While I was out of town, I had an emergency situation with my English Bulldog. Lori and Dr. Greg were able to work her in during a busy surgery day. Since my girl also goes there for day care several times a month, I knew they would know if she was acting like herself. Thankfully with antibiotics and the team’s TLC she will make a full recovery. I love the personal care Bailey receives and the comfort I receive knowing she is in good hands.

We were looking for a good vet to take our dog to and we found a great one in West Wichita Pet Clinic. Dr. Greg and his team were great!. He is patient and very informative and gave us some good advice. Also the ladies there are very friendly and are really good with pets. We felt very comfortable there and have found a new vet home😊.

We have had a pet under Dr. Greg’s care since 2005. He earned my trust many years ago after a weekend emergency with our little Britney at the pet hospital who was released to be sent home to die. Dr. Greg brought her back to life and we enjoyed 15 more months with her. We now have our Ruby in his care! I’ve always said, “I’d doctor with Dr. Greg if he saw humans!”

Dr. Greg is the best! My dog was diagnosed with IVDD and Dr. Greg has been working to get him walking again. He is gentle with my dog and knows exactly what he needs. The staff are so friendly and make you feel right at home. I don’t ever feel like I’m being rush to get out the door. I am so appreciative of what they have done so far. Bigsbee and I are happy we found such a great place!

Our other vet wanted to run very expensive tests and was just reading diagnostics off of a machine instead of taking everything into account - Dr. Greg was wonderful - my cat purred through the whole appointment and he put us at ease after reading the results from our other vet - switching all of our babies over to him. Knowledgeable, affordable, and very easy to talk to.

We got a puppy in November and have been trying to find a vet that we could trust to take the best care of him. A friend at work highly recommended West Wichita Pet Clinic and Dr. Greg. We brought him in Monday for a neuter. Patch was very scared, but they took excellent care of him and everything went well. We would highly recommend.

I've been bringing my pup here for more than a year now for all of her care and their amazing doggy daycare! She is treated so well and loved by all of the staff. I enjoy the piece of mind knowing she's happy and cared for all day while I'm at work. Their groomer is also top notch 👌🏼 👏🏼 I'm a happy dog-mom!!

we took our 8 weeks puppy for his initial visit. Dr. Greg is amazing he gave us a lot of information on what to expect as Our puppy Teddy is growing up. He answer all of our questions and concerns. He took excellent care of Teddy. I will recommend Dr. Greg and his staff. I know my puppy is in great hands. thank you for taking care of Teddy.

Was great for years! Then received awful/belittling treatment by the Dr himself. Very unhappy.** UPDATE: I called to get my dogs vet records, Laurie refused, yelled and hung up on me & will not release my dogs vet records to the new Vet. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.

I would never recommend this facility to any dog owner. Used them twice for “doggy daycare” and both times were horrible. The first time picking up our shepherd he was DRENCHED in pee and the vet tried to tell me it was water, very much wasn’t. I called to follow up after the weekend had passed to ask why he wasn’t cleaned before we had picked him up from his stay and we were told he should have been and the gal apologized. The second time we were going to board I called and voiced my concern and made sure if “he had an accident” he would be taken care of. The gal reassured me and we left our shepherd there. Our 2 year old shepherd is potty trained- so for him to have any accident to begin with especially in a kennel is very odd. We arrived to pick up our shepherd and again, our pup was covered in pee, again. He was running into me covering my legs in urine from his body. The vet again told me it was water and I quickly said no, not a chance. He grabbed me a towel and sure enough it was yellow everywhere. I was floored. Our pup had been there for 4-5 days the second time. The vet was quick to be defensive after asking why they would leave a dog like this. He said they don’t have time to be letting them out and checking on them. The dogs sit in a kennel ALL DAY. Yes ALL DAY. There’s no doggy day camp where you think your dog is out and about playing while you are at work or vacation. They put them in a kennel and let them out when “they can”. I called the Monday following the weekend concerned and asked the nurse to please file a complaint and as this was the second time I don’t feel like we should have to pay for the care our dog received. The Doctor called me back LIVID not allowing one word to be spoken without belittling my dog or myself. Luckily I expected no less after reading prior complaints very similar to mine. Take your animals to an actual boarding facility or day care where your pup can run and play. Not sit in a kennel while you enjoy a vacation.Fast forward. Correct I finally wrote a review after seeing multiple other similar experiences on Facebook and warning others. After using your boarding we were incredibly wary to try any other places after how Enzo was cared for. As per our phone conversation then you agreed to me paying the medical portion of the stay and I would not pay the boarding portion with how we picked up our dog covered in pee and you let us know “the dogs sit in a kennel all day” even though you advertise different. You agreed to it and then afterwards on the phone about bashing you etc and claiming I was attacking you for the treatment when all I wanted to discuss was the boarding. Sorry but no. Your response to a review is probably not even the Do tor I spoke with and you do well at trying to make it sound differently. Again- I wrote a review after seeing your business tagged about a similar experience and you guys removing the tag and seeing even more comments regarding how to avoid your business. So yes, I finally shared my own that I should have the moment it happened.

My cat needed immediate medical care but I couldn’t find a place that could get me in right away. Every place I called didn’t have enough veterinarians (even the emergency vet clinic didn’t have a single veterinarian). I called them and they told me to start driving to them and to park up front. Within a minute of pulling into the parking lot, I had my cat in a room and she was seen shortly after that. They were very gentle with her and showed care. They’re now my new vet.

Dr. Greg and his staff are fantastic! They immediately helped us when we walked in and got the test started. We took our dog in because we suspected she had a UTI. We felt heard by Dr. Greg. Definitely recommend his clinic if you are in the market!

It’s a good vet, however I wouldn’t do their boarding. My dog went in as a normal happy dog and came out as a whole different dog. She was skinnier like she hadn’t been fed. They said she would be playing with other dogs and to my knowledge she wasn’t. She came back depressed and has never been the same.

Would not recommend was misquoted a price to board my dogs was talked to very rudely by the vet that runs it and takes care of the dogs. The vet was rude nasty constantly over talked me and wouldn't let me get a word in edgewise with him was very unprofessional not to mention we were told by Laurie misinformation wrong info for 3 different things. 1 we were told it'd only be the total price for 2 boarding days not 3. 2 we were told we picked up our dogs when we didn't as that was a lie. When we dropped them off on Friday after 3pm we had put for Laurie to put in the system pick up Sunday between 7 and 8pm. I was told that not only over the phone but in person as well. Overall Laurie was giving false wrong info and misinformation and Dr. Greg was really wrong rude nasty and had a horrendous attitude with my mom in person last night and over the phone today as did Gloria. Not ever going to ever again will board my dogs elsewhere. That's not how you treat a new customer
