We were there on 3/12/2020. Everything was great until checkout. They only had two normal lanes open, everything else was self checkout. All lanes were backed up including the self checkouts. If you make us check ourselves out at least give us a discount.

Their repackage computers are 25% more expensive than brand new at other places. They post fake prices and then "lower" them, but the fake sale price is still way higher than retail online. But at least it isn't Wal-Mart.

Target bakery is terrible. I ordered a round cake and smash cake—to have chocolate frosting spots. They spray frosted and the spray was everywhere not even in good cow spotting. No one was there working to correct my order and they charged me incorrectly as well.

I like this store. I shop here a lot. Every time I have been here I always find and get exactly what I'm looking for. The store is always very clean. I do have to say every time I have been to the electronics department the employees were not very friendly or helpful. But I will keep shopping at Target. Please work on employee knowledge of merchandise and customer service in the electronics department. Thank you. May God bless you always!

I just had one of the best shopping experiences I have had in years. Every employee (I lost count at 7) I saw greeted me with a genuine smile and friendly "hi, how are you doing." It seemed like they enjoyed working at Target. As always, the store was very clean and quiet. A lot of people give Target flack for being more expensive than other stores, but I feel like I got everything at a reasonable price. Whatever you are doing, Target, keep doing it!

Be aware, Target keeps eggs that are at a great price hidden from the public. The only way to get these eggs at the great price is to order online. The eggs are at the store. I went to the store and was told they were out of $2.99 a dozen eggs. I stood inside the store and placed an online order for 4 dozen eggs. Half an hour later, I received an email saying my eggs were ready to be picked up. This was at 5 p.m. so I doubt a truck arrived in that half hour with the eggs. There wasn't even a place on the shelf for eggs at $2.99 a dozen.

I was there during a busy time. Although there are plenty of self checkouts available, there was only one register with an actual cashier. I had questions regarding my purchase and had trouble with the app, so I had to wait in a longer line to actually get personal service. It was very frustrating.

Early morning is the time to go if you are not wanting crowds. I think there were 5 customers in the whole store. They have a Starbucks inside but that did not seem to have much of a change in the number of customers. The store was clean and well lit. Employees were more into getting the morning work started so not a lot of help. Shelves seemed to be well stocked. Would I go in the early morning if I was a target fan ya, I'm not so... Ech

Target's pickup service is top notch. They always text me within about an hour not the 2 hours that they advertise. They almost always have everything I've ordered. There is no hassle with the app either! They just give great service and it makes my life so much easier!

The Super Target has the food items I need. Love the self-checkout, friendly employees and it always feels so clean. The software used to self-checkout is so much faster to scan than the ones at the two other local stores. Appreciate being able to get cash without an additional fee.

NW Supertarget in Wichita, Kansas is not my “go to” place anymore. I’ve shopped there for years and was recently treated horribly when needing assistance with self- check out. The manager was called and she didn’t reprimand the employee for his lack of assistance or attitude. She just checked my purchases through. Prior to checking out as we shopped, other employees were openly taking negatively to each other about the management (in front of us and other customers as we shopped). The environment is very negative and customer service is barely available. Don’t waste your money on this store. They have lost their touch.

Clean , neat, and everything in stock. Only thing I’m not a fan of are the workers watching me like a hawk while I’m bagging my items . Super annoying actually. There’s a camera already in my face while I’m bagging my items do I really need a staff member too ? Other than that this is a good location and almost all of the staff are really friendly and helpful

Getting 5% discount on everything by using Target's debit card is a no-brainer, but self-checkout always has problems when buying food items that have a sticker with a discount amount (usually on food that's near its expiration date). I usually have to find an employee to override the price in order to get those discounts.

Usually a pretty great place. Super clean, friendly staff. The one thing that drives me crazy is the fact that you have to listen to a whole credit card speech EVERY TIME you purchase something. Not only do you have to hear it said to you, but EVERY person in front of you as well. I couldn't imagine being the sales clerk having to say it hundreds of times a day. But they all are so friendly about it, I'm sure they make a bonus of some sort if they get someone to sign up.

I visit this location strictly for trading card games, some of which are in the toys department. This department is constantly under-stocked, shelves are always disorganized and messy, and the products I'm looking for keep changing what isle they're in, making my experience here less straightforward.The staff aren't the most friendly when you ask if there's more product in the back either. I don't mind if there's not any, but at least check your system and verify that.

Was here to pick up some bedding and seen a sign for 10% off coupon on the Target app! I donloaded the app and before checking out asked a Target employee if they could help with locating the coupon in the app for me before I check out! Alex is who helped me and to ensure everything went perfect he even helped to get me checked out! I have had nothing but good experiences from this target location!

Super target. Has larger selections, bakery, deli, etc.Customer service shined today when I called to inquire about an error on my receipt. Came in the store and they corrected the issues. The maple location refused to correct it. Lesson learned, to check receipts prior to leaving the store. Apparently pricing changes on Sundays, so you may get charged the wrong price.

Management is awful. You’d think the store is ran buy headless chickens, and the way they treat their employees is disgusting. Can’t imagine what is said behind close doors about their employees considering how badly they talk down on them in front of customers.

Recently, I had the pleasure of working a demo in this store. I met Ms. Diane Guddie on that day - asked for her help and she promptly and kindly assisted me. Locating the area in the back stockroom with all of Advantage Marketing kits - she promptly located a step ladder and got all of the kits down - so we would know what all was there.She is perfect customer service at it's finest and I wanted to let all know how appreciative I was of her assistance.

Sat at the self checkout for 5 minutes waiting for a store associate to help. Eventually I gave up and walked to the opposite end of the store just to check out. Then the door doesn't work on the way out, opening a half an inch every 5 seconds. Who is this store's manager and what are they doing instead of managing the store?

Love Target, the store is always very clean and the aisles are clear. During this trip we left a poster at the register, when we returned an hour later they had it waiting. No fuss, the employees at customer service were great.

I love this Target! Being able to combine all my coupons and saving money without going to a crowded supermarket is so wonderful! I do wish they had more checkout lines open- that is my only real complaint, but their selection is great and everyone is always helpful.
