Very friendly and very helpful with pretty much any requests. Kingsley has done many vaccinations and he can stick without pain. They accept my insurance which is very helpful and I once transferred to another pharmacy but transferred back to 1555 because I realized how great things were and that the extra driving distance is not a matter to consider!

Needed an emergency refill on a medication, but my doctor office has closed down, I talked to a young man (Josh?) that was super kind. He explained that he can't give me a refill since there isn't a doctor to authorize but he tried anyways, and his customer service was perfect. He clearly needs a raise. Thanks again for making my horrible morning a little less horrible.

The pharmacy employees have always been very down to earth and nice, the talk to you like a real person instead of a customer. Aundre was super helpful with me, he had called me a few times telling me my perceptions were ready, by the time I showed up they were back on the shelf, I apologized but in a very sincere way let me know it was no big deal, even had me smiling, what a great bunch of people!

Every month, every script, every time there is an issue with these people. The pharmacist didn't know how to file my insurance and so after standing there for almost half an hour he told me he has to call them. They did not put the correct pick up date AGAIN which for me is everything and absolutly affects when I am able to pick up the following month. This stuff is important!

Rudest customer service EVER. I asked the worker if the sale on the sign applied to all of the detergent it was sitting by. She replied "I don't know if you have glasses get them out and see for yourself"!!! Excuse me?! Then your photo department printed my pictures and refused to replace the cut off ones! This place needs shut down just WOW

The pharmacy staff are very kind they know my family and I by name. This Walgreens pharmacy is the best pharmacy I have been too! There courtesy and friendly. Any questions or concerns I have they take there time helping me not rushing through pushing me out the door!

Compared to 31st and Seneca, Harry and Broadway is awesome! But they tend to be slow and last I knew they were short on pharmacists.. But I love how they have very few cars in drive through. Usually 1 or two cars! Compared to Seneca Store and wait I'm not going to complain!!!

Straight bullchit. No consideration for other ppl time. I have a 7:00pm appointment for the second dose of covid. Both times I was here I have had to wait a long time to receive the vaccination despite me arriving early. This time, I even called to ensure they were ready. I get here and someone else is getting a vaccine.Furthermore, I completed the paperwork to make my appointment faster and I had to fill it out again in the pharmacy. Ppl have stuff to do. Like go to work! Get it together because ppl already don’t even wanna take this poison or unknown substance (thanks Biden) and then I arrive and gotta wait for paperwork after I called 😂. The staff is nice & polite but someone needs to get it together.

So the new automated system for phone calls is freaking AWESOME. It registered my number, looked up my prescriptions and offered to autorefill the one that was i was calling about. It was great. No hold for a pharmacist just because i didn't know the prescription number. It was perfect. Good job Walgreens.

I do not send my patients to this Walgreens regardless if it is closer to their home. I have found the weekend pharmacist to be rude, dismissive to me as a professional calling in scripts, and when I went in to drop off another patient's scripts, he was berating another customer. It may be a cultural thing with him, I do not know. I just refuse to steer anyone with a script in their direction and voice my opinion and experiences at every opportunity. I realize they deal with patients at times who are more abrasive than others and are probably in pain, but it is no excuse to reciprocate to other customers and providers.

I had always loved this Walgreens... It was my go to store. I was probably there 5+ times in a week. Every member of the staff was great.. then I dealt with Kate "photo specialist". That store will never get my business again, as long as she is employed there, which is truly sad considering that the rest of the staff that I had dealt with was incredible. I cant think of a time in my life where a person working "customer service" has treated the CUSTOMER so poorly. I'm completely appalled at the fact that this woman (if that's what you want to call her) has a job where she is even given the opportunity to work with people. I stayed nice and professional through the whole thing and just simply asked for a manager to help me instead and Kate yells for the manager across the store and stood over the very sweet lady who came's shoulder the entire time, talking over her. I've been back one time (since dealing with that awful cashier) just to find that she's still there and won't be back again.

I I waited in the drive thru for 45 minutes , Making me late for work. I thought the drive-through was supposed to be quicker. And I couldn’t get out of the line and go inside because I was trapped in a line there were people behind me and it was the same person in front of me the whole timeDid not move for 45 minutes minutes

Every time I go there wich is often since I only live 2 blocks away, its always organized and clean. All staff is very nice and well trained especially my husband and I were helped by the pharmacist who was super knowledgeable and friendly!!

I go to this store almost everyday they are amazing. The staff is so nice and helpful u can actually have a nice conversation with them and enjoy it. They may be on the expensive side but they have awesome deals. And they also have a new section where everything is a dollar. Not the best neighborhood though.

Rude help! Act like customer is a crook for trying to use coupons. Untrained! Walgreen's as a whole is a rip-off! I called the company to ask about coupon policy and was promised someone would call me in two days. 2 weeks later after calling again, manager called me. 3 weeks after the event!!! Not going back to any Walgreen's!!!

Walgreens number 7147 at the corner of Broadway and Harry in Wichita, Kansas is the best one I've ever been to. The staff are always helpful, friendly, and don't treat me like I'm some kind of burden to them.
