Was just at this store trying to get my wife some deli chicken. The young man working the deli counter was very rude and disrespectful. Acted like it made him mad to have to stop and wait on a customer. Dillons might want to train their employees to have better people skills. I just hope the lady in line behind me faired better with him than I did.

Update: I finally got my $ back today Thursday Sept 8. They never should have charged my card like they did, when i didn't even get the product......Took several hours and calls to even get pick-up order placed. Finally got it to go through, Was supposed to be ready @ 6pm. I got here @ 6:06pm and checked in. It's now 6:32pm and I'm still waiting!! When I called 10 minutes ago to see what was going on, I was told they had 5 more items to get........ Food was finally brought out @ 6:38. It was an order over $200, he only brought out $50 worth of food. Told me the store was practically out of all meat's. I then went into the store myself, even though I was hurting quite bad. Everything he did not bring out was in the store except one item. It's now Sunday, and my $ has not been put back on my card. I called today to speak to a manager again, but instead got the guy who brought out the stuff. Ge decides to argue with me! I would definitely NOT recommend using pickup!!

Only one checker with a long line of customers. The self-checkout, which I detest, were all malfunctioning. It took over 20 minutes to get checked out. My fried chicken was cold and the ice cream was soft.

A well stocked store, organized and easy to navigate. Friendly staff, outstanding customer service. The best place to shop especially if you take advantage of the sales, weekly digital deals and e-coupons. Not to mention the fuel points for savings on gasoline.

I enjoy shopping at Dillons. The pharmacy staff is so helpful and accommodating. Also the rest of the employees always help me find items and open a check out lane for me so I won't have to wait. I like having coupons sent to me on the mail and on my phone. Their app is easy and convenient to use.

I love having the Dillon's coupon card to help save money and earn fuel points at the same time. Fresh, baked and other made foods are fresh and tastes great. Also the employees are always friendly and helpful.

Customer service was Everything! They went out of there way to be of assistance after having the most horrible experience at Walmart soon after. Returned everything I purchased and went to Dillons. Every person I came in close contact was disrespectful. Tim in automotive humiliated me in front of several people waiting by asking for my receipt and then walking over to my basket and going through bag. 😥

Store was nice. Most of the service too but when we were checking out dillions worker stood around until the manager asked him to bag our food. He seemed to have a attitude he wouldn't look at us and throwing food in our cart even put a bag in someone else's cart my daughter had to grab the bag. Today i give it a 21/2 nobody asked if we needed help no one said hello nothing.

Dillons ALWAYS has the freshest produce and best meat selection than their competitors. I love the digital coupons, fuel reward points, coupons that I receive via postal mail, and the Free Friday Downloads! Customer Service is always friendly and the employees are very helpful. Sometimes they do run out of stock on sale items, but I can always get a raincheck. If I've purchased an item and found later that it's close/past the expiration date, Customer Service has/will exchange(d) the item without any hassle. (Finding expired food items are rare at Dillons, but does happen on occasion. ) Another store, which I won't mention their name, makes me feel like I'm some type of criminal that stole the food item. Give me a break! lol I'm definitely NOT a thief and expired items shouldn't even be on the shelf! (At this particular store, I found expired food items on the shelves on several occasions. Upon discovering the items, I contacted management so all the expired/rotten items could be removed.) Dillons has NEVER made me feel like I was a thief! Thank you very much for the great and understanding people in Customer Service! J. Goodman

After a less than satisfying trip to the fuel center. I went in to store to buy some smoke and make a complaint about the fuel attendant.The girl in self check out got my cigs and when asked if they took Kroger Pay said if it's Kroger we take it. The fuel attendants answer was I don't know what that is. The self check out girl proceeded to ring me up but could not get the scanner to take the Q.C. code so apologized and went to customer service for help. When lady at customer service couldn't help came back apologized again and called for a manager. While waiting she tried to get it to work and it did. It just hard to scan Q.C. code. So she finished my order and thanked me for my patience.If not for the young lady at self checkout it would have been a bad experience but her attitude and service turned it completely around.

I’m appalled! We live out of town, but when we’re in town, Dillons has always been our “go to” grocery store. No more! Good quality, good prices, etc. But! In this scary time of pandemic, I saw no employees wearing face masks or gloves! This is ridiculous! These people are stocking shelves, checking us out, handling carts. I won’t be back until safety issues are resolved!

Usually service good the customer service Karen doesn't close till 9 I get there at 8:45 and the lady tells me no I can't get it stamp I said aren't you still open at the customer service center yes till 9 well don't you have stamps yes but you can't get one now . She told me I could get a lottery ticket up till 9 but I can get a stamp it's too late to get a stamp one stamp

I don't like humongous grocery stores. This store isn't that at all. It's a perfect size grocery store and has YUMMY produce. Especially the strawberries!
