I honestly couldn’t be happier with the service and quality The Glass Guru’s team provided! My home was built in 1941 and had single pane windows throughout the house. Glass Guru came in and replaced all of them with triple pane windows. The results have been incredible! My home is far more quiet, comfortable, brighter and feels more open. Their owner/sales man is kind, professional, straightforward and very trustworthy. Everything went seamlessly from the first meeting through the completion of the install. I’m so impressed that I have them coming back to install a new back door in the coming weeks.Last, but certainly not least, is the price! Yes, windows are expensive, but I can assure you firsthand that The Glass Guru’s estimate (which doesn’t change btw) will come in far less than other competitors for the same windows. I about gave up on my dream of new windows when I saw estimates from other companies, but The Glass Guru reignited that dream!Whether you’re wanting to replace one window or two dozen, please give their team the opportunity to complete your project, you won’t regret it!

Michael was on time, quickly evaluated the sliding door. He said the door was in good shape and new glass was all that was needed. There was no pressure or hard sell, just the facts. The new glass arrived sooner than expected. The technician arrived on time, was professional, installed the new glass, cleaned up and was gone in roughly an hours time. It was a good experience and I will recommend The Glass Guru.

Glass Guru did an absolutely wonderful job on our sliding glass door!! It was not opening without a LOT of resistance, and they came on time and removed the window and replaced the faulty rollers/wheels and cleaned everything. Then their expert invited us to give it a try! It has never opened more smoothly! We would recommend and will actually be getting a quote on another issue soon!

Honest, fair, responsive professionals who go out of their way to ensure a great experience - that describes my experience with The Glass Guru of Wichita. During the time our vacant commercial building was for sale, we had many broken windows and glass doors due to vandalism. Glass Guru replaced them, yet they were broken again. When the building was in escrow, Michael & Valarie ordered replacement panes but held onto them until closing. Instead, they went to the site, put plastic over the holes, took pictures and sent them to me. These people are great and their service is exceptional!

I had Glass Guru replace a sliding door and three windows.I initially picked them because the price was way more affordable for me. I will continue to use them due to the followingThe product. I have had Provia sliding door and two windows in for several months. I did have issues with the lock on the sliding door, but at this time it has been fixed. I just had one provia window installed today, June 16, 2023. No issues with any of the windows as of now.Michael (owner) and Scott ( installer) are great to work with. After installation I noticed issues, and each time they got back with my right away and came out and made repairs.Trust is very important to me and I 💯 trust Michael and Scott. I do recommend the company and I will use them for any and all future windows and door replacements.

Our home had six original cloudy windows because the seals had failed. I called four companies in Wichita to quote replacing the glass. Glass Guru was not the cheapest, but they clearly knew what they were doing and gave me greater confidence the job would be done to my satisfaction.Two windows are adjacent to others, overlooking the lake, and I was concerned the tinting would look different. They explained how every manufacturer uses their own recipe and method for making the glass, and variations in the look are inevitable. They used different measuring devices to test our existing windows so they could order the closest match possible. In the end, I can't tell the difference between the new and old glass.In addition, some of the windows were fixed in place and would require the finished wood frames to be partly dismantled. Their installation technician patiently dissembled the frames and took great care not to mar the finished wood. When he was done, the frames looked perfect!The whole project was done when they said it would be. They were clean and professional. What more could I ask for?Rick

I had a small basement window that was broken and reached out to several businesses for a quote for repair. Glass Guru provided not only the best quote but also an option to bring in the glass to get it cut so I could replace it myself for cheaper. Since I was unsure on how to remove the glass I opted to have them come out for the repair. The gentleman who came was professional and was able to replace the glass quickly. They also removed all of the broken glass as well. The office was very friendly and helpful when I called when setting everything up. Everything about the experience was amazing and I would highly recommend them.

He was always available to ans my qts promptly and the office staff were friendly. His technician was friendly and efficient and their work was great. Very professional and knowledgeable. We bought the inglass pet door for our patio door and absolutely love it. Also had a glass panel replaced on the other patio door and some window cranks. As soon as our materials were in they called and got us on their schedule within a few days of calling. Very friendly people and the installer did an amazing, quick job. Love this product and company. So glad we found them at the home show. Saved us a lot of money by not having to replace the entire patio doors. Highly recommend them for any glass work and especially the inglass pet doors. We can actually use our patio door as a door now. It's not just for the dogs anymore. You won't be disappointed.

I am very pleases with the services of The Glass Guru of Wichita. The sales person was very knowledgeable and provided me a quote to replace an exterior window on the spot, the glass came in 2 weeks sooner than expected, the installation was done 2 days after that and the installation was flawless. I would certainly recommend them for repairs, and, they do more than just repairs so I am planning on using them again to replace my slider which is old with one that has a built in dog door. Very pleased and satisfied!!!
