I am discussed with your manager tonight! I stood in line to be checked out by the only cashier lane open for over 20 minutes!!!! Manger made sorry excuses why she couldn't open another. Then she conveniently disappeared!That poor cashier!You need to treat your employees better. Get better managers at will step up.

Click list pick up.The strawberries I reviewed had 3 very moldy, discolored strawberries sitting right on top of the package. Very clearly visible from the outside of the packaging without opening in.My strawberries and my carrots were in the same bag as my raw hamburger meat, with blood leaking into the bag.Tried to contact the store 3 times, twice with no answer, and once I was hung up on by the associate, when I asked to please speak with a manager over the online grocery pick up.Very disturbed at the lack of care and complete disregard for food safety.

My friend lost her purse. Thank God someone turned it in!! It made our day being out of towners. The people were really helpful and nice. They knew where everything was when we asked. They didn't just point. They took us to the item (priceless)

It's really a great place to get a majority of items you require, if you have an idea what area to go to, to look for said items. One complaint that I do have is, if you're having trouble finding something, you have to go out of your way, on a small adventure, to find an employee to help you. Only for 1 of 2 scenarios to occur, they'll bring you back to where you already looked and say they probably don't carry that item. Or they don't seem to even know where to look. I usually have to use the app to see if this item I'm looking for is even at this location or if it's even available in-store at any store.

This Walmart is fairly large and has a Gluten Free section providing healthy snacks for people who can’t to eat great food.Sports drinks such as BodyArmor, Powerade, and Gatorade for superior hydration are sold here as well. They have dairy free milk (Silk) in the coolers.As of June, they have a nice selection of flowers at the front of the store. Inside, the Produce section has items like Dragonfruit, Jicama, and Papaya. Come check this Walmart out—you will definitely find what you are looking for.

I have been in All around the USSince I started Driving TruckThere were times which I had to stop at any place’s possible to rest or eat Especially Walmart : on 10/16/2023 at 3:30 pm I had no places near by to stop at but this Walmart , 1 hour after I parked here , the security of this location came to me and saidI’m sorry to bother you , are you planning to stay over night ? If yes I know a better place you can stay over night , he provided me with the locations and said this : I APPRECIATE YOUR SERVICE DRIVING DAY AND NIGHT TO DELIVER OUR NEEDS AND IM HERE TO SERVE YOUSuch a praise he did to me was adorableI HOPE ALL AROUND THE US WE SEE THESE KIND OF PEOPLE

Went to the Walmart on 53rd and meridian all I bought was pads and toothpaste. I walked in got them paid for them at self check was asked for my receipt because I did the scanning to fast. So there thinking I'm a thief. I worked at Walmart 5 years ago for 4 and a half years. Un called for actions made me upset,

This is a typical Walmart. It was very clean and well organized. Each department was well payed out. The aisles were large enough for two carts to pass each other. The staff was very friendly, saying hello, thank you and sorry, that is not typical. I appreciated their kindness. All in all, I had a nice experience.

Came in to have an oil change done on my vehicle. I was given prompt service and luckily arrived when they didn't have many cars to work on. I was asked if I wanted my engine air filer changed if needed, but I opted to have them change it anyway. 30 minutes later, they informed me that my car was done. I inquired how much the air filter was, and the gentleman said it didn't need to be changed, so they didn't change it. Any other place would have still charged me and not done the work. The auto service here is top notch and although I live in south wichita I will make sure to return to this location for all my car's services.

This is the Gods honest truth .. I was spending upwards of 1400 a month in Walmart .. my banking app said they were my largest monthly vendor.. But not no more. I ordered multiple delivery orders, cause I’m gone a lot, my kid and wife who can’t drive need to eat..every single delivery they messed up and messed up bad, I’m talking forgetting all your refrigerator and frozen items ,smashing the bread, and breaking every egg in in 18 count carton ..I found myself on the phone with there customer service people after each order it was just more trouble than it was worth.. So I switched over to Kroger (Dillon’s) there prices are as good or better they give you coupons and I’m saving BIG bucks at the gas pump ,, there app is better they’ve not messed up one single delivery order and 9 times out of 10 I get delivery same day .. much much better Walmart totally sucks at delivery ..do you think Walmart emailed me ? Or called and said hey what happened , what can we do to fix the problem,, no they didn’t I guess that’s it for me .. Walmart is a place that I only go if I haft too .. they do not care bout you as a customer..remember the small mom and pop store where they could tell you where the item you was looking for was located, where they checked you out and carried your stuff to the car ? Walmart sux in more ways than one.

I went into Walmart near Valley Center Ks. I was in the produce department and a lady named Jamie helped me find two different items in the produce dept.and bakery. The date today is December 22nd and it was busy. She helped me in a polite manner and she made my day!

Valley center ks location. Worst selection ever. Every week almost, the prices raise $1 or more on the usual items I buy, so in that case, I may as well shop at Dillons, I thought Walmart was supposed to be the go to for saving money? On top of all that, produce is terrible! Where do they get it from? Misfits market? It all looks like they are given the worst of the batch! Out of season produce that is not ripe, no flavor. I wish they would build a Dillons out here but instead, everytime I turn around, they want to build a new fast food junk spot. I rather drive all the way to the Maize rd location, where I can get some fresher looking fruits and vegetables. This location looks like their produce came from a dump. Get it together!

The only store I know that closes their customer service at 7 when every other store keeps it open until at least 9. They call themselves an academy store yet they can't even keep their customer service section open during store hours

Pleasant enough for a Walmart. For a supercenter I find it quite small in the grocery section compared to others I've been to. However, this location always seems to have the things the other Walmarts are out of, and their clothing and shoes has much better choices. The employees are great. Always kind and you aren't harassed by the recipient police. I like this location.

In the half hour I was shopping there the only person to treat me as a human being was the very nice gentleman in the electronics dept. who helped me check out my stuff. The ladies at the changing area were very unfriendly, and the lady at the entrance was not friendly at all when I tried showing her my receipt and bag. Already dread going here, but today was not a good experience other than the one sales clerk.

This is the Walmart I come to all the time. Never really had a negative experience here. Employees are usually friendly, and it doesn't usually get too busy. Some of the greeters don't seem so friendly and could use a little enthusiasm though. Overall, fine store, and I never have issues here.

Ran in grabbed a few things real quick and they were very busy. Found my items and got them quickly. I was surprised that they had quite a few checkers actually. Been here quite a few times this store is stocked well had has many different items. It's kept pretty clean and has room to maneuver around which is nice.
