Stopped in yesterday for a couple of bags of pellets for my Traeger. Zero carts available when I went inside. When I inquired where the carts were, the employee embarrassingly said they are stored outside only now. So, customers are now expected to bring their hot cart, wet cart, or frozen cart in with them? Or, walk back outside and grab one and walk back in? Nope, not me. I’ll drive the extra 22 seconds to Lowe’s. What a horrible management decision.

We were looking at a washer, stopped at both east and west locations, inquired about delivery and set up. We were told at both locations that the washer could be delivered and set for a fee. No problem, we expected a fee. Went to the West location, again, to purchase the washer, was told that if the washer was in stock, it could not be delivered, that we would have to special order it. We were not told that at all, neither location.

I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional service I received from Kalin at Home Depot in West Wichita today. When I arrived with a list of plumbing supplies from my plumber, I was unsure where to begin. Kalin not only helped me locate every item on my list but also made the entire experience enjoyable. Despite my lack of knowledge about plumbing supplies, Kalin patiently assisted me, ensuring I found the right products. He went above and beyond by engaging in friendly conversation, making me feel welcome and valued as a customer. I almost felt like I had a personal shopping guide! Thanks to Kalin's expertise and outstanding service, I left Home Depot feeling confident in my purchases. Without his help, I may have ended up with the wrong supplies or had to visit another store. I was in trying to get some plumbing parts that the store was out of Ronnie in the plumbing department came and helped.Went to the electrical department and couldn’t fine any help at all . Ronnie proceeded to come and help me in the electrical department even tho he didn’t know much about it he answered all my questions and helped me out. Ronnie makes this place run efficiently.

And Jeff was no better , grumpy man , throwing things and swearing ,,,, if you guys don't like your jobs where you need to deal with people , you guys need to reevaluate your careers. Hopefully, they don't talk or show their bad attitudes to customers like they did to me. Not good.

I absolutely love Home Depot in general. This particular location is special to me because it's close by and easily accessible, very neatly clean and tidy. The staff members here are so helpful and nice. I love this store!

Long story short I had a poor experience of dealing with warranty on my impact at the Woodlawn location where their inventory claimed to have 13 to replace my impact but had none and seemed to have no idea what impact I owned anyway.After reporting that to corporate Matt from this location (next to Kellogg) called and I told him the story and he had none in stock. So he ended up driving all the way to hutch to get me my replacement instead of having me wait several days to see when and if they would receive new ones.I appreciate his help because I use that impact everyday as I work on cars and I can't afford to simply be down several days without a working impact.

Walked in went and found the aisle that had similar items to what I needed couldn't find what I was looking for then went and found someone to help she paged over the loud speaker for someone to come help noone showed for 10 mins went and asked again stood around for another 10 minutes noone showed again so I left and went to Lowe's got help soon as I walked in the door

It's home depot with what feels like Big Brother is watching the Milwaukee section like it's not for sale. Maybe they have had some problems.

For the most part it's an okay store. They sell Milwaukee and Ryobi tools which I use. They have a decent selection of most lumber. However the bathrooms are a nightmare! Almost every time I go there it's a big mess.

Rented a carpet cleaner and the machine worked fine for a little bit. Only put 2 hours on the machine's counter and then stopped working the next morning. Leaving some areas I was cleaning undone. Not sure I will be renting carpet cleaners again.

I was looking for a heating element for my dryer and the lady I talked to was rude, stated she would transfer my call and hung up. Called again and she stated she would transfer me and I was transferred 11 times before someone answered. Reported this to Tom (one who answered) he was very kind and gave me the information I needed. Why drive to this store when treated like this on phone.

Worst experience I've ever had in big box hardware store . The teenage staff had no idea of the products in their department. Their immediate supervisor had even less knowledge. I had to show how to loop the 60ft cable I needed and then hunt down some tape to hold it together! It's a busy Saturday afternoon, and guess what? They only have self checkouts. A total of 4. I checked the items that had bar codes. The cable I had to call for help. The one assistant rang the code in which turned out to be wrong. She told me I needed to get the correct one,which I did. In the meantime, she made my partner move away from the register so others could use it. Two minutes later, I returned to wait in line again . We left leaving the goods behind.

No registers open. Early afternoon on a Tuesday and no open registers. I understand this is becoming a norm but I still refuse to self checkout when I have multiple items. Other places to shop than home depot.

Had a great time here. The guys and gals worked with me. Needed a1 by 12 ,5.5 feet long to cover top of mantel, turned out it was way cheaper to get 2 by 12. They cut it made sure the ends were smooth and carried it to my truck.

This place is getting too hard to shop here. It said they had 5 multi tools in stock and we couldn’t find the anywhere. That is with help, then the sku that needed to be scanned wasn’t on the tool. It was “under the sticker!?!???” I just set the tool down at self check out and left. This is why I shop Amazon.
