunting. Walmart has the exact same item $10 cheaper. Guess ill go to Walmart next time. Some items like coolers and other camping items have no price marked on them.

Waited in line for a hour on Black Friday for a sale on a gun they had im the first one in line and they said they didn’t have any of the guns that were on sale how can you have a ad in the paper for a gun on sale and not have it.

Bought a hand gun Walter p22, was supposed to come with a laser even says it on the gun case label but the guy behind the counter took it out of the box and kept it. I will never buy anything at this store ever again. And will tell everyone that they rip you off

Poor customer service. If you can find an employee when you need help, they act as if you’re bothering them. Cashiers are not friendly or the least bit interested in making sure you found what you needed. The only reason I shop here is because Dick’s is further away.

Wasn't very happy today. Ad said Realtree sweat shirts were $12.99 even asked an employee. Got home looked at receipt, they charged me $18! Watch ur stuff at the checkout.. save time. 😕

Got an ad in the paper and thought it would be great. Drovr 30 minutes from Union to Alexandria. This location had nothing they showed in the ad. They do have more stores so maybe the other stores are better stocked. But the employees were all very nice and helpful.

I walked around the boots section trying to find someone. Had to go upfront to have them call an associate. No one came to help. A worker passed by me and didn't offer to help. Terrible place!

On the closure and waited opening of sportsman wearhouse the next closest outdoor supplies was Dunham's, I did visit quite a lot when I was closer and bought gun's and ammo often, but this visit was different went to see what was left amidst the growing "virus" and found workers with family and friends having a good ol time with no need to greet and help customers. Luckily I knew the layout and just what I was looking for so got the couple things I wanted, and left with a somewhat sour taste in my mouth, hopefully this store will get turned around because the first few years were great.

Was exceedingly happy about my visit today. My very sports minded 10yr old ripped off tags from football equipment before making sure it fit. Tyler at the Alexandria KY store was very understanding and helpful with my return credit. We will be back for our future equipment needs.

Great place to shop. It's never crowded,staff is always friendly,the only complaint I would have is that they dont get the most current shoes or cleats but you can always find great deals. But getting up to date stuff isnt no one in this stores fault
