The self serve dog was is the best. It has everything you need to clean your fur baby from different types of shampoos, conditioner, ear cleaner, face wash, perfume, blow dryer, towels, and even an apron to keep you from getting wet. Employees are really nice also.I will definitely be back and I highly recommend this place to anyone that’s looking for a nice place to wash their pups.

They did so good with my pup! It’s been so hard to find a groomer willing to work with my giant breed dog. They were great at communicating what was going on and how she did. I’ve never seen my Saint Bernard come out of a grooming appointment so clean and calm before. I feel the price is more than fair, for all that they do!

I’ve been taking my Golden Retriever here for over a year and they always do a great job. She has anxiety and Dustin is always understanding, patient, and works with her to make sure she’s comfortable. The other employees working the counter are always friendly and helpful. I won’t go anywhere else!

I took both my Yorkie and Pomeranian for grooming. I really appreciated Katie educating me on what was best for my Pomeranian’s coat. She went above and beyond to explain everything to me and I learned a lot about his coat. I will be returning! Both my dogs look/smell great!

Katie did an amazing job grooming my large Black Russian Terrier! She actually did the special cut on her fur for my female's special breed cut and was very, very helpful and reassuring!They have an amazing selection of smaller dog winter coats, and their toys and treats can't be beat!!! Santa Paws needs to shop here to get the best toys and stocking stuffers!I just can't tell you how wonderful it is to leave your dog for the first time and know they will be treated well AS WELL as knowing your fur baby will be clean and gorgeous when done! Very adorable little shop with dog treats that look awfully tempting for humans. I brought home some pupcakes to bake. The dogs loved them, and I even "accidentally" tasted a little bit.

Absolutely adore Woof Gang! Took my little Sheltie in for grooming and they did an incredible job. The staff was friendly and made a point to really listen to what I had in mind. Also the homemade treats and baked goods are a big hit in our house!

My first time bringing my dog here was wonderful, he came out looking great. This time was a complete failure.They called to tell me he was ready, but that they couldn't groom him because he was thrashing and trying to get off the table.Apparently an eight pound dog is too much for them to handle. I understand he's very active, but it's their job to handle these things.Once I got there, they had decided to tack on a $15 Special Handling Fee that they hadn't told me about, so I paid $50.53 for a doggie bath, which I could have given him at home for free.

Took our dog there today and he absolutely loved it. Was pretty nervous about taking him in because we have had such bad experiences everywhere else and our dog would never come out happy or eat afterwards and gave some weird signs so we started to try and cut his hair on our own and then we tried Woof Gang and it was fantastic. I would highly recommend.

Everyone is particular about their pets, and everyone is correct in saying that theirs is the best and most special.I've got a special gal in my life who i’ve loved as my constant companion for the last seven years. since she was a puppy, she had to be near me. I used to carry her around in a baby carrier just so I could make dinner without her clumsy puppy Rottweiler body under my feet the entire time! grooming is never some thing that I considered having done for my girl, mostly due to her anxiety when separated from me. I can’t so much is leave her in the house while I go check the mail without her going full berserker mode, let alone bringing her to a brand new place full of strangers and other animals....and just L E A V I N G her there! i’ve always avoided grooming because I could picture it so clearly in my mind how dismayed she would be to watch me walk away after handing her leash to another.turns out I was probably being a little dramatic, but I choose to believe that Woof Gang Bakery is magic, specifically that McKenna is magic my Roxanne seemed nervous and confused but ultimately comfortable during drop off. we kind of worked it like those first tedious preschool drop offs for a clingy kid. Come in, oooh and ahhh a little bit, then a quick hand off and a scurry out the door before you can see the devastating look on their faces as you abandon them 🙈 Only this experience came with a goodie bag!I was given all the information I would need about the grooming process and expected time of completion at drop off and this helped to alleviate much of my nervousness.Wolfgang gave a courtesy call to let me know my girl would be ready in 15 minutes, much faster than I had anticipated, because Roxanne got an A+ on her report card and accepted her fate with The qualities of a statue, allowing the talented McKenna even more efficiency with her skills.it was evident at pick up, and throughout the entire process, that everyone involved deeply cares for animals, and would treat any pet with as much love and care as they would their own. I appreciated recommendations on services that my dog could benefit from Such as a de-shedding treatment in the spring for only an additional $20!making sure to book our next “spa day“ before leave, Roxanne had to say her goodbyes as well. Thank you Wolfgang bakery and McKenna for a newfound activity that makes me feel like the best dog mom ever. I know Roxanne would do the same for me and she looks forward to more treats!

The staff was so friendly! Brayden took great care of my mom’s dog. Her Samoyed was adopted from a shelter and has a little anxiety when he goes to the groomer. I have a very reactive German shepherd. For her birthday I wanted to take her somewhere for a bath. After calling a few places, no one wanted the “aggressive” dog in their shop. I reached out to Woofgang Bakery and they were happy to take her in for a bath! They even made sure she had the space she needed to be comfortable in the environment, not booking any other dogs at the same time we were there and closing off the room so no one would come in. Seriously so pleased with the customer service. They were very sweet to my pup and I am very grateful for the experience.
