The food kinda mid other than the ice-cream and ice-cream cakes every other menu item I've had the onion rings the chicken tenders ect all were mid the onion ring were basic and to greasy which make me sad since I love onion rings but the employees are super nice and I like the vibe on the insideKid-friendliness: It's a nice place with giant ice cream cardboard cutouts and there is no alcohol

We walked in ordered and went to sit down most of the tables and chairs were dirty. So we cleaned our table and seats to sit. We ordered 4 chicken strip baskets and a fish plate. One of which had a long hair in it. So we requested another wasn't a problem until the 2nd one came out it also had a hair in it. The manager didn't even seem to care either way. Personally working in customer service for most of my life this was unacceptable I doubt we would ever return.

Halloween, almost 6 o'clock or around. There is when we went through the drive through the person taking the order was rude, is the best way I can put it. After arriving home the food was horrible. Fries were under cooked, onions rings over cooked. And all the burgers tasted like nothing.. cardboard would have had more flavor. No one want to eat food like this.I will not be back, that's the last 40 dollars Dairy Queen will have from me.

My wife went to this Dairy Queen and ordered an ice cream cake for our son’s birthday party. She walked into the establishment and placed her order, told them exactly what to put on the cake and when we would be there to pick it up. She went approximately a week and a half in advance so they would have plenty of time to get things ready. The day of the party, a family member went to pick up the cake and was told by staff that they had no cake order for us. Restaurant staff told them they had another cake they could sell to us. After calling back and forth to the restaurant we were able to speak with the owner who told us that the staff member taking the order had misread the date and that was why they had not made the cake we ordered. There were no apologies, no discounts offered, or any other attempts to make things right from the owner at anytime. “Do you want the other cake or not?” were his exact words at the end of the conversation. We will NEVER be back to this location for cakes OR food, and will drive out of town to seek other cakes when it comes time for our next birthday party.

This is the most unpleasant Dairy Queen I've ever been to. The food is definitely, not what it used to be. Always went to Dairy Queen for that specific DQ taste. Now-a-days, that original DQ taste no longer exist. It just sux!!! Cheaper made food for higher prices is what I say. And if more than 2 or 3 cars are in the drive thru line at a time, your looking at a several minute wait just to get a blizzard, that was made when you first ordered, but because of the long wait in the drive thru line at this one, your blizzard will likely be melted and starting to run. So if this happens to you, grab several napkins, your gonna need them.

Only complaint I have is they need to clean their drink fountain machines because every Dr Pepper I get tastes like dirt is mixed in it. Please clean your machines tubing or something. Sincerely disappointed pregnant lady.

Even if you get your drive thru order it's likely missing something or cold,these kids that work there most are no friendly at all,act like they don't wanna be there.Some are absolutely rude,I haven't seen a manager there in a long time,guess they are hiding. Their food is too high to not get what you ordered and you have to ask for a receipt.

I understand it was near lunch, but the dining room was empty and yet there were several tables dirty and the floor needed tended to quite badly. It seemed a couple employees weren't sure what area of the kitchen/counter positions they were supposed to be taking care of. I waited for a few minutes after my food was bagged before they could find someone to hand it to me.This DQ is in a great location and has a large parking area. When I'm back in the area, I'll stop again. Best wishes!

We arrived around 4pm there was only a couple cars in the lot and I think they were employee cars. The lot was large and made parking with a trailer easy. Overall the place was decently clean on arrival. We went to the Restrooms to wash up and the toilets was decent but not as clean as I like to see. The sink was clean, soap and paper towels were in supply. We were promptly greeted up front and the young lady was fast, accurate and curtious. There appeared to be two employees on break at the time, but service was still prompt complete and accurate. Again the young lady thanked us as she handed us our food and we left. Overall a great experience. The food was hot and fresh and made as we ordered it.Parking: Very large lot for a fast food place. Easy to navigate a trailer or RV. Plenty of parking even for large vehicles.Kid-friendliness: My son loves the chicken strips and gravy. And of course the sweet treats. Dq is always his first pick in fast food.

The chicken, fries, and toast, are always stale here, so thank God they serve drinks but at that point they should be free. Gravy can be good rarely, however, more often than not, it's white water or has some kind of old leftover paste from 8 A.M. in it. Burgers are are 100% without fail either pink inside or overcooked, Food is always slow to be served whether you're dining in or getting takeout, and all of the employees express the opinion that they hate their job and would rather be somewhere else. It is nearly impossible to order anything more than 2 items and expect to get what you asked for, mind you. Managers are no help either, the girl that looks like she's in high-school just watches Facebook auctions in the lobby rather than working, and the older bald man is very stearn and childish, but he makes a funny face when you ask for refund!Overall, I rate this Dairy Queen 2/10, it's great when you ask for a simple side item, or at most a plain flavored shake. But it's held back by the poor food, and management that doesn't care about their restaurant or the customers it would seem. I have eaten here consistently for a year and a half, and I finally am saying I will not be doing so again. Trust me folks, it's not just one bad day and come back in a few days for something better -and I didn't even touch upon how ludicrously the prices have been raised over time.

I ordered 2 bacon cheeseburgers with no pickle. I ordered one cheeseburger with everything extra Onion. I got no onion and a handful of pickles. I wouldn't have said anything but she asked me a second time what my order was.. so we were clear... I thought. Ordered 2 sweet tea. Tea was sugar water. Usually food is good here I'm not sure what happened but definitely need to focus on the food they are sending out.

Waiting in line for 15 minutes to order my food and to get it. Thought yeah at least it is going to be fresh and hot. Well I was highly disappointed my fries were cold and soggy and not cooked all the way thru. My hamburger was warm but greasy and they were not the friendliest either. Need less to say will not be stopping here again.

When you order a chicken strip box you expect me to get more than 3 little pieces of chicken that are only about 2 inches long. Won't be buying that again there and the fries were cold. So disappointed. It was at 1:30 in the afternoon. Only thing good was my sundae.

Breakfast is good, but avoid the food once the menu changes. This place is a far departure from the old DQ, and the food seems to be sub par most of the time. It's really hit or miss.Waited 20 minutes for the employees to drop new fries and chicken strips, only to have to demand a refund, as they had apparently forgotten their customers.Staff that had initially waited on me hardly made eye contact, and the employee that gave me a refund just handed me the money and didn't say a single word. No sorry for the inconvenience, nothing. Doubt I'll be back.

It's okay and although I Love their Chicken and Waffles basket & their Sweet and Spicy BBQ, Bacon Burger, I just wish the burgers were cooked a little bit differently. They are either cooked a Little Bit too much (the patties r a little bit hard) orNot Enough(pink n the middle).

Im sorta at a loss as what to say in regards to the several trips I've made here. I just can't/wouldn't recommend this place. As a matter of fact, the last trip I went and got myself some type of Rasberry, Chocolate Blizzard, another person a Peanut Parfait and one other person a Strawberry Milkshake- well, literally after 3 bites of mine- my stomach turned nauseous and despite the $$ I had just paid for it, I gave it the dogs!!I thought maybe it was just something wrong with me but upon speaking to my 1st friend , who got the Peanut Parfait(I think it's called that) I discovered that he had spent the majority of his night- throwing up in the bathroom , after he ate his!! The 3rd friend, who got the Strawberry milkshake didn't get sick, but after all of that we have all decided to Never get food from Dairy Queen of Albany, KY. AGAIN!!This wasn't our only bad experience, I've got bad food from there before, so have others. It's just not worth taking the risk of getting ill, while paying such high prices for some of their food.I'm sorry for having to write something so negative like this, but every word is the Honest Truth.

Evening manager was extremely rude after I returned my order from drive thru which was only a shake. Managers shouldn't say make a comment about a customer after they have turned around to leave. He was very young and very unprofessional.

Came here to feed my family, spent $27 and got our food and both burgers my wife and I got were burnt, very thin and cold like they had been made for a while. The coffee pot burner was absolutely disgusting, had not been cleaned in a while.

Was not pleased at all, waited for over 5 mins before asking me what I wanted. Also my blizzard did not have chunks of oreo, there wasn't hardly any oreos in it. Poor service!!!

I got a bacon cheese burger from here once and it was hard and cold. Yuck! But they have the best milkshakes , slushies and cheese curds.
