Extremely rude. There must be a problem with your head set. We where told tell us when you’re ready. We did 3 times. Then the lady came on finally with an attitude and missed the first part of our order. We told her and she said if we wanted it had to go around and go to the speaker and order again. We pull up and I ran inside the manager was rude and felt like they where talking about us when I came in. She took my order and the lady at the ice cream said she’d make it. Well then she started cleaning and completely forgot until the manager reminded her I was waiting. We loved coming here for ice cream for the kids but honestly the rudeness and lack of customer service nearly every time we come through the drive thru makes me think they need new management and to re staff. Ridiculous as a person in leadership unacceptable.

Went here to get dinner and a hot cocoa to go and I was waiting at the counter to order for 5 minutes until I showed a reasonable amount of frustration just to get the totally not busy workers, not paying attention to the fact that I was waiting to order. I get not many people are coming in to order but jeezus, do your job. I saw a person waiting for their food at the drive-thru window for god knows how long.

Braums hit the spot. Burger and shake. Good luck finding a place thats better for the price. Im a fan. I love that they have a little grocery store inside. Come get you some ice cream and a burger and pick up a few things. Oh, i worked at this one 20 years ago. First time i been here for 10 years. Good job team Braums.

My bucket list had braums at the top of the list! Promised myself I would eat there every day once I found one. We Used to eat braums all the time in The Colony, TX and missed it very much in colorado! The quality of food is great and their ice cream is #Fire #Lit! Their customer service is amazing! Had a couple of small goofs on a order here and there but they are very busy! We eat there twice a day for over a year now. They remember my order and even my dogs names! Which our dogs are huge fans btw. (Still willing to do a commercial!)Special shout out to Chris, Raven, Dori, and the rest of the drive through team! I'll learn the rest of your names soon enough! See you all twice a day!Parking: Don't block the drive way, there is a sign related to that there. PARKING is great though!Kid-friendliness: Seen lots of families out getting ice cream and lunch! They looked happy to me!Wheelchair accessibility: Wide automated doors and front row spots!

Food was good and reasonably priced. Service was poor. We waited several minutes to order with a long line behind us. While waiting numerous employees were just milling around, doing nothing except ignoring a line of customers.

Customer service here has completely gone down hill. Literally every time I go on my lunch break which is at 9am I sit in the drive thru forever and when you finally get to the window no one says sorry about your wait.

Unfortunately today it was raining? Someone spilled something on. The floor and when they mopped it up all they did was spread it around. I asked the cashier if he wasn't doing anything too. Please get some fresh mob water and clean it up before someone fails. The manager was there. And I informed her as well.that's all.

The ice cream was great, but the night manager Raven was extremely rude to her employees, kinda ruined the whole night seeing how bad she treats them. More worried about cleaning than taking care of customers. I’d give a zero to her if I could, she needs to read Jocko Willink’s book Extreme Ownership.

One very small coffee sold here for almost $2.00 nothing special about the coffee I think its only 12ozI could of went to gas station or even mcdonalds and paid less and got more.. Hell mcdonald sales any size coffee for $1.00..

4 stars because this Braums is typically just fine. However, the other night I asked for a replacement chicken sandwich because my patty was cold and very hard. That's not the problem... I understand they were busy! The problem is that the manager rolled her eyes at me and griped about it to the other employees for several minutes. Very unprofessional.
