Horrible customer service. Insane amount of wait times for simple prescription needs. This is just one instance I've been on hold 37 minutes with 1 caller ahead of me. Ladies in drive thru are always rude. I loved my east side walgreens but this one in the 4 years I've used is TERRIBLE.

Ordered a same day photo project at 2:45p. Email said it should be ready by 3:39 (at the earliest). I called at 5:15p, they said they were just now printing it and it would be a couple hours. I still hadn't heard anything by 7:45p so I called again, she said she was just now working on it. What? That's what she said 2 1/2 hours ago. I get it, places can be short staffed or busy, but if you tell your customer it is being worked on and it's really not, then that is a BAD practice and it's up to YOU (Walgreens) to communicate to the customer and let us know what's up. I would have chosen somewhere else had I known they weren't going to do what they said they would. At 8:20p I got notification it's ready. I went immediately to pick it up and when I got there it wasn't ready. She said the first one was messed up (the one she printed at 7:45p)... so in reality it only took a few minutes to print. If it was printing at 5:15p as she said it was originally (it was only one 11x14), I was super confused as to why it took 3 hours for one print the first time and only a few minutes the second time. So I inquired and the rep said she WAS going to print it at 5:15p (even though she said she already was at the time) but then her manager left. I finally had the print by 8:45p (even though I needed it by 8p). I was missing the backing piece that is offered with it so I went back in to get that and she said they don't come with that. I said that it shows they do online and showed her the image THEY offer. She said she didn't know anything about those, called her manager and found out where they were and handed it to me. Worst Walgreens experience ever. Such bad service, won't be going back.

Absolutely the worst Walgreens you can walk into. The employees behind the register are the most rude and absurd individuals I have ever encountered. I don’t know where they get their attitude but it certainly needs to be adjusted. It is people like this that make customers not want to shop at this store. You want more customers? Give better service. If the manager is kind enough to read this and respond promptly I’d certainly like to have a chat with them. I wouldn’t have even left a one star review but Google made me in order to proceed with my experience.

App is under my husbands phone number, so I can’t get the coupons unless I set up my own account, which means our purchase points will be separate. Staff can see I have the My Walgreens app but refuse to override and add the coupon. Their system for coupons is awful. Will no longer shop at Walgreens. CSV from now on!

Terrible location to get vaccines. They need to stop pretending they offer this service. Waited 40 minutes past our scheduled appointment time only to be told we had to wait another 30. At any time, they could have told us they were too busy to keep the appointment, but they didn't bother.

Pharmacy is no longer fully staffed, or 24 hour's. I have been trying to pick up a prescription for nearly two weeks and there are always eight car's or more ahead of me at the drive through. I waited for over fifteen minutes in a hundred degree heat, and still there were four car's ahead of me. That is just unreasonable to expect people to do that.

Worst Walgreens I have ever gone too. I always have problems with the staff and using the app and getting my product. Attempted to use a digital coupon, their system was messing up. Instead of honoring it their solution was to “do a curb side pick up” they are never convenient with their products or staff. This is the third time I’ve had to deal with app issues, staff issues and them pushing curbside for a product they can match or reduce in store.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. So many issues. SLOW, couldn't find my filled RX so I had to go back. LONG wait line. Drive thru worse. Tonight I the drive through the worker was flirting with a girl in front of me..taking his time. Why else would she be all smiling and giggling picking up an RX? My turn to pull up (after 7 minutes of nonsense) and a car flies up to the other stall and he takes HER order! Excuse me? Go in, just as confused. Can't find one I'm there to "pickup" turns out they were looking for the one I picked up when they messed up yesterday!!!!! So I paid for the one I went for and left. Total time at Walgreens = 20 minutes. Total time it should have taken = under 5. Unacceptable. Already called Sam's. Prescriptions being transferred tomorrow!! DONE at that store. Use to love it. Just need people with common sense. Whos's in line when, how can I be efficient in my job. You know, basic functions of a position.

Called to see if my husband could get an emergency fill of a prescription that he completely ran out of, since his doctor didn't get back with the pharmacy yet. On hold for an hour until finally just driving up there, to be told that they can't do an emergency refill. Gee, if only you guys would have told me "no" on the phone instead of me wasting my time to drive up there the be told "no." Not one person was answering the phones when I got there. Completely unacceptable!

I was on hold for over an hour. So I drove up there and not a single person was on the phone. All I had was a question regarding the denial from my insurance company on a prescription my husband has been taking for over 18 years. I understand if it's an insurance issue but that doesn't fix the problem of being on hold so long that I actually drove up there. Totally unacceptable.

I was on hold for over 20 min twice just calling to check if my prescription was ready, and when I drove up there nobody was on the phone at all, they then proceeded to try and guilt me to leave by saying they closed in 14 min after telling me it wasn't ready. She even said she remembered me from when i dropped it off last week. They eventually told me on Friday (after asking for multiple days) it would be ready by Saturday, then on Saturday they said Monday. I dropped off the prescription for my dogs seizure medication a WEEK ago, they failed to tell me they were out of that medication when I dropped it off. So when I called that afternoon they told me they were waiting on a truck to come in the next day and to check back. When I called they said one of their workers failed to order more on the truck. They would not even transfer it to another walgreens. I ended up going to my vet to buy an emergency supply to make sure my dog had her seizure medication. Walgreens is much cheaper, but this was a hassle that should not have happened to begin with.

Poor communication between coworkers and managers. I called prior to coming back to the store about an exchange and was told I would be able to do the exchange. However once I got back to the store and am at the counter to make the exchange with the woman I talked to on the phone. Another worker(who was there when I made the original purchase) states that the exchange can't be done rudely as he was helping another customer. So not only am I out of my money, but also wasted gas driving back to this store. To the gentleman at the counter learn some customer service skill or get a new profession! To walgreens you lost a customer today! I will never return to any of your stores or pharmacy!

Ignore the 5-star reviews that the owner bought from "local guides". I thought the store was supposed to be open 24 hours. Pharmacy never has my specific medication on hand so i have to wait 3 days while they order more. Cashiers cant wear their masks properly

Pharmacy staff is professional, efficient, friendly, and sincere. I've never waited inside or at the drive thru for more than 10 minutes. They stay open as posted, never closing a minute early like many places do these days. I can't say I've ever had a negative experience in dealing with this location.

I had a great visit this morning to the pharmacy for a flu shot. I was greeted as soon as I arrived. The staff were very friendly and quick. I received my shot and was out the door in under 10 minutes.

This is not my favorite Walgreens. A pros are the “store” staff in the front are friendly, and the hours of operation makes stopping in easy and worry-free (open 24 hrs).The cons, however, are mostly related to the pharmacy, the staff are overworked, stressed out, and I hate to say it, but they aren’t very delightful or warm. I blame the pressure they are under and the fact that they are ALWAYS under-staffed in the pharmacy. The drive thru is a complete disaster, and you’ll likely have to make multiple trips to get the single medication you came for. This, of course, was my experience in the many years I’d frequented this location. I’ve since found a different location that never lets me down.To sum it up, proceed with caution ⚠️.

I have been going to this Walgreens for over a decade. The staff has always been there to help me with anything I was in need of.Most recently I was needing eye drops. My eye doctor insisted that I use only a specific brand which contained no alcohol since I have dry eyes, and am soon to have eye surgery.The staff went the extra mile for me. Three staff members in total were helping me.....one looked in back two others were looking on line and checking the shelves in case one was misplaced.... I was wanting a larger bottle of the eye drops. One was located!When I left the store, I had in my hands the largest bottle of that product due to the staffs dedication to assist me with my needs!I want to let you know that they want to help you too.Covid-19 is here... But so is Walgreens! They really care about the people who come to their store.

I used to get my prescriptions from the 24-hour location, but they are no longer 24 hours....so I switched to this location because it's close to home, and I thought they were open until midnight. NOPE! I tried to pick up my prescription and their pharmacy is CLOSED.

The employees are always helpful and friendly. I come here at least twice per week. Usually I'm in a hurry and just driving through. When I'm not though chances are I've got other items to ring up. They always offer to do that for me which is convenient. The lines can get long in the drive thru if it's rush hour.That's to be expected at any drive thru in this location. They are still faster than any other pharmacy I've been to in the area.

Alice, the pharmacy manager refused to fill my prescription, which was already a day OVER due because “last time it was filled early and you should have enough to get by”. I have been working closely with my doc and the historical circumstances are none of her business, not to mention that I was not filling early at the time of refusal. Absolutely unacceptable and I will not go back. Most biased and judgmental pharmacy staff I have ever experienced. Patient care does not seem to be at all the priority.

The prices for OTC drugs and other items are grossly inflated. Please please please just go next door to Dillons for anything you need. Example, a 20ct severe sinus box is $13, while it’s $4 next door AND $4 on Walgreens website. Total rip-off. I guess if you REALLY need it, just do store pickup from the website and get it for 1/2-1/3 of the stores price!

Paula in the Pharmacy is AMAZING! I have always had great service at this Walgreens location and have never had any reason to complain, but Paula went over and above with getting me medication discounts that cut my price by more than HALF! I will never go anywhere else. She has earned this store a loyal customer. Great job!!! Thank you!

Showed up at 5:30pm, and they were standing at the entrance telling a dozen people they were closed. Not really told why or for how long. I just know I didn’t see online their hours showing this. Know a cop pulled in right as we left.

The pharmacy drive thru is ridiculous. Multitasking does not happen. You sit for half an hour or more waiting on the car next to you and could be helped in the meantime and on your way. Cars backed up 5 deep in both lanes. Cars are even leaving. People that are waiting for something that isn't ready are not asked to pull around and continue to block lanes. I have been here for 45 minutes waiting on the car in front of me and now next to me. Why can no one help me while his issue is being resolved? And to add to my review, the staff is rude. After being told by a woman that they would be right with me and waiting 30 minutes, I press call. A man answers and says " we will be right with you! We are currently assiting lane one." And hangs up. No apology , no can I help you, nothing. And this is not the first time this store has behaved this way, hence the review. I waited another 15 minutes after that and she was short with me too. Why have two lanes if the staff cannot work them until the first lane...however long it takes...is thru? Regardless of the proximity to my home and my patience with repeated issues, I may be taking my business elsewhere

Average trip to Walgreens. Some things are highway robbery such as asprins, diapers etc..go elsewhere even with coupons they are still overpriced. Cosmetics are high too. Good photo dept and pharmacy. The store is picky about what they allow points on also. Not everything you buy has points. If you spend money no matter the item one should get points but they govern it to certain items only. Typical corporate businesses...control systems.

pharmacist today was the rudest person I had ever talked to. My doctor had increased my Gabopintan and this pharmaceutical joker wouldn’t let me get a word in. He said this the last time I filled out as 11/7 so no more would be available. he didn’t care that my doctor had actually increased my script. He actually hung up on me. Typical customer service. I finally wised up and moved prescriptions to CVS. oh yeah. cVS spoke to my doctor and got the medication for me Same day.
