The staff at the hairy sofa are phenomenal. We recently got a rescue dog that came from an abusive/neglectful home. He has a lot of trauma and is really scared of new things to the point of lashing out. The staff at the hairy sofa went to great lengths to make sure he was comfortable and took things slow with him to get him acclimated over the course of several visits. They made sure he saw the same groomer each time so she could learn his body language and so that he could get more familiar and comfortable with her. The results have been outstanding, last time we went he ran towards her in excitement when he saw her. Special shout-out to Kaitlin for all her excellent care and attention with our pup. If you’re worried about taking your dog to the groomer, go to the Hairy Sofa, they will take excellent care of you.

Took my Moogie there today. It was her first time at a groomer, she was very nervous but they calmed her down. They were able to do their job and get her clean and brushed and everything. They painted her toenails a pretty blue, and she smelled so good! I think they did very good job with her! I will be taking her back, and I highly recommend this place!

Great staff and very caring about your pet. It appears to be a spa day for your dog. Our little guy loves to go thru the pine trees and get all matted. They do a great job not shaving him unless absolutely necessary. Definitely recommend.

I took my 9 month old miniature schnauzer to get his haircut and he came out looking amazing! His transformation was insane and his groomer understood how we wanted his haircut. The place is so nice and friendly!! I absolutely loved it here and would recommend it to everyone! Simply the best :)

It was my German Shepherd’s first time here for a grooming appointment and she tends to be very nervous but Ashton did a great job making her feel comfortable and took great care of her. I love the adorable picture given after grooming!

I cannot say enough good things about The Hairy Sofa. These people are fantastic! They truly care for my pups and always do a remarkable job. One of my Goldens is very hyper and Ashton is always very patient with him. I absolutely love the photos they take as well. ❤️

I have been taking my dogs there for almost 2.5 years now and I every single time I take them I’m just blown away. Not only by their quality of work but they genuinely care for your pets. When we call to book the appointment, they go on and on about how they love my dogs and I know when I leave my girls when them, they are very well taken care of and loved. I took Kenji for his first grooming with me here. He’s a shihtzu/poodle mix. I loved his hair length but after a month of illness & surgery he was in need of a reset. He had some knots and mats. Moss did an absolutely wonderful job. He’s incredibly handsome with his new hair cut! I appreciated that when I brought him in for an appointment, Moss got on the floor with us so she could talk about what I wanted and let him sniff her. I told her about his underbelly scar and sensitivity and I felt heard about my concerns. The salon is a little pricier — with full groom, some de-matting and tip I paid $90. I think it was around $70 pre-tip but Moss deserved it! They also gave me a photo of his first visit which I freaked out over. Very happy with this place. Enjoy a before and after of Kenji :-)

We brought our Australian Shepherd here for the first time. He came home with a PERFECT haircut, nail trim, a cute picture magnet and bow on his collar. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. This was an EXCEPTIONAL groom. Very pleased and will recommend and return!

This salon is super cute and upscale. They treat your dog just like they would their own. They are very professional and will walk you through the process. The communication is great and checkout is fast and simple! They have a small boutique in the waiting area that has everything from dog toys, cakes, blankets, shirts and even an umbrella for you when it's raining! My dogs love going here and they never hesitate to join their groomer!

By far the best grooming services we received! I believe Miranda was my pet's groomer. You can tell she has a passion for the animals and a wonderful talent with the clippers! She treated my fur babies with dignity and respect and they looked absolutely gorgeous when I came to pick them up!I can't wait for my next appointment with her!

We set up our two dogs for grooming. Called and was quoted a price. Dropped them off. Shortly after we were called and told it would be $20 more (33% more than quoted original quote was $62). We felt stuck at that point so agreed. Then they called again AFTER bathing and said it would be another $20 for brushing. Avoid this place at all costs. They are a classic bait and switch and our dog was going to be held hostage if we didn’t pay.

Now that there is a location convenient for me I was looking forward to taking my little poodle Lulu. I really appreciated the friendly and professional process for setting up her first appointment. The location was bright, cheerful, clean and open. Lulu’s groomer explained all the options available and I felt very confident that we were on the same page for what she would do. When I went back to get Lulu she looked beautiful! I was so thrilled with the cut and Lulu seemed very happy. Bonus: their boutique had the perfect new collar for Lulu to show off her new ‘do. A good experience and Lulu has her next appointment on the calendar!

My first time here I booked a nail trim sight-unseen and didn’t realize they groom multiple dogs in a big common area. They cut my dog’s nails in a back room so he wouldn’t freak out.

The women here are professional, accommodating and ask questions I wouldn't think of as a new doodle owner. They communicate well regarding schedule changes, any issues my pup might be having and I adore the picture they give me. It is expensive and we did look elsewhere after price and my Dog wouldn’t go in without picking her up for some reason.

They’re always excellent with our pupper’s nails. He’s not a fan of trims, but he loves coming here. Plus they have a fun selection of toys, and there’s a small dog park right outside.

Such a wonderful place to bring your doggo! My dog is treated like a princess and all the groomers and staff care so much about making our dog comfortable throughout the groom. They are all super patient, and I can’t imagine taking our dog elsewhere. Moss—you are a rockstar! Thank you for taking such good care of our girl every time.
