Great small smoker's shop. They have a little bit of everything and the staff is great. Friendly greeting when you walk in the door. They try to really get to know their customers and make them feel at hone. The guy at the counter really knows his tobacco products and glassware and has a great attitude and sense of humor.

I almost always deal with the same two guys. They always give the same great service and energy no matter how long the line is. For months now I go out of my way to give them my patronage and will for as long as those chill dudes are there. Retail is hard and they exemplify making work seem fun for the customers. Love it. Great customer service. Love them to death. Its across the street from me which makes it very accessible. Wonderful people that work there. Lol we all colored our hair together. Its been a real enjoyment getting to know the cashiers. Sometimes I stay and just chat with them. Very nice people at the one by Woodlawn an Harry across from brentwood apartments.

What a great group of people they have working there. I went there 2 different times and had interactions with 3 of their clerks and all of them were very helpful. I found the prices to be reasonable and the selection was very good on everything from tobacco products to vape and hookah products to beverages. Will definitely go back for, hard to find at other places, tobacco products.

Young man inside took time to explain to me some questions I had on some cbd oils I was debating on, and I also like that when I don't want to go in, there's a drive up window! Every person but 1 has been so friendly at the window, greeting, courteous, making me feel they appreciate us!

Very helpful customer service, had exactly what I was looking for, was knowledgeable about all the products they offer and where to find the ones they don't carry. Is a great place to buy you smoking or CBD needs. I will be going back to this place. They also offer a drive up service so you don't have to get out of your car.

Wonderful flavors for all your e-cig devices all kinds of pipe tobaccos every kind of tobacco you can think of any cigarettes you need and plenty of bongs for all you other potheads out there an overall wonderful store with an adjacent huge liquor store that you walk right in the hallway down and you're in a huge liquor store right in the same building like they always say and like I always used to say alcohol and smokes go together!

The only issue i have ever had at Toms Smoker Friendly is with their drinks. Manly their pepsi products being expired. I have talked with the owner and they have been having issues with pepsi bring them older stock due to covid 19 delays in production. My advice is check experation and if expired just let the clerk know.

Prompt, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Hit the drive-up window if you're in a hurry, but do yourself a favor sometime: go inside and check out their tobacco, e-liquid, and product selection. It's extensive.
