I work 2nd shift and get off work around 9pm every night. And I stop in at this DG to get small things, so I don't have to drive outta my way to Walmart. This store sucks. They shut down the self checkout early which doesn't make any sense. And when your ready to checkout, the clerks are outside glued to their phones and smoking cigarettes. I stood in line tonight for 10 minutes before this girl waited on me. She has red hair, and it looks like she stood too close to a fire because her eyebrows are toast!!! And she was sooo messed up on dope. It took her 8 minutes to scan and bag just 4 items. Then the manager come out looking all guilty, like she just stole money from the from the register. This isn't the 1st time that this fiasco has happened. Everytime I go in there, I regret it. Nobody takes pride in what they do anymore. To worried about checking fb or tiktok. What a JOKE!!! They might as well put up more cameras and get rid of that riff raff they have working for them. I'd rather do self checkout than stand there waiting on "eyebrows" to check me out. Then when she finally came in the store, she said, "why didn't you tell me you were ready? I didn't know you were in here" Like it's my job to make sure you do your job. Like she didn't see my vehicle sitting outside rite beside the door. GTFOH with all that. I just want to say, thank you for what you did tonight, I'll make damn sure I will never stop at that DG ever again.

This DG use to be a really good one not sure what’s happened over the years. Walked in today and they are only accepting cash so I had to leave. The isles are always crowded with inventory, things are hardly ever stocked, and they are closing at 6pm and NOT 10pm like the website states. Workers are friendly but the business needs to do better.

Great store for picking up a few items rather than driving to one of the big box grocery stores. They sometimes have cute decorative items at reasonable prices but these items seem to sell really fast.I have also noticed, that when a good coupon comes out for an item. Some stores pull those items from the shelf so that you can't buy them using your coupons.Some of the employees can be very rude and if you are using coupons for items you are purchasing, they get angry and make snide remarks about people that coupon.Honestly, if it wasn't for how close they are, I would probably never shop there. I don't think employees should be disrespectful to customers who are trying to save a little bit by using coupons. Especially customers who are nice and polite to them.

Staff was friendly. Was able to find what I needed almost immediately and it wasn't something you'd buy everyday. As a matter of fact, I stopped at 3 other stores and couldn't get what I was needing until stopping here.

Manager told me that I was moving too fast for her and I was the reason that her credit card machines keep going down. All I did was enter my phone number for the DG coupons. So I just left the product and went to the store next door. We live right across the street and spend tons of money at that dollar store, or at least we did. Rudeness will not be tolerated. I will be reporting this to DG corporate.

This store is very new and well stocked. They have the new self checkout register which I love bcuz along with the app it makes your trip so easy and fast.

Thw Grants Lick Dollar General is one of the handiest stores in my area. Staff is always willing to help you find something, the store is clean.. (except for occasional stock on carts to be put away). The staff is so friendly. ..today the newer cashier , Joanne, was so nice. Enjoy your visit to Grants Lick D.G.!!! If they don't have it, they will checK to see if they can get it in!!!

Excellent curb appeal store seems to always be clean and organized however it seems to be a habit of stocking Freight in the aisles early morning and evening hours which makes it very difficult to get down the aisles to shop for product you either can't get down the aisle or the product you want you can't reach because of freight being in front of what you're wanting

Always get what I need @ the General. Somethings I can't find or they're oo stock, but I keep going back til I get it. Employees are super nice & helpful too.

This one is closest to my residence. They don't always have what I'm going for. They were out of stock on somethings. But they do take care of this one. I went in one day and the shelves were a mess the very next day they were nice and neat.

As far as dollar general stores go this is a good one. In the same parking lot there is a gas station and a liquor store.

Wow does that store mgr treat all the delivery drivers like that. Spend your money somewhere else. Is avoid this store at all costs

Staff not wearing mask and allowing customers in without mask although sign on the door stated"Mask are required'. AVOID THIS LOCATION for your safety.
