Dropped off 2 - 30lb propane to be filled. Explained I had errands to run. Told YESCame back 3 hrs later and NO ONE did it. Fail.Probably won’t come back to this TSC again.

Well, this was even more underwhelming than I had anticipated. The store had two customers, me and one other person. Two employees behind the counter and three on the floor that I saw. I tried to flag two down to ask a question and they would purposely turn the other way and act like they were talking to someone else. I started to walk up to the third and he took a cordless phone out of his pocket and started acting like he was talking on it. I stood there waiting for him to "finish" and he walked off "talking on the phone" and never came back. 👎

Typically enjoy coming here. I would try to spend my money here vs. other stores when feasible. Today I was treated like a thief because I wore my back pack in. My locked vault bag with its contents being far to valuable to leave in the car. I was followed and asked to give them my bag to hold. I once chased after a thief here and got their tag#. Very disappointed with how I was treated. They don’t ask lady’s with purses to check them at the door. Wide open purse can easily swipe merchandise. But a locked vault bag on my back is unacceptable.

My biggest pet peeve - snooty / rude people who feel obligated to make you feel stupid regarding multiple questions. Spoke with an IRIS on the phone tonight with the COMPLETE opposite experience. Incredibly thankful that she maintained the sweetest most helpful attitude to my many agricultural tax exempt questions. It was down right refreshing to leave a conversation feeling informed and not a burden. Truely awesome and I'm eager to set up a memebership now. Keep her around.

A trip to any store could not have gone any better. Went in to get a blackstone grill, was immediately greeted and guided to where they were in the store. A young girl helped us, I believe her name was Iris. She was extraordinarily polite, kind, and professional. She exclaimed how excited she was to have customers in the store, making us feel welcomed even though we were in right before the store closed. Iris rang us up while a younger guy, I think his name was Trevor, was already loading a grill up on a cart so it would be ready. The whole ordeal took less than five minutes. My girlfriend and I could not stop talking about how pleasant, quick, and painless the experience was. We will be coming back to support this store!

Y'alls employees are usually really nice and helpful, and it's a great place to shop.Tonight though the cashier just seemed really inconvenienced to be there and like it was too much work to check anyone out. She also didn't ring my items up tax exempt and it should have been.

I love this place they have all sorts of things you never even knew you needed. They have been around for a long as I can remember and I always find something I want there. They are a little pricey on some stuff but they have things nobody else has. They are always friendly and helpful if you can't find what you need.

Completely out of men's bib coveralls except for a couple of double extra large. Ended up having to buy a woman's pair but when you have to have something you ain't got no choice. I have no doubt I could have found them at atwoods in Derby but I was at this end of town

I went to this store yesterday, and also called up there later in the day to verify if they had a certain trailer in stock. I was told they had the trailer in stock both times, but it was in the back and not assembled yet, thus the reason why I couldn't see it. They claimed if I ordered online they could have it assembled and ready the following day. Ordered the trailer online for pick up the following day, but the order was cancelled by the store. The cancellation reason was... wait for it... "ITEM NOT IN INVENTORY!!!" Guess I'm taking my hard earned cash elsewhere.

No place to park just being honest in this review I am so disappointed in the "all American store"Gosh no place to park for us regular people, you have to be a veteran, a handicap person, order online, curbside pickup that leave like 2 parking spots left so guess I wont buy a DAM thing in there anymore. When you look up something online for this particular store you go in and its gone. I know there not that busy. Staff are also not knowledgeable so better to ignore them if your forced to buy something there. Kind of high priced also.

Quoted price very low on goat panels on phone. Drive an hour to get here and manager will not sell them for that price. They still insist on$25 more per panel than Orchelin's down by where I live!! I'm so done with this management. I can understand a mistake if that's what it was but I'm out alot of diesel driving here!!!

Very dissatisfied. Bought 4 turkeys that all died in less than 36 hours. I believe they had a contagious disease from the store.

Extremely helpful and allowed my pet to come in...very important because the heat factor was extremely high. Knew their product and helped me to decide what was best for what I was doing. Which happened to be less than what I thought I needed. Great shopping experience and I will go there for other items I will need in the immediate future.

Stood in line for 20 minutes waiting for someone in customer service to help me. Not a single acknowledgement from any employee other than to be told that the cashier "doesn't have a computer to look up" if they had a specific air filter in stock.Earlier I had put in a curbside pickup order for an item. 2 hours later the order is canceled with no reason given.Store does not enforce their own mask rules even among employees. I recommend skipping these guys if you have literally any other option.

I have always really liked this place and will continue going but it only takes 1 bad incident to make a customer unhappy.I needed to order something and was told that someone would call me in 30 minutes to check if it could be ordered and to get more information...that didn't happen. I waited 2 days and still nothing. I called and someone told me that the guy that could help me wasn't there but he would call me in Monday...well that didn't happen either. So I called and spoke to a manager and she did exactly was should have been done almost a week prior. So for her doing the right thing and helping me out I got my part ordered and taken care of with a few hours. Now I'm happy again.

They were very busy but the Manager was happy to help retrieve a high up item. Tractor Supply has so much stuff, great store. I get my grill propane here also, good price.

My 1st time in Tractor Supply! I loved it...we went to buy my hubby a Carhartt jacket. Great selection of styles and sizes. We bought dog collars, Christmas ornaments, etc. Super friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely go back again !

Great place to get what I need for taking care of my goat. They have a variety of items and my son loves to see the baby chicks when we are there. They also have a unique rewards program that I enjoy, like getting a free coke drink just for being a customer.

Very upset. There website says Dog Wash station. I arrive with my 2 dogs and was informed they don’t have this economy. There website needs updated and better Customer service at the wichita west location. Will never come to this location ever again

So this is my second occurance where I ordered something online for pick up because it was listed as available in stock. 2 to 3 hours later I get a notification that my order has been cancelled. This place has a really large issue with inventory. Dont order it online, your better off going in store or to another store that tracks better.

They have everything for farms or at least it seems. However, I found out about it because on Sundays they have a vet there. You can take your dog there to get routine things done. It's not cheap but not like most vets that charge you $50 to walk in the door. They also gave me a free coupon for food for my dog. They sent me a reminder that she needs her nails done. I was very impressed by their service.

Hard to find any help so I spent extra time finding what I needed. They don't carry plow disc,which I found odd, so I wasted my time looking all over the store for those. I waited outside in the cold for over 15 minutes until an associate came to unlock the stall mats. Left a lot to be desired on this trip for sure!

It was terrible. The chicks are now closed off and someone had brought their dog in with them and it had messed all over the floor. It had been there so long that the urine had dried. Then the cashier had absolutely no idea what manure was. Let alone if they carried it or not. Come to find out they do not carry bags of manure which seems absurd because of the type of store it portrays to be. The cashier didn't ring up all of our merchandise and was going to have to do a second transaction. We only had six or seven items. I will definitely find some place else to shop at.

Yesterday was 1st time the cashier did NOT ask if I was on their computer. They usually asked for phone number. But a young guy helped me on a product, he was GREAT, can't say that about cashier. She was blah.
